Durch die DE 37 37 531 A1 ist eine Kammerrakeleinrichtung für ein Kurzfarbwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine bekannt, welche zwischen an einer Rasterwalze anliegenden Rakelmessern eine Farbumlaufkammer aufweist, die eine rotierbare Walze aufnimmt.From DE 37 37 531 A1 a chamber doctor blade device for a short inking unit of a rotary printing press is known, which has a ink circulation chamber between a doctor roller and an ink roller, which receives a rotatable roller.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kammerrakeleinrichtung für ein Kurzfarbwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine zu schaffen, bei welcher auch beim Umlauf von wenig Druckfarbe eine gute Farbvermischung und eine gleichmäßige Verteilung der Druckfarbe auf der Rasterwalze erfolgt.The invention has for its object to provide a chamber doctor blade device for a short inking unit of a rotary printing press, in which there is good ink mixing and a uniform distribution of the printing ink on the anilox roller even with the circulation of little printing ink.

Durch die Erfindung werden insbesondere nachfolgende Vorteile erzielt: infolge der Anordnung der zweiten Walze wird die Druckfarbe gut durchmischt und in Verbindung mit der in achsperalleler Richtung verlaufenden, sich drehenden Gummiwalze gleichmäßig auf die Mantelfläche der Rasterwalze verteilt, so daß einem Bestreben der Druckfarbe, sich an einer Längsseite der Kammerrakeleinrichtung festzusetzen, entgegengewirkt wird. An eine Rasterwalze 1 eines Kurzfarbwerkes ist eine insgesamt mit 2 bezeichnete Kammerrakeleinrichtung anstellbar. Die Kammerrakeleinrichtung 2 kann aus einer Farbwanne 3 mit einem etwa U-förmigen Profil bestehen, welche sich mit einer Länge l unterhalb und achsparallel zur Rasterwalze 1 erstreckt. Die Länge l der Farbwanne 3 kann ein Viertel der Gesamtlänge der Rasterwalze 1 betragen, so daß vier verschiedene Farbwannen 3 unter der Rasterwalze 1 angeordnet sein können. Jede Farbwanne 3 weist stirnseitige Schließbleche 4, 6 auf, welche das U-Profil beidseitig z. B. mittels Schrauben verschließen. Die Schließbleche 4; 6 sind mit ihrer der Rasterwalze 1 zugewandten Seite der Peripherie der Rasterwalze 1 angepaßt. An beiden Schließblechen 4; 6 sind in achsparalleler Richtung zur Rasterwalze 1 sowie ins Innere der Kammerrakeleinrichtung 2 weisende Achszapfen 7; 8 befestigt, auf welchen über Kugellager 9; 11 beidendig eine Walze, z. B. Gummiwalze 12 rotierbar gelagert ist. Die Gummiwalze 12 weist auf ihrem Mantel 15 Erhebungen 13 auf, die z. B. rhombenförmig ausgebildet sein können (in Fig. 2 ausschnittsweise dargestellt). Die Gummiwalze 12 ist in einem solchen Abstand a zur Rasterwalze 1 angeordnet, daß diese bei Drehung der Rasterwalze 1 durch Reibung angetrieben werden kann, wobei sich zwischen der Rasterwalze 1 sowie der Gummiwalze 12 ein auf die Rasterwalze 1 zu übertragender Film von Druckfarbe befindet. Die Gummiwalze 12 kann auch separat durch eine nichtdargestellte Antriebseinheit, z. B. einen Elektromotor, angetrieben werden. Am Boden 14 der Farbwanne 3, d. h. in einem geringen Abstand zu diesem sowie in einem Abstand b zum Mantel 15 der Gummiwalze 12 sind mehrere, z. ß. zwei in achsparalleler Richtung nebeneinander befindliche angetriebene Scheiben 17; 18 angeordnet, deren Antriebswellen 19; 21 rechtwinklig zur Rotationsachse 22 verlaufen und zu außerhalb der Kammerrakeleinrichtung 2 befindlichen, nichtdargestellten Antrieben führen können. Die Antriebe können z. B. außen am Boden 14 der Farbwanne 3 angeflanscht sein. Der Abstand b der Scheiben 17; 18 zur Gummiwalze 12 ist für jede Scheibe 17; 18 einzeln einstellbar. Es ist aber auch möglich, daß der Abstand b der Scheiben 17; 18 zur Gummiwalze 12 für beide Scheiben 17; 18 gemeinsam einstellbar ist. Die Kammerrakeleinrichtung 2 weist zwei in einem Abstand zueinander angeordnete, an die Gummiwalze 12 anstellbare federnde Rakelblätter - eine Arbeitsrakel 23 sowie eine Schließrakel 24 - auf, die sich in achsparalleler Richtung zur Rasterwalze 1 erstrecken und in leistenförmigen Haltern 26; 27 festgeklemmt sind. Nach einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel ist es möglich, statt einer oder mehrerer angetriebener Scheiben 17; 18 unterhalb und achsparallel zur Walze 12 eine zweite in einem Abstand b beabstandete nichtdargestellte Walze anzuordnen, welche sich mitläufig zur Walze 12, d. h. im Uhrzeigersinn (Fig. 1), dreht. Der Antrieb der zweiten Walze kann synchron zum Antrieb der Walze 12 erfolgen. Das Material sowie die Oberfläche der zweiten Walze kann so beschaffen sein, wie bei der Walze 12 ausgeführt. Die zweite Walze kann auch einen Stahlmantel aufweisen. Der Durchmesser der zweiten Walze kann vom Durchmesser der Walze 12 abweichen. Sollte die zweite Walze von der Walze 12 mittels Friktionsantrieb bewegt werden, so würde ein geringerer Durchmesser der zweiten Walze von Vorteil sein.
