Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von cellulosischen Fasern durch Extrudieren einer gelöste Cellulose enthaltenden Spinnlösung (2) in ein gasförmiges Medium über eine vorbestimmte Gasstrecke, anschließendem Eintauchen in und Führen durch ein Koagulationsbad über eine vorbestimmte Koagulationsstrecke, Verstrecken der erhaltenen Cellulosefasern (5) und Aufwickeln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die extrudierte Spinnlösung (2) nach der Gasstrecke in ein auf vorbestimmte Geschwindigkeit beschleunigte, zumindest in etwa in Richtung der extrudierten Spinnlösung (2) laminar fließendes Koagulationsbad eingeführt wird, wobei die Koagulationsflüssigkeit (7) seitlich in den Pfad der Spinnlösung zugeführt wird und die Flußrichtung der Spinnlösung (2) und der Koagulationsflüssigkeit (3) über die gesamte Koagulationsstrecke zumindest in etwa parallel gehalten wird, und daß die erhaltenen Cellulosefasern (5) beim Verlassen der Koagulationsstrecke seitlich umgelenkt und danach aufgewickelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koagulationsflüssigkeit (7) einseitig der Spinnlösung (2) in einer konstanten Schichtdicke im Bereich von 1,0 bis 5 mm zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schichtdicke etwa 1 bis 3 mal so dick eingestellt wird wie der größte Durchmesser der extrudierten Spinnlösung (2).
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geschwindigkeit der Koagulationsflüssigkeit (3) am Eintauchpunkt der Spinnlösung (2) auf einen Wert zwischen 30 bis 200 m/min eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geschwindigkeit der Koagulationsflüssigkeit (3) auf einen Wert zwischen 50 und 80 m/min eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koagulationsstrecke auf eine Länge von 0,5 bis 8 cm eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Koagulationsstrecke auf eine Länge von 1 bis 4 cm eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die koagulierten Cellulosefasern (5) in einem Wickel zwischen 45 und 60 °C zur Flußrichtung der Koagulationsflüssigkeit (3, 10) nach der Koagulationsstrecke umgelenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erhaltenen Cellulosefasern (5) plötzlich aus der Flußrichtung der Koagulationsflüssigkeit (3) nach der Koagulationsstrecke umgelenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erhaltenen Cellulosefasern (10) nach der Koagulationsstrecke derart plötzlich aus der Flußrichtung der Koagulationsflüssigkeit (3) umgelenkt werden, daß sie im Umlenkbereich einen Radius von 0,2 bis 2 mm bilden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Radius zwischen 0,3 und 1 mm eingestellt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Spinnlösung eine Lösung von Cellulose in einem Wasser enthaltenden N-Oxid eines tertiären Amins, insbesondere N-Methylmorpholin -N-oxid (NMMO), verwendet wird.
