Description

The invention relates to a doctor blade device for a short inking unit of a rotary printing press according to the preamble of claim 1.

The invention has for its object a Chamber doctor blade device for a short inking unit To create rotary printing press, which also a good one when circulating little ink Color mixing and an even distribution of Printing ink takes place on the anilox roller.

This task is characterized by the characteristics of the characterizing part of claim 1 solved.

The invention in particular the following Advantages achieved: due to the arrangement of the bottom of the Paint pan driven disks or gears Ink mixed well and in conjunction with the in axially parallel, rotating Rubber roller evenly on the outer surface of the Anilox roller distributed so that an effort of Printing ink, on one long side of the Chamber doctor device fix, counteracted becomes. Small amounts of ink are also sufficient to ensure an adequate ink supply for the anilox roller to ensure what in particular when using of expensive spot colors is important.

On an anilox roller 1 of a short inking unit is one a total of 2 chambered doctor blade device employable. The chambered doctor device 2 can consist of a Ink tray 3 with an approximately U-shaped profile, which is with a length l below and axially parallel extends to anilox roller 1. The length l of the paint tray 3 can be a quarter of the total length of the anilox roller 1 amount so that four different paint pans 3 under the anilox roller 1 can be arranged. Any paint tray 3 has front locking plates 4, 6, which the U-profile on both sides z. B. by means of screws close. The striking plates 4; 6 are with their the Anilox roller 1 facing the periphery of the Anilox roller 1 adapted. On both striking plates 4; 6 are in the axis-parallel direction to the anilox roller 1 and inside the chambered doctor blade device 2 Journal 7; 8 attached, on which via ball bearings 9; 11 both ends of a roller, e.g. B. rubber roller 12 is rotatably mounted. The rubber roller 12 has her coat 15 surveys 13, the z. B. can be rhomboidal (in FIG. 2 shown in sections). The rubber roller 12 is in such a distance a from the anilox roller 1, that this by rotation of the anilox roller 1 by friction can be driven, being between the Anilox roller 1 and the rubber roller 12 on the Anilox roller 1 film of printing ink to be transferred located. The rubber roller 12 can also be separated by a Drive unit not shown, e.g. B. one Electric motor to be driven. At the bottom 14 of the Paint tray 3, d. H. at a short distance from this and at a distance b from the jacket 15 of the rubber roller 12 are several, e.g. B. two in the axis-parallel direction driven disks 17; 18th arranged, the drive shafts 19; 21 perpendicular to Rotation axis 22 run and to outside of Chambered doctor blade device 2, drives not shown. The drives can e.g. B. outside on the bottom 14 of the paint tray 3 be flanged. The distance b between the disks 17; 18 to Rubber roller 12 is for each disc 17; 18 individually adjustable. But it is also possible that the distance b the disks 17; 18 to the rubber roller 12 for both disks 17; 18 is adjustable together. The Chamber doctor device 2 has two at a distance arranged to each other, adjustable to the rubber roller 12 resilient squeegee blades - a working squeegee 23 and one Closing doctor blade 24 - on, which is in axially parallel Extend towards anilox roller 1 and in strip-shaped holders 26; 27 are clamped. The Holder 26; 27 for the squeegee 23; 24 are both ends form-fitting with the striking plates 4; 6 of Chamber doctor device 2 connected. The drivable Discs 17; 18 are expediently circular trained and can at their periphery Have teeth. Furthermore, the disks 17; 18 to be provided with different through holes in order e.g. B. Air accumulations between the near-ground side of the Discs 17; 18 and the bottom 14 of the ink tray 3 avoid. The doctor blade device 2 is by a Known known lifting and lowering device 28 height adjustable and thus to the anilox roller 1 employable. A left upper side wall (Fig. 1) of the Ink tray 3 is pivotable, so that in pivoted state of the side wall printing ink in the Ink tray 3 can be filled or refilled.

The function of the doctor blade device 2 is as follows: during the operating state, d. H. during the rotation the anilox roller 1, z. B. rotates clockwise (Fig. 1) the rubber roller 12 rotates counterclockwise, the disks 17; 18 turn so that in one Gap 29 between the two disks 17; 18 a stream of Ink 20 in the direction of the long side of the ink tray 3 is promoted, which has the closing doctor blade 24, so that the rubber roller 12 the ink back in the direction Anilox roller 1, and anilox roller 1 the printing ink 20 transported in the direction of the doctor blade 23. In a enlarged directions are the directions of rotation Discs 17; 18 and the rubber roller 12 by means of circles shown with a dot, the Circle dot sign 30 means that this is so marked part from the level of the drawing sheet moved out towards the viewer of the drawing.

It would also be quite possible that the rubber roller 12 moved in the opposite direction to the anilox roller 1, d. H. in the Clockwise, so that on the anilox roller 1 between the working squeegee 23 and the anilox roller near Surface line of the rubber roller 12 forms an ink bead.

Another, not shown Embodiment can both discs 17; 18 as intermeshing gears are designed, which then need only a common drive.

Es ergibt sich die vorgenannte Bewegungsrichtung der Teile 17; 18; 32 (Fig. 3).According to a further embodiment (Fig. 3) it is possible between the two designed as gears Discs 17; 18 one near the bottom 14 and inside the paint tray 3 stored and outside the paint tray 3 to arrange driven worm shaft 31, which both with both gears 17; 18 as well as with a Scope of the rubber roller 12 located teeth 32nd combs. The toothing 32 of the rubber roller 12 is located at the point of half the length l of the ink tray 3 and does not protrude over the outer surface 15 of the rubber roller 12 out. The above-mentioned direction of movement results of parts 17; 18; 32 (Fig. 3).

It is also possible to have only one drivable disk 18 or 19 in the bottom 14 of the ink tray 3 to be arranged. The Ink tray 3 is, as in particular from FIG. 1 can be seen perpendicular to an axis of rotation 16 of the Anilox roller 1 arranged. However, it is also possible that one through the axis of rotation 16 of the anilox roller 1 running vertical center line 25 of the ink tray 3 um panning an angle plus or minus alpha, so that the ink tray 3 rests laterally on the anilox roller.

Then the drivable disk 17; 18 only partially immerse in ink 20.

The angle alpha can be between zero and 45 °. A Filling height h of the printing ink 20 can be between a quarter be up to half the diameter of the roller 12.
