Claims (4)
- Schneidemaschine für Lebensmittel, beispielsweise Wurst, mit einem Schnittgutwagen (2) an dem ein Schnittguthalter (10) angeordnet ist, wobei der Schnittgutwagen (2) das Schnittgut (6) längs einer zur Schnittstärkeneinstellung verstellbaren Anschlagplatte (4) gegen die Schneide eines rotierenden Kreismessers (5) und zurück führt und der Schnittguthalter (10), der insbesondere eine Stirnplatte (11) umfaßt, an einem Schwenkarm (9) gelagert und der Schnittguthalter (10) entgegen der Vorschubrichtung des Schnittgutes (6) auf dem Schnittgutwagen (2) um eine begrenzte, gegebenenfalls voreinstellbare Wegstrecke gegen die Kraft einer Feder (15) zurückschiebbar ist, wobei der Schnittgutwagen (2) eine Führungsstange (7) aufweist, längs der der Schwenkarm (9) in Richtung auf die Anschlagplatte (4) verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schnittguthalter (10) in seiner Lagerung am Schwenkarm (9) die Feder (15) aufweist und daß zwischen dem Schwenkarm (9) und der Führungsstange (7) eine ausrückbare Rücklaufsperre, wie beispielsweise eine Klinkensperre (16), die in Sägezähne (17) auf der Führungsstange (7) eingreift, gegen ein Zurückweichen des Schwenkarmes (9) auf der Führungsstange (7) unter der Reaktionskraft der gespannten Feder (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Schwenkarm (9) ein Griff (14) fest angeordnet ist, dessen Mittelachse in Vorschubrichtung des Schnittgutes (6) am Schnittgutwagen (2) weist und der eine Führungshülse als Lagerung (13) umgibt, in welche ein mit dem Schnittguthalter (10), insbesondere dessen Stirnplatte (11), starr verbundener, gegen die Vorschubrichtung ausgerichteter Zapfen (12) eingreift und gegen die Kraft der Feder (15) einschiebbar ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach dem Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein die entspannte Lage der Feder (15) meldender Endschalter (22) zum Ausschalten eines elektrischen Antriebes für den Schnittgutwagen (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Schneidemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Anzeige, beispielsweise eine Skala, für den Federweg der Feder (15) als Maß für den Vorschub der Stirnplatte (11) des Schnittguthalters (10) vorgesehen ist.
