Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von geraden Luftkanalteilen mit eckigem Querschnitt aus Blechtafeln (9), umfassendeine Schere (30), bestehend aus einem beweglichen Scherenbalken (31) und einer Scherenwange (32),eine Biegebank (10), bestehend aus einem gesteuert um seine Querachse (13) schwenkbaren Biegebalken (11) und einer Biegewange (12),und einen Vorschub für die Blechtafeln (9),die Biegebank (10)befindet sich - bezogen auf die Bedienungsperson - an der Vorderseite der Vorrichtung,die Schere (30)befindet sich hinter der Biegebank (10),eine Vielfach-Sickeneinrichtung (20, 20'),befindet sich zwischen Biegebank (10) und Schere (30)und besteht aus einem Satz von miteinander korrespondierenden Profilrollen (21, 22).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:Biegebank (12) und Scherenwange (32) sind einstückig,ein Satz der Profilrollen (21) ist darin integriert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:es ist eine durchgehende Führungsplatte (4) vorgesehen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:der Vorschub für die Blechtafeln (9) ist als Anschlag (40) ausgebildet,der Anschlag (4) befindet sich hinter der Schere (30),der Anschlag (40) ist motorisch gesteuert verstellbar.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale:der Vorschub für die Blechtafeln (9) ist durch Transportrollen (27, 28) gebildet,die Transportrollen (27, 28) befinden sich vor den Profilrollen (21),die Transportrollen (27, 28) sind motorisch gesteuert angetrieben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Schere (30) schneidet nach oben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Biegebank (10) biegt nach oben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:die Profilrollen (21, 22) bzw. die Transportrollen (27, 28) sind motorisch angetrieben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:Schere (30) und/oder Biegebank (10) sind elektromotorisch angetrieben.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch das Merkmal:Schere (30) und/oder Biegebank (10) sind hydraulisch angetrieben.
