Claims (7)
- Elektrisches Schaltgerät, insbesondere Installationsschaltgerät, mit wenigstens einer Kontaktstelle (10), die von wenigstens einem festen Kontakt (18, 20) und einem beweglichen Kontakt (16) gebildet ist, welcher bewegliche Kontakt (16) an einer Kontaktwippe (14) angeordnet ist, die auf einem Schneidenlager (22) mit einem Anschlußkontakt (24) abgestützt ist und zu ihrer Schaltbetätigung mit einer Schaltwippe (12) zusammenarbeitet, welche zur Betätigung der Kontaktwippe (14) mit einem kugelförmigen Druckstück (26) versehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schaltwippe (12) bei Betätigung auf der Kontaktwippe (14) eine translatorische Bewegung vollzieht, daß die Schaltwippe (12) hierbei ein frühes Abheben mit geringem Abstand des an der Kontaktwippe (14) angeordneten beweglichen Kontaktstückes (16) vom zugeordneten festen Kontaktstück (18, 20) bewirkt, woraus eine verkürzte aktive Lichtbogenzeit resultiert. - Elektrisches Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltwippe (12) an ihrem der Kontaktwippe (14) zugewandten Ende in Bewegungsrichtung beiderseits des kugelförmigen Druckstücks (26) angeformte Nocken (28, 29) aufweist, die mit der Kontaktwippe (14) zusammenarbeiten und hierbei die Schwenkbewegung der Kontaktwippe (14) und damit deren Abheben vom festen Kontaktstück (18, 20) kontrollieren.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktwippe (14) mit zur Schaltwippe (12) gerichteten Vorsprüngen (32, 33) versehen ist, welche mit den an der Schaltwippe (12) angeformten Nocken (28, 29) zusammenarbeiten.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von dem Druckstück (26) beaufschlagte Bereich der Kontaktwippe (12) eben ausgebildet ist und mittig auf dem Schneidenlager (22) aufliegt.
- Schaltgerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schaltwippe (12) bei Betätigung mit dem kugelförmigen Druckstück (26) auf der Kontaktwippe (14) abrollt, daß bei Lageveränderung nach jenseits der Schneidenlagerung (22) die an der Schaltwippe (12) angeformten Nocken (28, 29) ein weiteres Öffnen der Kontaktstelle (10) verhindern und daß die Kontaktwippe (14) in einem definierten Abstand zum zugeordneten Kontaktstück (18, 20) verharrt, bis die Schaltwippe (12) ihre jeweilige Endstellung erreicht hat.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels der geometrischen Form und des Ortes der angeformten Nocken (28, 29) die Schaltzeit, die Lage der Schaltzeitpunkte, die Schaltgeschwindigkeit und deren zeitlicher Verlauf einstellbar sind.
- Schaltgerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Die Schaltwippe (12) mit den daran angeformten Nocken (28, 29) verschwenkt und das Druckstück (26) seinen Auflagepunkt auf der Kontaktwippe (14) in Bewegungsrichtung verlagert, daß hierbei der zugeordnete Nocken infolge seiner Verschwenkung die Kontaktwippe (14) beaufschlagt und hierdurch den an der Kontaktwippe (14) angeordneten beweglichen Kontakt (16) vom festen Kontakt (18, 20) abhebt, daß hierbei die Kontaktwippe (14) am zugeordneten Nocken (28, 29) anliegt, daß infolgedessen der bewegliche Kontakt (16) in geringem Abstand zum festen Kontakt (18, 20) gehalten ist und daß bei Überschreiten der Schneidenlagerung durch das Druckstück (26) der bewegliche Kontakt (16) spontan die volle Öffnungsstellung einnimmt.
