Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verpackung für Eier od.dgl. stoßempfindliche Gegenstände, mit einem als Faserformteil ausgebildeten Unterteil und einem die im Unterteil stehenden Eier od.dgl übergreifenden Deckelteil, das aus einem flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt aufgerichtet ist und am Unterteil wenigstens an einer Längsseite durch Rastverschlüsse festlegbar ist, wobei das Deckelteil, das eine Deckelfläche afweist, an deren Kanten vier Seitenwände angelenkt sind, mit einer Längsseite am Unterteil über eine Klebeverbindung angelenkt ist und an der gegenüberliegenden Längsseite die Rastverschlüsse aufweist.
Bei Verpackungen für Eier besteht sowohl das Unterteil als auch das Deckelteil (oder das Oberteil, oder der Deckel) normalerweise aus Gießpappe, wobei beide Teile zusammenhängend in einer entsprechenden Form hergestellt werden.
Derartige Verpackungen haben sich zwar als Schutzverpackung bewährt, doch ist eine Verbraucherinformation an diesen nur schwer anzubringen.
Aus FR-A-2 318 081 und FR-A-2 272 909 sind darüber hinaus Eierverpackungen bekannt, die ein Unterteil aus Kunststoff und ein Oberteil aus Karton aufweisen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der genannten Art so auszugestalten, daß die fertigen Verpackungen im auseinandergefalteten Zustand in einer Vielzahl übereinandergestapelt und mit automatischen Maschinen sicher vereinzelt werden können.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß an wenigstens einer der Deckelteilseitenwünde, an die von der Deckelfläche abgekehrte Längskante ein weiterer Wandabschnitt angelenkt ist, an welchem seinerseits faltbare, vorzugsweise an der Innenseite der Deckelfläche befestigte Abschnitte zur Bildung von Stapelnocken vorgesehen sind.
Der Schutz der Eier od.dgl. geht dabei weitgehend vom Unterteil der Verpackung aus, während das erfindungsgemäß ausgebildete Kartondeckelteil zum zusätzlichen Schutz völlig ausreicht, aber andererseits hervorragend bedruckbar ist und somit alle Verbraucherinformationen aufnehmen kann. Darüber hinaus ist durch die Ausgestaltung der Erfindung ein einfaches Öffnen und Schließen der Verpackung gewährleistet und damit auch eine leichte Kontrolle des Inhaltes durch den Käufer möglich.
Sehr günstig ist es auch, wenn gemäß einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung der Erfindung am Unterteil ein Materialstreifen angelenkt ist, an dem das Deckelteil (oder das Oberteil oder der Deckel) über eine Klebeverbindung befestigt ist.
Damit ist ein einfaches Verbinden von Oberteil und Unterteil ermöglicht.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß am Unterteil ein aus dem gleichen Material bestehendes Oberteil angelenkt ist, über welches ein Karton-Oberteil gestülpt ist.
Insbesondere zum Verpacken von sehr dünnschaligen und damit empfindlichen Eiern oder zum Überbrücken sehr langer Transportwege ist eine derart ausgestaltete Verpackung sehr vorteilhaft, da die Eier od.dgl. einen optimalen Schutz erhalten und trotzdem eine sehr gute Verbraucherinformation ermöglicht ist.
Dabei hat es sich als besonders vorteilhaft erwiesen, wenn erfindungsgemäß beide Oberteile mit zueinander fluchtenden Durchbrechungen versehen sind, in welche am Unterteil angeordnete Nocken im verschlossenen Zustand eingreifen.
Damit wird nicht nur ein gemeinsamer Verschluß für beide Oberteile erhalten, sondern gleichzeitig werden beide Oberteile zusätzlich miteinander verbunden.
Als sehr vorteilhaft hat es sich auch erwiesen, wenn gemäß der Erfindung das Deckelteil eine zentrale Deckelfläche aufweist, an deren Längskanten über zwei Faltlinien zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände angelenkt sind, deren freie Längskanten länger ausgebildet sind als die Anlenk-Faltlinien, und daß an den beiden Stirnkanten der Deckelfläche sich zum freien Ende hin ebenfalls erweiternde Seitenwände angelenkt sind.
Damit erhält das Oberteil beim Aufrichten eine haubenförmige Gestalt, die sich den in das Unterteil eingestellten Eiern sehr gut anpaßt.
Sehr günstig ist es auch, wenn erfindungsgemäße an zwei der vier Seitenwände Verbindungsklappen angelenkt sind, die im aufgerichteten Zustand des Deckelteils an der jeweils benachbarten Seitenwand festgelegt sind.
Damit wird das Deckelteil sehr stabil und gibt den Eiern od.dgl. einen guten zusätzlichen Schutz.
Erfindungsgemäß ist es dabei möglich, daß die Verbindungsklappen bogenförmig verlaufen und die Deckelfläche ebenfalls bogenförmig ausgebildete Ecken aufweist.
Damit erhält das Deckelteil eine abgerundete, sich den Eiern sehr gut anpassende Form.
Ebenfalls sehr vorteilhaft ist es,wenn erfindungsgemäße zwischen der Verbindungsklappe und der sie tragenden Seitenwand jeweils ein Zwischenstück angelenkt ist.
Damit läßt sich das Oberteil ebenfalls sehr gut an die runde Eierform anpassen.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der Erfindung liegt darin, daß die Längs-Seitenwände bogenförmige Endabschnitte aufweisen und wenigstens einen Teil der an den beiden Schmalseiten vorgesehenen Seitenwände bilden, und daß an der Deckelfläche Schmalseitenwände angelenkt sind, welche die beiden Endabschnitte miteinander verbinden.
Dabei ist es dann besonders günstig, wenn erfindungsgemäß die Anlenklinien der beiden Schmalseitenwände bogenförmig verlaufen.
Als sehr günstig hat es sich auch erwiesen, wenn gemäß der Erfindung an einer der Längs-Seitenwände eine Klebelasche angelenkt ist, über welche das Deckelteil mit dem Unterteil verbindbar ist.
Ebenfalls sehr günstig ist es, wenn erfindungsgemäß an den Schmalseitenwänden mehrere insich faltbare Lappen angelenkt sind, welche nach innen einfaltbar sind.
Diese Lappen bilden im aufgerichteten Zustand des Oberteils ebenfalls Stapelnocken, die ein einwandfreies Entstapeln der kompletten aber geöffneten Verpackung ermöglichen.

Mit 1 ist in Fig. ein Kartonzuschnitt bezeichnet, der eine Deckelfläche 2 aufweist, an welcher über Faltlinien 3,4,5,6 zwei Längs-Seitenwände 7 und 8 sowie zwei Schmalseitenwände 9 und 10 angelenkt sind. Bei beiden Paaren von Seitenwänden sind die freien Kanten länger als die Anlenk-Faltlinien 3,4 bzw. 5,6 so daß alle vier Seitenwände trapezförmig ausgebildet sind. An den beiden Längs-Seitenwänden 7 und 8 sind Verbindungsklappen 11,12 bzw. 13,14 angelenkt, die beim Aufrichten des Zuschnittes 1 mit den Schmalseitenwänden verbunden werden. In der Längs-Seitenwand 7 sind zwei Durchbrechungen 15,16 angeordnet, die Teil von Rastverschlüssen mit einem in Fig.3 dargestellten Verpackungsunterteil sind.
In Fig.2 ist ein Verpackungs-Oberteil 21 dargestellt, das aus dem Zuschnitt 1 aufgerichtet ist. Dieses Oberteil 21 wird mit der Längs-Seitenwand 8 mit einem in Fig.3 schematisch dargestellten Unterteil 30 verbunden, wie es zur Verpackung von Eiern bekannt ist. Dieses Unterteil 30 hat an seiner einen Längskante einen gelenkig angeordneten Verbindungslappen 31, der mit der Längs-Seitenwand 8 verklebt wird. An seiner gegenüberliegenden Längskante sind zwei Nocken 32 angeformt, welche im verschlossenen Zustand der Verpackung von innen in die beiden Durchbrechungen 15 und 16 eingreifen.
In Fig.4 ist ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel eines Kartonzuschnittes 41 dargestellt, der ebenfalls eine zentrale Deckelfläche 42 aufweist, an der über die Faltlinien 3 und 4 die beiden Längs-Seitenwände 7 und 8 angelenkt sind. Beide Längs-Seitenwände entsprechen vollständigen denen aus Fig. 1, wobei die Verbindungsklappen 43 und 44 über Zwischenstücke 45 bzw. 46 an der jeweiligen Seitenwand angelenkt sind. An den Zwischenstücken 45 und 46 sind seitlich noch Zwickelflächen 47 und 48 angelenkt, die von der Deckelfläche 42 entlang von Schnittlinien 49 abgetrennt sind. Die von der Deckelfläche 42 abgekehrte Längskante der Längs-Seitenwand 7 ist als Faltlinie 34 ausgebildet und trägt einen Wandabschnitt 35, der an seinem äußeren Ende Faltlappen 36 und 37 enthält.
In Fig.5 ist ein erfindungsgemäßes Verpackungs-Oberteil 51 dargestellt, welches aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig.4 aufgerichtet ist. Dabei ist vorallem ersichtlich, wie die Zwickelflächen 47 und 48 an die Innenseite der Deckelfläche 42 angelegt sind. Der Wandabschnitt 35 ist auf die Innenseite der Längs-Seitenwand 7 gefaltet und das Ende der beiden Faltlappen 36 und 37 ist an der Innenseite der Deckfläche befestigt, wodurch wirksame Stapelhilfen geschaffen sind.
Die Fig.6 zeigt ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel eines Kartonzuschnittes 61 mit einer Deckelfläche 62, die vier abgerundete Ecken aufweist. An die geraden Begrenzungskanten der Deckelfläche 62 sind zwei Längs-Seitenwände 63 und 64 sowie zwei Schmalseitenwände 65 angelenkt, die alle rechteckig ausgebildet sind. An den beiden Längs-Seitenwänden 63 und 64 sind bogenförmige Verbindungsklappen 66 bzw. 67 angelenkt, die insich durch mehrere Faltlinien 68 unterteilt sind. Die Längs-Seitenwand 64 ist schmäler ausgebildet als die gegenüberliegende Seitenwand 63, und dient zum Befestigen an dem Verbindungslappen 31 des Unterteils aus Fig.3. Die Schmalseitenwände 65 entsprechen jedoch der Längs-Seitenwand 63, so daß die Verbindungsklappen 67 die unterschiedliche Breite ausgleichen.
Ein aus diesem Zuschnitt nach Fig.6 aufgerichtetes erfindungsgemäßes Verpackungs-Oberteil 71 ist in Fig.7 dargestellt.
Ein weiterer Kartonzuschnitt 81 ist in Fig.8 dargestellt, wobei die dortige Deckelfläche 82 wieder zwei Längs-Seitenwände 83 und 84 trägt. Zum Anlenken der beiden identischen Schmalseitenwände 85 sind gebogene Faltlinien 86 vorgesehen. An ihrem freien Ende tragen die beiden Schmalseitenwände 85 Lappen 87, die insich durch mehrere Faltlinien 88 unterteilt sind. Die beiden Längs-Seitenwände sind mit bogenförmig verlaufenden, als Verbindungsklappen 89 dienenden Endabschnitten versehen. Darüber hinaus ist an der von der Deckelfläche 82 abgewandten Kante der Längs-Seitenwand 83 ein Lappen 90 angelenkt, der wie aus Fig.9 ersichtlich ist, an die Innenseite der Längs-Seitenwand angelegt wird um deren freie Kante zu versteifen. Bei diesem in Fig.9 sichtbaren erfindungsgemäßen Verpackungs-Oberteil 91 sind die Lappen 87 ebenfalls nach innen eingefaltet und mit ihrem Endabschnitt an der Deckelfläche 82 festgelegt, so daß hier Stapelhilfen gebildet sind.

Claims (12)

  1. Verpackung für Eier od.dgl. stoßempfindliche Gegenstände, mit einem als Faserformteil ausgebildeten Unterteil (30) und einem die im Unterteil stehenden Eier od.dgl. übergreifenden Deckelteil (51,71,91), das aus einem flachliegenden Kartonzuschnitt (41,61,81) aufgerichtet ist und am Unterteil(30) wenigstens an einer Längsseite durch Rastverschlüsse(15,16,32) festlegbar ist, wobei das Deckelteil, das eine Deckelfläche(42,62,82) aufweist, an deren Kanten vier Seitenwände (7,8,9,10;63,64,65;83,84,85) angelenkt sind, mit einer Längsseite am Unterteil(30) über eine Klebeverbindung angelenkt ist und an der gegenüberliegenden Längsseite die Rastverschlüsse (15,16) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an wenigstens einer der Deckelteil seitenwände (7,8;63,64;85), an die von der Deckelfläche(42,62,82) abgekehrte Längskante ein weiterer Wandabschnitt(35,87) angelenkt ist, an welchem seinerseits faltbare, vorzugsweise an der Innenseite der Deckelfläche befestigte Abschnitte(36,37;87) zur Bildung von Stapelnocken vorgesehen sind.
  2. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Unterteil(30) ein Materialstreifen(31) angelenkt ist, an dem das Deckelteil über eine Klebeverbindung befestigt ist.
  3. Verpackung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Unterteil(30) ein aus dem gleichen Material bestehendes Deckelteil angelenkt ist, über welches ein Karton-Deckelteil gestülpt ist.
  4. Verpackung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Deckelteile mit zueinander fluchtenden Durchbrechungen(15,16) versehen sind, in welche am Unterteil(30) angeordnete Nocken(32) im verschlossenen Zustand eingreifen.
  5. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Deckelteil (51) eine zentrale Deckelfläche (42) aufweist, an deren Längskanten über zwei Faltlinien(3,4) zwei einander gegenüberliegende Seitenwände(7,8) angelenkt sind, deren freie Längskanten länger ausgebildet sind als die Anlenk-Faltlinien, und daß an den beiden Stirnkanten der Deckelfläche (42) sich zum freien Ende hin ebenfalls erweiternde Seitenwände(9,10) angelenkt sind.
  6. Verpackung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an zwei der vier Seitenwände Verbindungsklappen (43,44,66,67,89) angelenkt sind, die im aufgerichteten Zustand des Deckelteils an der benachbarten Seitenwänden festgelegt sind.
  7. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsklappen(66,67) bogenförmig verlaufen und die Deckelfläche(62) ebenfalls bogenförmig ausgebildete Ecken aufweist.
  8. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Verbindungsklappe(43,44) und der sie tragenden Seitenwand(7,8) jeweils ein Zwischenstück(45,46) angelenkt ist.
  9. Verpackung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Längs-Seitenwände(83,84) bogenförmige Endabschnitte(89) aufweisen und wenigstens einen Teil der an den beiden Schmalseiten vorgesehenen Seitenwände bilden, und daß an der Deckelfläche (82) Schmalseitenwände (85) angelenkt sind, welche die beiden Endabschnitte miteinander verbinden.
  10. Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlenklinien (86) der beiden Schmalseitenwände (85) bogenförmig verlaufen.
  11. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer der Längs-Seitenwände eine Klebelasche angelenkt ist, über welche das Deckelteil mit dem Unterteil (30) verbindbar ist.
  12. Verpackung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Schmalseitenwänden (85) mehrere insich faltbare Lappen (87) angelenkt sind, welche nach innen einfaltbar sind.
