Claims (11)
- Schienengebundener Schüttgutverladewagen (1) mit einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (3) abgestützten Fahrgestellrahmen (2) und einem in Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufenden, oberhalb des Fahrgestellrahmens (2) angeordneten und bezüglich der Horizontalen unter Bildung eines tiefergelegenen und eines höhergelegenen Umlenkendes (8,9) neigbaren Bodenförderbandes (6), dem zur seitlichen Begrenzung und Bildung eines Speicherraumes (10) in Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufende Seitenwände (7) zugeordnet sind, wobei zwischen Bodenförderband (6) und Fahrgestellrahmen (2) eine einen Höhenverstellantrieb (13,14) aufweisende Höhenverstelleinrichtung (11,12) zur Änderung der Winkellage des Bodenförderbandes (6) zwischen einer unteren Speicherposition und einer oberen, zur Speicherung von Schüttgut auf einem angrenzenden Verladewagen vorgesehenen Endposition angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der beiden - in Wagenlängsrichtung voneinander distanzierten - Umlenkenden (8,9) des Bodenförderbandes (6) jeweils mittels einer eigenen Höhenverstelleinrichtung (11,12) in bezug auf den Fahrgestellrahmen (2) in vertikaler Richtung von einer unteren in eine obere Endposition distanzierbar ausgebildet ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhenverstelleinrichtung (11,12) als auf dem Fahrgestellrahmen (2) abgestützter, um eine in Wagenquerrichtung verlaufende, horizontale Achse (18) mittels des Höhenverstellantriebes (13,14) verschwenkbarer Schwenkrahmen (17) ausgebildet ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkrahmen (17) zwei parallel zueinander etwa in Wagenlängsrichtung verlaufende und zur Ebene des Fahrgestellrahmens (2) geneigt angeordnete Träger (19) aufweist, deren tiefergelegenes Ende anhand der Achse (18) gelenkig mit dem Fahrgestellrahmen (2) verbunden ist, während die höhergelegenen Enden der Träger (19) an einem Tragrahmen (20) des Bodenförderbandes (6) in dessen Längsrichtung verstellbar gelagert sind.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Höhenverstellantrieb (13,14) sowohl am Fahrgestellrahmen (2) als auch am Träger (19) angelenkt ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Tragrahmen (20) des Bodenförderbandes (6) in seiner - auf die Wagenlängsrichtung bezogenen - Mitte um eine in Wagenquerrichtung verlaufende, horizontale Schwenkachse (26) kippbar auf dem Fahrgestellrahmen (2) gelagert ist.
- Wagen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch,gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils im - auf die Wagenlängsrichtung bezogenen - Endbereich des Fahrgestellrahmens (2) eine Haltevorrich tung (23) zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Tragrahmens (20) des Bodenförderbandes (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haltevorrichtung (23) einen anhand eines Antriebes betätigbaren Arretierbolzen (24) aufweist:
- Wagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhenverstelleinrichtung (11, 12) als mit dem Fahrgestellrahmen (2) verbundener Stützrahmen (27) ausgebildet ist, auf dem ein Tragrahmen (20) des Bodenförderbandes (6) anhand des Höhenverstellantriebes (13,14) höhenverstellbar gelagert ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützrahmen (27) eine vertikal verlaufende Kulissenführung (28) aufweist, in der ein mit dem Tragrahmen (20) verbundener Zapfen (29) verstellbar gelagert ist.
- Wagen nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zapfen (29) in Längsrichtung des Bodenförderbandes (6) verschiebbar auf dem Tragrahmen (20) befestigt ist.
- Wagen nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützrahmen (27) der Höhenverstelleinrichtung (11, 12) jeweils im - auf die Wagenlängsrichtung bezogenen - Endbereich des Fahrgestellrahmens (2) angeordnet und mit diesem anhand eines Querverschiebeantriebes (30) senkrecht zur Wagenlängsrichtung verstellbar verbunden ist.
