Abstract
Description
- Die Müllbehälter können in einer Fahrtrichtung nur von einer Straßenseite eingesammelt werden. Für die andere Straßenseite ist eine Rückfahrt erforderlich, was zusätzlichen Brennstoff und höheren Zeitaufwand kostet.
- Jeder Müllbehälter muss im Stop-and-Go-Betrieb des Fahrzeugs angefahren werden. Die häufigen Beschleunigungen und Verzögerungen der gesamten Fahrzeugmasse erhöhen ebenfalls den Brennstoffverbrauch.
- Wegen der ständig nach rückwärts gedrehten Kopf- und Oberkörperhaltung bei der Bedienung der Steuerorgane für das Seitenladegerät ist die körperliche Anstrengung für den Fahrer sehr groß. Es liegt eine ergonomisch ungünstige Situation vor. Eine eingebaute Kamera ist wegen der optischen Raumverzerrung und der ebenen Darstellung erheblich gewöhnungsbedürftig.
- Die genormten Müllbehälter (MGB) müssen mit ihren Kammleisten sorgfältig parallel zum Straßenrand ausgerichtet werden. Ist dies nicht der Fall, muss der Fahrer aussteigen und nachkorrigieren.

Claims (19)
- Abfall-Sammelfahrzeug (1) mit Einschütttrichter (38) und Presse oberhalb und hinter einem Fahrerhaus (35) des Fahrzeuges,mit einem einer Entleeröffnung des Einschütttrichters (38) zuordenbaren, auf dem Fahrzeug (1) hinter dem Fahrerhaus (35) abstellbaren Wechselcontainer (2),mit einer Frontladeeinrichtung (3) zum Bewegen mindestens eines vor bzw. neben dem Fahrzeug abgestellten Müllbehälters (6) in den Bereich des Einfülltrichters (38),wobei die Frontladeeinrichtung (3) an jeder Fahrzeugseite jeweils mindestens einen drehbar gelagerten Arm (9, 9') aufweist und beide Arme (9, 9') mit einem in Müllbehälter-Aufnahmestellung vor dem Fahrerhaus (35) angeordneten Querbalken (7) verbunden sind, welcher mindestens eine Halteeinrichtung für den Müllbehälter (6) lagert,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Halteeinrichtung als ein in Fahrzeugmitte an den Querbalken (7) gelenkig angeordneter Gelenkarm (4) ausgebildet ist, welcher an seinem freien Ende eine Aufnahmeeinrichtung (5) für den Müllbehälter (6) aufweist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Gelenkarm (4) aus mehreren, durch Drehgelenke (24, 25) miteinander verbundenen Hebelarmen (13, 14, 15) besteht. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Gelenkarm (4) aus einem Einfachhebel (14) mit beidseitig daran angeordneten Doppelhebeln (13, 15) besteht, wobei der eine, länger ausgebildete Doppelhebel (13) über ein Drehgelenk (23) mit dem Querbalken (7) und der andere, kürzer ausgebildete Doppelhebel (15) über ein Drehgelenk (26) mit der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (5) verbunden ist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Drehgelenk (26) zwischen dem freien Ende des kürzer ausgebildeten Doppelhebels (15) und einem U-förmigen, mit der Aufnahmeeinrichtung (5) verbundenen Tragteil (16) angeordnet ist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Drehgelenke (23, 24, 25, 26) jeweils eine vertikale Drehachse aufweisen. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Drehgelenke (23, 24, 25, 26) jeweils mit einem Drehantrieb (19, 20, 21, 22) versehen sind. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Drehantriebe (19, 20, 21, 22) als Schwenkmotoren ausgebildet sind. - Fahrzeug nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Drehantrieb (21) für das Drehgelenk (26) zwischen dem Einfachhebel (14) und dem kürzeren Doppelhebel (15) zwischen drei Feststellungen verfahrbar ist mit einer gestreckten Mittelstellung zwischen zwei Einklappstellungen des Gelenkarms (4). - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Drehantrieb (22) für das Drehgelenk (26) zwischen dem U-förmigen Tragteil (16) und dem kürzeren Doppelhebel (15) um 180° verschwenkbar ist. - Fahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zumindest ein Teil der Drehantriebe (19, 20, 21, 22) unabhängig voneinander über eine Steuereinrichtung steuerbar sind. - Fahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Aufnahmeeinrichtung (5) mit mindestens einem Eingriffselement für den Müllbehälter (6) versehen ist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass das Eingriffselement als in Kammleisten des Müllbehälters (6) eingreifbarer Kamm (18) ausgebildet ist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Kamm (18) über mindestens ein Drehgelenk um mindestens eine horizontale und/oder vertikale Achse (17) schwenkbar ist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Schwenkwinkel (α) des Kamms (18) nur ca. ± 15° beträgt und durch mindestens einen Anschlag begrenzt ist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 12 bis 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Bewegung des Drehgelenks für den Kamm (18) in horizontaler und/oder vertikaler Ebene steuerbar ist. - Fahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Fahrerplatz (27) in der Mitte des Fahrerhauses (35) zwischen zwei Beifahrersitzen (28, 28') angeordnet ist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Beifahrersitze gegenüber dem Fahrersitz zurückgesetzt sind. - Fahrzeug nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass zum Umrüsten der Querbalken (7) gegen mindestens einen anderen Querbalken (30; 40) austauschbar ist. - Fahrzeug nach Anspruch 18, wobei die Arme (9, 9') der Frontladeeinrichtung (3) über Gelenkhebel (12, 12') und Drehgelenke (8) mit dem Querbalken (7) verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass die Drehgelenke (8) und Drehgelenke (29) für mindestens eine Antriebseinheit (11, 11') der Frontladeeinrichtung (3) mit Wechseleinrichtungen zum Umrüsten auf die anderen Querbalken (30; 40) versehen sind.
