Claims (33)
- Wanderreiniger für Textilmaschinen, insbesondere Spinnerei- und Webereimaschinen (2), mit einer Blas- und Saugeinrichtung (3) und einer Filtereinrichtung (4), die mindestens eine rohrförmige Filterpatrone (9) aufweist, die über einen seitlichen Luftanschluß (12) mit der Blas- und Saugeinrichtung (3) des Wanderreinigers (1) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterpatrone (9) einen Filtermantel (11) mit mindestens einer filterfreien Mantelöffnung (14) aufweist, die mit dem seitlichen Luftanschluß (12) verbindbar ist, wobei die Reinigungsluft durch die Mantelöffnung (14) radial in den Patroneninnenraum strömt und an der Innenseite des Filtermantels (11) gefiltert wird.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelöffnung (14) als längslaufender, vorzugsweise I-förmiger Schlitz ausgebildet ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelöffnung (14) sich über einen Großteil der Filterlänge erstreckt.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftanschluß (12) eine Öffnungsweite von ca. 35 mm oder mehr aufweist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Filterpatrone (9) eine am Mantel (11) seitlich angreifende Halterung (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung (15) im Bereich des Luftanschlusses (12) angeordnet ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftanschluß (12) einen trichterförmigen Stutzen (16) aufweist, der mit einer Stützschale (17) für die Filterpatrone (9) verbunden ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Filtermantel (11) mit der Mantelöffnung (14) über den Stutzen (16) gestülpt und durch eine Spanneinrichtung (28) lösbar befestigt ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stutzen (16) mit der Filterpatrone (9) verbunden und an der Wand der Filterkammer (8) lösbar befestigt ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterpatrone (9) in Transportrichtung (10) des Wanderreinigers (1) ausgerichtet ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterpatrone (9) an den Stirnseiten (18) verschließbar ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filterkammer (8) zumindest im Bereich einer Stirnseite (18) des Filters (9) einen Verschluß (16a) aufweist, der eine Zugangsöffnung für den Eintritt einer Filtersäuberungsvorrichtung (20) freigibt.
- Wanderreiniger, nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschluß (16a) eine stirnseitige Formstütze (29) für die Filterpatrone (9) aufweist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Filtersäuberungsvorrichtung (20) mit einer Absaugeinrichtung (22) und einer Blaseinrichtung (23) vorgesehen ist, die zusammen auf den Filter (9) einwirken.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtung (23) und die Absaugeinrichtung (22) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Filters (9) angeordnet sind, wobei vorzugsweise die Blaseinrichtung (23) der Reinseite des Filters (9) und die Absaugeinrichtung (22) der Schmutzseite zugeordnet ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtung (23) und/oder die Absaugeinrichtung (22) relativ beweglich zum Filter (9) angeordnet ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 14, 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtung (23) ein oder mehrere enge Blasdüsen (23a) zur Bildung eines scharfen Fluidstrahls aufweist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Blasdruck stärker als der Absaugunterdruck ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtung (23) und/oder die Absaugeinrichtung (22) an die Filterform angepaßt ist und die Filterfläche im wesentlichen vollständig überdeckt oder überfährt.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtung (23) an eine eigene Druckluftquelle (30a) angeschlossen ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtung (23) eine den Filter (9) übergreifende starre oder ausziehbare Abdeckung (25a) aufweist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugeinrichtung (22) mit einer Entsorgungseinrichtung (26) für die Filterrückstände verbindbar ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filtersäuberungsvorrichtung (20) in den Wanderreiniger (1) integriert ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filtersäuberungsvorrichtung (20) außerhalb des Wanderreinigers (1) angeordnet ist, wobei der Wanderreiniger (1) und die Filtersäuberungsvorrichtung (20) zueinander relativ beweglich sind.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filtersäuberungsvorrichtung (20) quer zur Fahrtrichtung (10) des Wanderreinigers (1) beweglich gelagert und angetrieben ist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filtersäuberungsvorrichtung (20) eine einzelne Absaug- und Blaseinrichtung (22,23) für mehrere Filter (9) aufweist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 24, 25 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Filtersäuberungsvorrichtung (20) mehrere Absaug- und Blaseinrichtungen (22,23) aufweist, die relativ zueinander beweglich angeordnet sind.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Absaugeinrichtung (22) für rohrförmige Filter (9) mindestens ein in den Filter (9) einführbares Absaugrohr (22a) aufweist.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Blasdüsen (23a) das Absaugrohr (22a) außenseitig mit radialem Abstand umgeben.
- Wanderreiniger nach Anspruch 17 oder 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blasdüsen (23a) an sich längs des Absaugrohrs (22a) erstreckenden Tragarmen (25) oder an der Abdeckung (25a) angeordnet sind.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 17 bis 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blasdüsen (23a) im Bereich der Mündung, vorzugsweise mit etwas Abstand vor der Mündung des Absaugrohrs (22a) angeordnet sind.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 28 bis 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blasdüsen (23a) und die Tragarme (25) oder die Abdeckung (25a) in einer Schalenform angeordnet sind, die eine Aussparung (24) für den Luftanschluß (12) und/oder die Halterung (15) des Filters (9) aufweist.
- Wanderreiniger nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Tragarmen (25) oder der Abdeckung (25a) gleit- oder rollfähige Stützelemente (27) zur Anlage auf dem Filter (9) angeordnet sind.
