Definitions
- the invention relates to a snowboard boot the preamble of claim 1.
- Such a boot is known from FR 27 19 197 A.
- the Calf support on the hard part of the shoe is outside the soft part Shaft of the outer boot arranged.
- DE 43 33 503 C2 describes a soft boot, i.e. a snowboard boot, which is both a soft inner boot and a soft one Has outer boots, known between the inner boots and the outer boot has a stiff insert that extends from the heel area to the ball area. At the Heel area of this insert is a calf support around one in The longitudinal axis of the boot is pivotably articulated.
- the well-known snowboard boot has been excellent proven. During production, however, the insert provides an additional cost factor.
- the object of the invention is an easy to manufacture To provide snowboard boots that provide optimal freestyle snowboarding allowed.
- this is approximately in Height of the joint between the foot and lower leg around one axis extending in the longitudinal direction of the boot to the heel area of the hard shoe part of the calf support between the soft inner boot and the soft one Shaft of the outer boot arranged.
- the shaft of the outer boot encloses the calf support. A turning out is from the calf support even with a strong lateral Prevents bending of the legs.
- the extending in the longitudinal direction of the boot Axis around which the calf support on the hard shoe part is pivotally articulated not exactly in the longitudinal plane of the boot needs to run, i.e. the level that the Middle of the heel with the area between the thumb toe and adjacent toe connects but the direction of the axis can also deviate from this, for example up to 30 ° after the one side or the other.
- the foot can with the snowboard boot according to the invention be angled far forward without leaving the calf support somehow getting hindered.
- the hard shoe part extends over the Foot from toe to instep area of boot, where the hard shoe part on both sides with a recess is provided, which is from the instep area and from the heel area extends down around the ankle.
- an uncontrolled rolling of the foot in the hard shoe part prevented, but still a movement around the anatomically maximum angle possible, and not only forward, but also on both sides up to an angle of approx. 70 ° each.
- the side walls of the hard shoe part extend in the boot according to the invention under the tongue up over the instep, so that the hard shoe part practically the grips the entire forefoot to beyond the instep and thus a perfect fixation of the feet is guaranteed.
- the deeply drawn recess gives the ankle and thus the joint axis, with which the foot to the Side is rotated.
- an instep band according to the invention provided that with its two ends on the hard shoe part the outer boot is attached.
- a band can Instep band, of course, by another traction device, such as a Rope, be formed.
- the instep band or traction device can be tensioned trained, e.g. B. by a lever.
- a traction device between the inner boot and the outer boot provided that on the one hand on the calf support above them Swivel axis and on the other hand on the ball area on the Attacks the inside of the shoe part. This will make bending the calf support during the "backside turn” by shifting weight prevented to the rear.
- the "frontside turn” can be hard Shoe part to be attached to a tongue.
- the template attenuation and the control force support can thus completely according to the invention be formed regardless of the calf support, each after whether a long, a short, a soft or hard Tongue or no tongue is provided.
- the snowboard boot according to the invention is an outer boot having a hard shoe part can like it with him be driven with a soft boat. Accordingly, the bond for the snowboard boot according to the invention also for a soft boot at an angle of 0 to 20 ° to the transverse axis mounted on the snowboard, d. H. either exactly across, so perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the snowboard or from this transverse position slightly turned forward.
- the calf support and the soft shaft of the outer boot which is the calf support and the upper area of the includes hard shoe part and attached to the hard shoe part is, for example by sewing or gluing the snowboard boot according to the invention like a conventional ski or Snowboard alpine hard boot with correspondingly low manufacturing costs getting produced.
- the snowboard boot has an inner boot 1 that is soft and padded.
- the inner boot 1 is arranged in an outer boot 2, which consists of a hard Shoe part 3, i.e. a hard plastic shell, and a soft one Shaft 4 is made.
- a hard Shoe part 3 i.e. a hard plastic shell
- a soft one Shaft 4 is made.
- the shaft 4 can for example made of fabric, leather, felt, a plastic film or another soft, flexible material.
- the shaft 4 is open on its front and on both sides the open front with eyelets 6 through which a Lanyard 7 is pulled. He is in the area of the eyelets 6 reinforcement.
- a tongue 10 is fastened on the outside of the hard shoe part 3, which is wrapped by the soft laced shaft 4.
- the instep band 11 extends below the front opening of the soft Shafts 4 with the lace 7, so it is directly on the Tongue 10 on.
- the tongue 10 can be made of plastic, for example exist and conceals a slit-shaped in the instep area 9 Longitudinal opening at the top of the hard shoe part 3, the itself from the instep area 9 of the hard shoe part 3 to the latter Toe area 15 extends.
- the hard shoe part 3 extends in the instep area 9 and in the heel area 8 upwards, while in the Ankle region 26 has a recess 16.
- the recess 16 extends from the instep area 9 down under the ankle 26 and then up in the Heel area 8 to the tip of the hard shoe part 3, at the the calf support 17 is pivoted about the axis 18 is.
- the instep band 11 is under or behind the recess 16 attached to the hard shoe part 3 or in front of it.
- a calf support 17 is articulated on the outside, specifically by one Swivel axis 18 rotatable, which is approximately at the level of the joint the foot and lower leg of the snowboard rider, not shown is arranged and runs in the longitudinal direction of the boot.
- the axis of rotation 18 runs forward in the longitudinal direction slightly sloping downwards.
- the hinge 18 can be through a rivet Screw connection or the like may be formed.
- the Calf support 17 is cup-shaped so that it is the Wade grips on both sides. It preferably consists of Plastic.
- the traction means 19 can for example be a rope or a band his.
- the traction means 19 is designed to be tensionable.
- a clamping lever which can be pivoted about a transverse axis 20 21 provided on which the via a guide 22 on the Arranged on the outside of the calf support 17 arranged traction means 19 is.
- the clamping lever 21 As indicated in Figure 2, a threaded spindle extending in its longitudinal direction 23, which engages in a nut 24 on which the traction means 19 is attached.
- the rotatably mounted on the tensioning lever 21 Threaded spindle 23 is at the upper end of the lever 21 with a Handle 25 provided.
- the nut 24 is in a groove in the Clamping lever 21 guided up and down.
