Claims (13)
- Pressenanordnung (10) einer Papier- oder Kartonmaschine zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn (12) in einem in Laufrichtung (L) der Faserstoffbahn (12) verlängerten Preßspalt (14), der zwischen zwei Preßflächen vorgesehen ist, von denen wenigstens eine durch einen flexiblen, über wenigstens einen Preßschuh (16) geführten Preßmantel (18) gebildet ist, der durch den Preßschuh (16) unter Ausbildung eines Fluidkissens zwischen Preßschuh (16) und Preßmantel (18) gegen die gegenüberliegende Preßfläche preßbar ist, wobei der Preßschuh (16) derart beaufschlagbar ist, daß insbesondere bei einer zumindest im wesentlichen gleich bleibenden durchschnittlichen Gesamtbelastung des Preßschuhs (16) der sich ergebende Kraftschwerpunkt relativ zum Preßschuh (16) in Laufrichtung (L) der Faserstoffbahn (12) verstellbar und damit das sich in Laufrichtung (L) der Faserstoffbahn (12) im Preßspalt (14) einstellende Druckprofil entsprechend beinflußbar ist, und wobei zusammen mit der zu behandelnden Faserstoffbahn (16) wenigstens ein Entwässerungsfilz (28) durch den Preßspalt (14) geführt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine Einrichtung (30) zur Steuerung und/oder Regelung des Druckprofils vorgesehen ist, durch die die jeweilige Lage des relativ zum Preßschuh (16) in Laufrichtung (L) der Faserstoffbahn (12) verstellbaren Kraftschwerpunkts in Abhängigkeit von wenigstens einer Eingangsgröße (Ei) einstellbar ist, die für die Beschaffenheit und/oder das Verhalten des Entwässerungsfilzes (28) während des Betriebs repräsentativ ist, so daß die relative Lage des Kraftschwerpunkts bei sich während des Betriebs und im Verlauf der Lebensdauer des Entwässerungsfilzes (28) ergebenden Änderungen der Beschaffenheit bzw. des Verhaltens dieses Entwässerungsfilzes (28) entsprechend verstellbar ist. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) Mittel (32) zur direkten oder indirekten Messung des sich nach einem Durchlauf durch den Preßspalt (14) ergebenden durchschnittlichen Trockengehalts der Faserstoffbahn (12) zugeordnet sind, um der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) eine entsprechende Eingangsgröße (Ei) zu liefern, wobei die Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) vorzugsweise so ausgelegt ist, daß die Einstellung der Lage des Kraftschwerpunkts relativ zum Preßschuh (16) stets im Hinblick auf die Erzielung eines möglichst hohen Trockengehalts der Faserstoffbahn (12) erfolgt. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) Mittel zur Messung des Trockengehalts wenigstens eines zusammen mit der zu behandelnden Faserstoffbahn (12) durch den Preßspalt (14) geführten Entwässerungsfilzes (28) zugeordnet sind, um der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) eine entsprechende Eingangsgröße (Ei) zu liefern. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mittel zur Messung des Trockengehalts wenigstens eines Entwässerungsfilzes (28) zur indirekten Messung des Trockengehalts der Faserstoffbahn (12) vorgesehen sind, um der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) eine für den Trockengehalt der Faserstoffbahn (12) repräsentative Eingangsgröße (Ei) zu liefern. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) Mittel zur Messung des Unterdrucks in zumindest einem der Filzreinigung dienenden Rohrsauger für wenigstens einen zusammen mit der Faserstoffbahn (12) durch den Preßspalt (14) geführten Entwässerungsfilz (28) zugeordnet sind, um der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) eine entsprechende Eingangsgröße (Ei) zu liefern. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) Mittel zur Messung der Filzdicke zugeordnet sind, um der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) eine entsprechende Eingangsgröße (Ei) zu liefern. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Filzdicke unter den aktuellen Betriebsbedingungen gemessen und der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) eine entsprechende Eingangsgröße (Ei) geliefert wird. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Mittel zur Messung der Filzdicke Mittel zur Bestimmung des Abstandes zwischen dem Preßschuh (16) und der gegenüberliegenden Preßfläche umfassen, um der Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) die entsprechende Eingangsgröße (Ei) zu liefern. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bestimmung des Abstandes zwischen dem Preßschuh (16) und der gegenüberliegenden Preßfläche in an sich bekannter Weise mittels Echolot, mittels einer induktiven Abstandsmessung und/oder dergleichen erfolgt. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Messungen an mehreren Stellen über die sich quer zur Laufrichtung (L) der Faserstoffbahn (12) erstreckende Breite der Pressenanordnung (10) erfolgen. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kraftschwerpunkt in Abhängigkeit vom Mittelwert der Meßwerte der verschiedenen Messungen verstellbar ist und entsprechend eine gleichartige Verstellung des Kraftschwerpunkts über die Breite der Pressenanordnung (10) erfolgt. - Pressenanordnung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Meßwerte der verschiedenen Messungen individuell zur zonalen Verstellung des Kraftschwerpunkts über die Breite der Pressenanordnung (10) herangezogen werden. - Pressenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Steuer- und/oder Regelungseinrichtung (30) wenigstens einen Regelkreis für eine im Hinblick auf die Erzielung eines möglichst hohen Trockengehalts der Faserstoffbahn (12) erfolgende vollautomatische Optimierung der insbesondere durch eine entsprechende Preßschuhbelastung bewirkbaren Einstellung der jeweiligen Lage des Kraftschwerpunkts relativ zum Preßschuh (16) umfaßt.
