Claims (29)
- Richtwerk zum Richten von dem Eingang einer Presse zuzuführenden Bändern, vorzugsweise Metallbändern, mit unteren und oberen Richtrollen (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) bzw. (5, 6, 7, 8), zwischen denen das Band hindurchgeführt und von denen es gerichtet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere obere Richtrollen (5, 6, 7, 8) an einem Richtwerkbär (14) gehaltert sind, der mittels einer Verstellvorrichtung (15) in Richtung auf die unteren Richtrollen (9, 10, 11, 12, 13) anstellbar ist.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 1, bei dem alle oberen Richtrollen (5, 6, 7, 8) des Richtwerks (1) am Richtwerkbär (14) gehaltert sind.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Versteilvorrichtung (15) mittig am Richtwerkbär (14) angeordnet ist.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Verstellvorrichtung als Hydraulikzylinder (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Verstellvorrichtung als Hubspindeleinheit ausgebildet ist.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem die Ansteilposition des Richtwerkbärs (14) in bezug auf eine die Versteilvorrichtung (15) halternde Richtwerkdeckplatte 18 verstellbar ist.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 6, bei dem die Verstellvorrichtung (15) ein Druckstück (16) aufweist, das gegen eine am Richtwerkbär (14) angebrachte Pendelplatte (17) anliegt, und das Druckstück (16) sowie die Pendelplatte (17) an den einander zugeordneten Kontaktflächen in Durchlaufrichtung des Richtwerks (1) mit dem gleichen Krümmungsradius konkav bzw. konvex oder konvex bzw. konkav gekrümmt sind.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 7, bei dem der Richtwerkbär (14) an seinem in Durchlaufrichtung des Richtwerks (1) vorderen und hinteren Endabschnitt mittels jeweils zweier an ihm angelenkter Träger (19) mit jeweils einer Traverse (20, 21) verbunden ist, wobei die beiden Traversen (20, 21) die Träger (19) ebenfalls gelenkig haltern.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 8, bei dem der Traversenhub für beide Traversen (20, 21) separat verstellbar ist.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 9, bei dem jede Traverse (20, 21) vorzugsweise mittig mittels einer an der Richtwerkdeckplatte (18) fixierten Führungssäule (22, 23) in Vertikalrichtung geführt wird.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, bei dem jede Traverse (20, 21) auf ihrer der Richtwerkdeckplatte (18) zugewandten Außenfläche zwei Abschrägungen (25, 26) aufweist, zwischen denen und der Richtwerkdeckplatte (18) jeweils ein verstellbarer Keilschieber (27, 28) angeordnet ist.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 11, bei dem die beiden Keilschieber (27, 28) jeweils eine Mutter (29, 30) aufweisen und mittels einer Gewindespindel (33) verstellbar sind.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, bei dem die beiden Abschrägungen 25, 26 gegensinnig ausgebildet sind und die Gewindespindel (33) entsprechend zwei gegensinnige Gewindeabschnitte (31, 32) aufweist.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, bei dem die Gewindespindel (33) motorisch antreibbar ist.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, bei dem die Richtwerkdeckplatte (18) im Hubbereich der beiden Keilschieber (27, 28) jeweils eine Gleiteinlage (35, 36) aufweist.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 15, bei dem die Traversen (20, 21) oberhalb der Richtwerkdeckplatte (18) angeordnet sind.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, bei dem am in Durchlaufrichtung des Richtwerks (1) vorderen und hinteren Ende des Richtwerkbärs (14) eine Gleiteinrichtung (37, 38) angeordnet ist, die mit einer Führungseinrichtung (39, 40), die am Richtwerk (1) ausgebildet ist, zusammenwirkt, um den Richtwerkbär (14) im Richtwerk (1) zu führen.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 17, bei dem die Gleiteinrichtung an den beiden in Durchlaufrichtung des Richtwerks (1) vorderen und hinteren Ecken des Richtwerkbärs (14) jeweils ein vorzugsweise gehärtetes Gleitstück (37, 38) aufweist, dem an entsprechenden Bereichen des Rahmens des Richtwerks (1) jeweils ein vorzugsweise gehärtetes Führungsstück (39, 40) zugeordnet ist.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 18, bei dem die am vorderen Ende des Richtwerkbärs (14) angeordneten Gleitstücke (37) an einer Halterung der vorderen oberen Richtrolle (5) und die am hinteren Ende des Richtwerkbärs (14) angeordneten Gleitstücke (38) an einer Halterung der hinteren oberen Richtrolle (8) angeordnet sind.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 18 oder 19, bei dem die Gleitstücke (37, 38) an ihrer den ihnen zugeordneten Führungsstücken (39, 40) zugewandten Kontaktfläche in einem Krümmungsradius gekrümmt ausgebildet sind, der vorzugsweise demjenigen Krümmungsradius entspricht, den die Pendelplatte (17) bzw. das Druckstück (16) aufweisen.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 und 16 bis 20, bei dem zur vertikalen Hubbegrenzung bzw. -verstellung der Traversen (20, 21) jeweils zwei vertikale Spindeltriebe je Traverse (20, 21) oder jeweils zwei gekuppelte Spindeltriebelemente an der ein- und auslaufseitigen Traverse (20, 21) vorgesehen sind.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 und 16 bis 20, bei dem zur vertikalen Hubbegrenzung bzw. -verstellung der Traversen (18) jeweils eine Spiralexzenterwelle vorgesehen ist.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 22, bei dem an den Oberseiten der Traversen (20, 21) Gleichlaufhalter (41) angeordnet sind, mittels denen beide Traversen (20, 21) im selben Vertikalniveau am Richtwerk (1) parallel zum Richtwerkbär (14) ausrichtbar sind.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 23, bei dem jede Traverse (20, 21) zwei Gleichlaufhalter (41) aufweist.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 23 oder 24, bei dem jeder Gleichlaufhalter (41) mittels einer Druckfeder (43) abgefedert ist.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 25, bei dem eine obere Einzugrolle am Richtwerkbär (14) gehaltert ist.
- Richtwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 26, bei dem eine obere Auszugrolle am Richtwerkbär (14) gehaltert ist.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 26 oder 27, bei dem die obere Einzugrolle und/oder die obere Auszugrolle separat, vorzugsweise mittels eines Pneumatik- oder Hydraulikzylinders, anstellbar ist bzw. sind.
- Richtwerk nach Anspruch 28, bei dem jeder Pneumatik- oder Hydraulikzylinder mittels eines Proportional-Druckregelventils angesteuert wird.
