Claims (13)
- Kanalabdeckung zur Verhinderung des Ein- und/oder Austretens von Fremdstoffen in einen Zylinderkanal eines Druckzylinders, insbesondere eines Gummituch- oder Plattenzylinders, für eine Offsetdruckmaschine, wobeia) sich die elastisch nachgiebige Kanalabdeckung über die Länge des Zylinderkanals (3) erstreckt,b) durch Andruck an den Seitenwänden des Zylinderkanals (3) die Kanalabdeckung klemmend gehalten istc) die Kanalabdeckung durch ein zylinderförmiges Profil (10: 12) aus einem elastisch nachgiebigen Material undd) aus mindestens einem am zylinderförmigen Profil (10: 12) im Bereich einer Stirnseite angebrachten Endstück (11; 13; 14) gebildet wird.
- Kanalabdeckung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zylinderförmige Profil aus einem schlauch- oder rohrförmigen Hohlzylinder (10) aus weichelastischem Material gebildet ist.
- Kanalabdeckung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hohlzylinder (10) im nicht deformierten Zustand einen mittleren Aussendurchmesser aufweist, der drei bis sechs mal so gross wie eine mittlere Wandstärke des Hohlzylinders (10) ist.
- Kanalabdeckung nach Anspruch 1 bis 3 dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass das Endstück als Zapfen (11) ausgebildet ist, der in dem als Hohlzylinder (10) ausgebildeten zylinderförmigen Profil sitzt und damit verklebt ist.
- Kanalabdeckung nach Anspruch 1 bis 4 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das als Zapfen (11) ausgebildete Endstück aus vollem Material besteht und weniger nachgiebig als das als Hohlzylinder (10) ausgebildete zylinderförmige Profil ist.
- Kanalabdeckung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zylinderförmige Profil aus vollem weichelastischen Stangenprofil (12) gebildet ist.
- Kanalabdeckung nach Anspruch 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im nicht deformierten zylinderförmigen Stangenprofil (12) an wenigstens einer Stirnseite als Endstück ein Zapfen (13) eingebracht ist.
- Kanalabdeckung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am zylinderförmigen Stangenprofil (12) an wenigstens einer Stirnseite als Endstück eine weichelastische deformierbare Hülse (14) angebracht ist.
- Kanalabdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des zylinderförmigen Profils (10; 12 im nicht deformierten Zustand im Bereich des Endstücks (11: 13; 14) etwa dem Durchmesser des nicht deformierten zylinderförmigen Profils (10; 12) plus der doppelten Dicke des auf einen Gummituchzylinder (1) aufgezogenen Gummituchs (2 entspricht.
- Kanalabdeckung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (13) weichelastisch ist und etwa die Härte des zylinderförmigen Stangenprofils (12) aufweist.
- Kanalabdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des als Zapfen (11; 13) oder Hülse (14) ausgebildeten Endstücks etwa der Länge der gummituchfreien Zone auf einem Gummituchzylinder (1) entspricht.
- Kanalabdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet. dass Endstücke (11; 13; 14) beidseitig des zylinderförmigen Profils (10; 12) angebracht sind.
- Kanalabdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussendurchmesser des zylinderförmigen Profils (10; 12) im nicht deformierten Zustand grösser ist als die Zylinderkanalbreite am äusseren Durchmesser des Druckzylinders (1).
