Zum besseren Verständnis des Erfindungskonzeptes, zeigen die Figuren 1a, 1b und 2a bis 2c schematische Darstellungen von Beschlägen mit Umschaltvorrichtungen, die aber nicht Ausführungsformen der angesprochenen Erfindung darstellen. Die Figuren zeigen:
Claims (19)
- Umschaltvorrichtung für einen Tür- oder Fertisterbeschlag mit einer inneren und einer äußeren, jeweils axial festgesetzten Handhabe (103, 104) zur Rückziehung des Riegelelementes (109) eines beliebig verwendbaren Schlosses (108), mit einer zwischen innerer und äußerer Handhabe verlaufenden Betätigungswelle (111) zum Zurückziehen des Riegelelementes, deren Außenabmessung das einzige Anschlußmaß der Umschaltvorrichtung zu dem Schloß darstellt, mit einem der inneren Handhabe zugeordneten Betätigungselement (105) zur wahlweisen Einstellung mindestens zweier Funktionszustände der äußeren Handhabe, und einer der äußeren Handhabe zugeordneten, als geschlossene Einheit in die äußere Handhabe integrierten Kupplungseinrichtung (113b-d, 114, 115) zum Bewirken des gewählten Funktionszustandes der äußeren Handhabe, insbesondere zum wahlweisen Verbinden oder Entkoppeln der äußeren Handhabe mit der Betätigungswelle, derart, daß die äußere Handhabe in jedem Funktionszustand drehbar ist, wobei die Umschaltvorrichtung mit einer mindestens in dem das Schloß durchgreifenden Bereich der Betätigungswelle innerhalb von deren Außenabmessungen zwischen innerer und äußerer Handhabe (104, 103) verlaufenden, innen mit dem Betätigungselement (105) verbundenen Übertragungseinrichtung (112a-g, 113a) versehen ist, die Übertragungseinrichtung ein Übertragungsglied (113a) aufweist und das Übertragungsglied (113a) das Betätigungselement (105) und ein Wirkelement (115) der Kupplungseinrichtung miteinander verbindet, so daß der Funktionszustand der äußeren Handhabe eingestellt werden kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungswelle als ein Vierkantdorn (111) mit einem rotationssymmetrischen Ende für die nichtformschlüssige Aufnahme der äußeren Handhabe (103) ausgebildet ist und an der Außenkontur der Betätigungswelle eine durchgehende Ausnehmung (111a) zur Aufnahme des Übertragungsgliedes (113a) aufweist, daß das Betätigungselement (105) ein Drehring ist und an der Innenseite der Tür (107) ein Bewegungsrichtungswandler (112b) durch den Drehring (105) betätigt wird, daß die innere Handhabe (104) mit ihrem Schaft in den Bewegungsrichtungswandler (112b) hineinreicht und daß das Wirkelement (115) innerhalb des rotationssymmetrischen Teils angeordnet ist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Übertragungseinrichtung ein Zug- und/oder Druckkraft- oder Drehmoment-Übertragungselement (113a) aufweist und die Kupplungseinrichtung ein durch eine Zug - oder Druckkraft oder ein Drehmoment umschaltbares, mit dem Ubertragungselement verbundenes Richtungs- bzw. Klemmgesperre (113b-d, 114. 115) aufweist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein der Wirkungsrichtung von Betätigungselement und Übertragungselement entgegengerichtet selbsttätig wirkendes, insbesondere als Federelement ausgebildetes, Rückstellglied (113d) vorgesehen ist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Übertragungselement ein im wesentlichen parallel zur Längsache der Betätigungswelle, insbesondere in einer Bohrung oder Aussparung derselben, verlaufendes Zugseil oder - band (113a) oder eine entsprechend angeordnete Schubstange ist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungseinrichtung ein mindestens wahlweise in Eingriff mit der Betätigungswelle, insbesondere einem Vierkantdorn (111) für einen federbetätigten Schnappriegel (109), oder einem mit dieser fest verbundenen Zusatzteil (114) befindliches erstes Eingriffsteil (115) aufweist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungseinrichtung ein mit dem Übertragungselement (113a) fest verbundenes und durch dieses zwischen mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Positionen unter Änderung des Eingriffszustandes mit dem ersten Eingriffsteil (115) bewegbares zweites Eingriffsteil (113b) aufweist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement als Kipphebel (5) oder Drehring (IO5) ausgebildet ist und insbesondere eine gemeinsame Drehachse mit der als Drücker ausgebildeten inneren Hand habe (4; 104) hat.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungseinrichtung (113b-d. 114, 115) und/oder das Betätigungselement (105) derart ausgebildet ist, daß bei Einbau der Umschaltvorrichtung (100) als Funktionszustand der äußeren Handhabe in einer Grundstellung ("0") wahlweise der Zustand "wirksam" oder der Zustand "unwirksam" vorgegeben werden kann.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement oder die Übertragungseinrichtung Mittel (112f) zur wahlweisen dauerhaften Umstellung zwischen Funktionszuständen "wirksam" ("0") und "unwirksam" ("II") der äußeren Handhabe mit schaltungsunterstützender Kraftwirkung aufweist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement bzw. die Übertragungseinrichtung einen Rast- und Rückstellmechanismus (112g) zur wahlweisen Einstellung eines bistabilen Funktionsumstellzustandes aufweist, der das Betätigungselement bei Betätigung der inneren Handhabe oder Betätigung einer türaußenseitigen Sicherheitsauslöseeinrichtung oder durch Bewegung eines zusätzlichen, insbesondere mit dem Riegelelement des Schlosses verbundenen, Wirkelementes selbsttätig in eine Grundstellung ("0") stellt.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungselement (105) derart symmetrisch ausgebildet ist, da die Betätigungsrichtung wählbar ist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplungseinrichtung (113b-d, 114, 115) derart symmetrisch ausgebildet ist, daß die Umschaltvorrichtung im zusammenwirken mit symmetrischen Handhaben in ein und derselben Ausführung, insbesondere mit gleicher Orientierung des Betätigungselementes. mit rechts- und linksanschlagenden Türen, Toren oder Fenstern einsetzbar ist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeinet durch Zusatz-Umschaltmittel (16, 16a; 17, 18; 116, 112g.5), die eine mindestens unidirektionale Umschaltung zwischen zwei Funktionszuständen, insbesondere eine Umschaltung vom Zustand "unwirksam" in den Zustand "wirksam", von der Seite der äußeren Handhabe her ermöglichen.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatz-Umschaltmittel eine Öffnung (16. 17; 116) in der äußeren Handhabe aufweisen, über die das Wirkelement und/oder die Kupplungseinrichtung, insbesondere mittels eines schlüsselbetätigten verschieb- und feststellbaren Schließzylinders, in ihrer Stellung veränderbar und/oder feststellbar ist.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche. gekennzeichnet durch nach außen und/oder innen wirkende Funktions- bzw. Einstellzustandsanzeigemittel (6; 6'; 19), insbesondere einen Sensor zur Fernabfrage des Funktionszustandes der Umschalteinrichtung und/oder der Winkelstellung ihres Betätigungselementes und/oder einer Bewegung einer Handhabe des zugeordneten Beschlages zum Anschluß an eine Alarmanlage oder ein Gebäudesteuerungs- oder Türklinkesystem.
- Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel (5a',5b') zur, insbesondere drahtlosen, Fembetätigung vorgesehen sind.
- Tür-, Tor- oder Fensterbeschlag, gekennzeichnet durch eine Umschaltvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche.
- Tür-. Tor- oder Fensterbeschlag nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die innere und die äußere Handhabe (3, 4; 103, 104) jeweils als um eine gemeinsame horizontale Drehachse schwenkbarer, mit der Betätigungswelle (11; 111) für das Riegelelement (9; 109) verbundener bzw. verbindbarer Drucker ausgebildet sind.
- Tür-. Tor- oder Fensterbeschlag nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die äußere Handhabe als bewegliche. mit einer Betätigungswelle für das Riegelelement verbindbare Türdrückplatte oder als entsprechender Türdrückbügel ausgebildet ist.
