Description
The invention relates to a doctor blade device for a short inking unit of a rotary printing press according to the preamble of claim 1.
The invention has for its object a Chamber doctor blade device for a short inking unit To create rotary printing press, which also a good one when circulating little ink Color mixing and an even distribution of Printing ink takes place on the anilox roller.
This task is characterized by the characteristics of the characterizing part of claim 1 solved.
The invention in particular the following Advantages achieved: due to the arrangement of the bottom of the Paint pan driven disks or gears Ink mixed well and in conjunction with the in axially parallel, rotating Rubber roller evenly on the outer surface of the Anilox roller distributed so that an effort of Printing ink, on one long side of the Chamber doctor device fix, counteracted becomes. Small amounts of ink are also sufficient to ensure an adequate ink supply for the anilox roller to ensure what in particular when using of expensive spot colors is important.

Jede Farbwanne
3 weist stirnseitige Schließbleche 4, 6 auf, welche das
U-Profil beidseitig z. B. mittels Schrauben
verschließen. Die Schließbleche 4; 6 sind mit ihrer der
Rasterwalze 1 zugewandten Seite der Peripherie der
Rasterwalze 1 angepaßt. An beiden Schließblechen 4; 6
sind in achsparalleler Richtung zur Rasterwalze 1 sowie
ins Innere der Kammerrakeleinrichtung 2 weisende
Achszapfen 7; 8 befestigt, auf welchen über Kugellager
9; 11 beidendig eine Walze, z. B. Gummiwalze 12
rotierbar gelagert ist. Die Gummiwalze 12 weist auf
ihrem Mantel 15 Erhebungen 13 auf, die z. B.
rhombenförmig ausgebildet sein können (in Fig. 2
ausschnittsweise dargestellt).
B. zwei in achsparalleler Richtung
nebeneinander befindliche angetriebene Scheiben 17; 18
angeordnet, deren Antriebswellen 19; 21 rechtwinklig zur
Rotationsachse 22 verlaufen und zu außerhalb der
Kammerrakeleinrichtung 2 befindlichen,
nichtdargestellten Antrieben führen können. Die Antriebe
können z. B. außen am Boden 14 der Farbwanne 3
angeflanscht sein. Der Abstand b der Scheiben 17; 18 zur
Gummiwalze 12 ist für jede Scheibe 17; 18 einzeln
einstellbar.
Kammerrakeleinrichtung 2 verbunden. Die antreibbaren
Scheiben 17; 18 sind zweckmäßigerweise kreisrund
ausgebildet und können an ihrer Peripherie eine
Verzahnung aufweisen. Weiterhin können die Scheiben 17;
18 mit verschiedenen Durchgangslöchern versehen sein, um
z. B. Luftansammlungen zwischen der bodennahen Seite der
Scheiben 17; 18 sowie dem Boden 14 der Farbwanne 3 zu
vermeiden. Die Kammerrakeleinrichtung 2 ist durch eine
angedeutete bekannte Hub- und Senkeinrichtung 28
höhenverstellbar und somit an die Rasterwalze 1
anstellbar. Eine linke obere Seitenwand (Fig. 1) der
Farbwanne 3 ist schwenkbar ausgebildet, so daß in
abgeschwenktem Zustand der Seitenwand Druckfarbe in die
Farbwanne 3 ein- bzw. nachgefüllt werden kann.On an anilox roller 1 of a short inking unit is one
a total of 2 chambered doctor blade device
employable. The chambered doctor device 2 can consist of a
Ink tray 3 with an approximately U-shaped profile,
which is with a length l below and axially parallel
extends to anilox roller 1. The length l of the paint tray 3
can be a quarter of the total length of the anilox roller 1
amount so that four different paint pans 3 under
the anilox roller 1 can be arranged. Any paint tray

in Richtung Arbeitsrakel 23 transportiert. In einer
vergrößerten Darstellung sind die Drehrichtungen der
Scheiben 17; 18 sowie der Gummiwalze 12 mittels Kreisen
mit einem Punkt dargestellt, wobei das
Kreis-Punkt-Zeichen 30 bedeutet, daß sich dieser so
gekennzeichnete Teil aus der Ebene des Zeichnungsblattes
in Richtung des Betrachters der Zeichnung herausbewegt. The function of the doctor blade device 2 is as follows:
during the operating state, d. H. during the rotation
the anilox roller 1, z. B. rotates clockwise (Fig. 1)
the
It would also be quite possible that the
Another, not shown Embodiment can both discs 17; 18 as intermeshing gears are designed, which then need only a common drive.
angetriebene Schneckenwelle 31 anzuordnen, welche sowohl
heraus. Es ergibt sich die vorgenannte Bewegungsrichtung
der Teile 17; 18; 32 (Fig. 3).According to a further embodiment (Fig. 3) it is
possible between the two designed as gears

It is also possible to have only one

The angle alpha can be between zero and 45 °. A
