Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a door system operating according to the method according to the preamble of claim 1.
- a door system has become known, for example, with the subject matter of WO 9211544, in which, however, only an automatically opening and closing door is controlled in that the height of an object that wants to pass through the door is recognized from the outside and the opening width of the door is set accordingly.
- the known technology mentioned is therefore limited to a door that can be opened and closed vertically and is used to enable a delivery van, truck or the like to enter a hall in order to accordingly control the opening width adapted to the height of this vehicle.
- the opening behavior of the door system is to be adapted to the passage frequency of the people passing through, ie if a larger number of people pass through the door system, the opening behavior should be designed differently than if only one person passed the door system .
- This behavior - namely the adaptation of the door system to the passage frequency - is to be modified by the previously described weather conditions and / or the existing comfort requirements in the interior at the relevant time, for example in terms of freedom from draft.
- the ideal state is that a door only opens as far as is necessary for the passage of one or more people, ie, the door should in the right place Open or close (this is the passage line of the person passing through the door system) and only as far as is necessary for the case-related passage of people and otherwise only as long as is also required for this individual passage of people.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of developing a door system and a method for operating a door system of the type mentioned in such a way that the door system is controlled individually in its opening and closing behavior as a function of a detected traffic situation and as a function of the ambient conditions.
- the invention is characterized by the technical teaching of claim 1.
- An essential feature of the present invention is the creation of a so-called intelligent door, with which it is possible for the first time to determine the opening and closing behavior of a complete door system depending on the traffic situation and ambient conditions, e.g. Control temperature, wind, pressure differences, air exchange requirements and similar parameters.
- Such sensors can be one or more video cameras that are connected to a corresponding image data processing system in order to determine how many people and / or vehicles are moving on the door system, or to move past the door system without wanting to enter this door system.
- the following description speaks only of a door system for the entrance or passage of people.
- the invention is not limited to this, but the invention relates generally to door systems which are suitable both for people alone and / or for vehicles.
- the determination of the traffic situation for controlling the opening and closing behavior of the door system is not only limited to recording the density of people (number of people per unit of time) who want to pass through the door system, but other criteria can also be used to determine the traffic situation which are input into the microprocessor control according to the invention.
- Another criterion is, according to the invention, the space required by the people passing through the door system, which is also the Modified opening width of the door system.
- a changed space requirement results, for example, when a wheelchair user or a person loaded with luggage is to pass through the door system.
- a different opening width is then provided than for a single person loaded without luggage.
- control system should also recognize corresponding directions of movement of the people who want to pass through the door system. People walking parallel to the door system should therefore be detected to the extent that they do not lead to the door system opening or closing.
- the speed of a person who is heading for the door system is detected in order to ensure that the door system opens at high speed and / or earlier if this person approaches at a high approach speed. Accordingly, a slow opening speed and / or a relatively late opening time applies when a person approaches the door system with a slow access speed.
- the location of the person's passage through the door system is also to be recorded hereby. Only the door panels that are in the passage direction of the person should be operated.
- the people who want to pass through the door system are identified accordingly.
- identification systems here, all of which are within the scope of the present invention.
- Such a known identification system could be, for example, a voice print of the person in question, who may only pass through the door system if identified accordingly.
- Another possibility is the image data recognition of the passing person, fingerprint recognition, Handprint recognition, iris recognition and the like. All identification systems are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.
- the temperature, the wind, the pressure difference between the outside and inside area and also the air exchange requirement of the building, in particular in the area of the entrance area are first taken into account and entered into the microprocessor as corresponding control parameters will.
- the opening behavior should be influenced to the extent that the door is controlled with as little draft as possible and at the same time the least possible air change from the outside area to the inside area takes place.
- the air exchange requirement of the building and / or of building parts can be determined and taken into account by the control as parameters influencing the behavior of the door system.
- the permeability of a door system is controlled as a function of the parameters mentioned above.
- the passage load can at most reach the value of openness and thus the load-related closure can reach a value of one, and only if the door system according to one of the embodiments of the invention only opens there, only as far and only as long , as is absolutely necessary for the passage of the person (s).
- weather conditions can be seen, for example, in the fact that, despite optimal freedom of passage and limited to the required or desirable openness (minimal heat loss), the system automatically receives the entrance when required releases completely (openness 100%) and, as soon as possible and desired, automatically returns to a reduced openness optimally adapted to the current traffic and weather conditions (no draft, small heat losses) or increased (load-related) closure.
- FIG. 1 shows a control structure of an overall system consisting of several door systems.
- a total door system 40 each consisting of a number 0 to n, at least partially separately motorized and controlled sliding door leaves of a sliding door system 33, revolving door leaves of a rotating door system 34 and / or pivoting leaves one Swivel wing system 35 and / or each at least partially jointly motor-driven and controlled combinations and / or other known embodiments of door elements, three of which are shown as examples.
- Each of these door elements of the systems 33-35 can be assigned its own sensors 37, each sensor, for example, detecting the approach of one or more people to this respective system 33-35 and accordingly controlling the various leaves of this system 33-35.
- each door element 33-35 is individually assigned an operator panel 38 known per se, with which manual inputs relating to the desired operating mode, for example the opening width of the winter position and other arbitrary inputs, can be made.
- each door element of the system 33-35 is only symbolized by a motor, although in reality a large number of drive motors and other drive elements can be used.
- a person detection 30, which is also equipped with one or more sensors 29, acts on the bus 24.
- the number, the speed of approach, the direction of approach, the type of people (admitted or unauthorized people) and the like can be recognized.
- the above-mentioned parameters 28-32 thus act via the bus 24 and the line 25 on the controller 47, which in turn controls the entire door system 33-35, each door element being controlled by an additional individual controller (influenced by the sensors 37 and the operator panels 38 ) can be controlled.
- FIG. 2 shows that, in addition to the parameters acting on the bus 24, a number of further parameters can act as superordinate instances on the door system 40, which in turn affect one or more partial inputs 41 can act (these partial entrances 41 can consist, for example, of the previously explained systems 33-35, each partial entrance consisting of several door elements 42).
- FIG. 2 now shows that a number of higher-level entities can act on this system 40, e.g. Signals that may exist from a control body 39a (foreign police), a control body 39b (state), a control body 39c (army).
- the police with the control authority 39e, the municipality with the control authority 39f and the fire brigade with the control authority 39g can also act on a building management system with the control authority 39h via the various signal lines shown. All of the above-mentioned control entities 39a-39h then act on the door system 40 in the aforementioned manner.
- FIG. 3 shows an example of a door system 40 or part entrance 41 in its design as a sliding door system 33 (see FIG. 1).
- a passage space 1 is defined by a fixed part 22, which fixed part can be closed on the opening side by telescopic sliding doors 3, 4, 7, 7a.
- Figure 3a shows the fully closed state of the door system 40, while Figure 3b shows the fully open position.
- FIGS 3c and 3d now show the operating state of the door system 40 under the influence of the control according to the invention. It can be seen that a person 9 wants to enter the passage space 1 on a certain side of the door system. According to the invention, it is now provided that only the sliding door leaves 3, 7 are pushed aside so as to form an individual passage for the person 9.
- FIG. 3b it can be seen that several people 9, 10 want to pass through the door system 40 as a group. This is recognized by the control system according to the invention and only the sliding door leaves 7a, 8 are pushed aside in the arrow directions shown, while all other sliding door leaves remain unchanged.
- the adjustment of the opening width of the door system is adapted to the number of people entering and, above all, to the location at which the people want to pass the door system 40.
- Figure 3e shows another possible embodiment, in which a number of vertically superposed, separately motor-driven and controlled, door elements 12 form the door closure, which - as the figure shows by way of example - under the control of the controller (whenever, for example due to the prevailing weather conditions) is only open there, only as far and only as long as is minimally necessary for the person to pass through.
- Each door element 12 is in this case driven displaceably in the horizontal direction separately from the other door elements 12 of the same design.
- the individual door elements 12 can therefore be controlled individually or in groups.
- this function is preferably carried out by a combined processing of the signals from - traveling with the door leaves and / or a plurality at least approximately in the fixed position of the door elements (e.g. light curtain known per se) - contactless sensors with those of a video image processing of recordings of the door environment.
- FIG. 4 shows a further example of a door system according to the invention with a total of three passage spaces 1, 1, 2, which are separated from one another by corresponding partition walls 43, 44.
- the two passage spaces 1, 1 a serve as the entrance to the door system, so that the people in the arrow direction 5, 6 pass through the door arrangement, while the passage space 2 serves as the exit for those in the direction of the arrow 11 people passing the door system.
- Each passageway 1, 1, 2 is assigned three pairs of sliding door leaves 3, 4, 3, 4, and 7, 8.
- the door system therefore consists of three groups of three double sliding doors one behind the other with - for example - a total of 18 separately driven sliding leaves, of which two (in extreme cases even all three) groups are controlled as entrances or exits, depending on the prevailing traffic direction.
- FIG. 5 shows, as a further, much simpler and therefore more cost-effective exemplary embodiment, a door system with four separately driven, simple sliding leaves 3, 4 or 3 a, 4 a which define between two passages 1, 2, which are separated from one another by a central partition 43.
- FIGS. 5a-5h show a normal sequence cycle as it runs repeatedly without interruption when there is considerable traffic. Similar to how a conventional motorized revolving revolving door rotates continuously in such a case, the specified movement cycle is repeated here.
- Door leaves 3 and 4a on the one hand, 4 and 3a on the other hand each move simultaneously and in opposite directions, as for example for 3 and 4a from a comparison of FIG. 5a with that of a few seconds later state according to Figure 5b can be seen.
- the freedom of passage is demonstrated here by the alternating pendulum movement of two, independently motor-driven and controlled, oppositely moving door elements, ensuring that each of the two passage spaces 1 and 2 is always completely closed at least on one side.
- the cycle no longer runs continuously, but only on demand when the sensor system detects at least one person who wants to pass. If a person wants to enter the passage space 1 from above, the sliding door leaf 3 is moved aside so that the passage space 1 is opened. The person passing through now remains in the passage space 1 when the opposite sliding door leaf 3a is closed until the sliding door leaf 3 again blocks the passage space 1 from the input side and at the same time the sliding door leaf 3a releases the exit side of the passage space 1. This takes place in an analogous manner in relation to the passage space 2 assigned to the output.
- the control preferably ensuring in a manner known per se by interlocking the opening of the two closures of a passage space for draft.
- control of the system according to the invention automatically changes between the various operating modes and states described above, in order to always ensure optimal behavior of the vehicle depending on the current situation of traffic volume and weather conditions Entrance (e.g. draft and minimal heat loss are weighed against the customer-friendly openness that is also desired).
- Figure 6 shows an example of a revolving revolving door according to the invention with separately driven wings.
- the rotary wing 20 While in example 6a the rotary wing 20 is stopped in order to prevent the person 9 from becoming trapped, the rotary wing 21 can initially continue to rotate normally, so that people 10a and 10b are not initially affected by the accident. If the prevention of draft is not absolutely imperative, the swing leaves 17 and 21 can automatically continue to the position shown in FIG. 6b so that people 10 can continue their passage unhindered and other people can use it unhindered until the disability disappears, whereupon the door automatically is returned to normal operation with synchronous rotation of all vanes 17, 20, 21.
- the door can be controlled by a motor, for example in position 6c or possibly 6d, to allow free passage.
- FIG. 6 therefore shows a revolving revolving door with pivoting wings 17, 20, 21 which are driven pivotably independently of one another and which are controlled by the control according to the invention.
- the rotary blades 17, 20, 21 can even be pivoted into a position parallel to one another in accordance with FIG. 6d in order to achieve an optimal through opening.
- Figure 6e - 6f shows an even more comfortable variant.
- the rotating wings 20, 20a, 21, 21a which are curved at least approximately with the same radius as the surrounding walls of the entrance, can be rotated, capped or shifted manually or preferably by motor in the vicinity of these surrounding walls 22, which means that, if necessary, a completely free one, as in FIG. 6d Passage can be reached.
- the curved swing leaves allow an aesthetically and functionally more appealing solution than the conventional flat door elements.
- FIG. 7 shows as a further exemplary embodiment a double-leaf revolving door with two preferably double-leaf sliding doors, which are preferably designed as circular sliding doors.
- the revolving revolving door essentially consists of the fixed walls 17, 17a, two inner pivoting leaves 46a, 46b and two outer circular sliding door elements 21, 21a and 20, 20a, respectively, which are present in pairs.
- FIGS. 7a> 7b> 7c> 7d> 7e> 7f show a normal chronological sequence of the movements of the individually motor-driven and controlled door leaves 46a, 46b, 20a, 20b, 21a, 21b, which are coordinated by the control and which result in larger traffic and undisturbed operation is characterized by an at least approximately continuous rotary movement of the rotary blades 46a, 46b.
- the circumferential length of the inner rotating blades 20, 20a corresponds approximately to the sum of the circumferential length of the outer rotating blades 21 and 21a.
- this revolving door system 45 there is also a middle revolving leaf 46 which, according to the invention, in turn consists of individual revolving leaf parts 46a, 46b.
- the central, approximately S-shaped rotary wing 46 with its two rotary wing parts 46a is pivoted, shifted or moved manually or preferably by a processor under motor control can, in order to convey these two rotary wing parts 46a, 46b completely out of the passage area, so as to achieve a total of a central passage space consisting of the two passage spaces 1, 2.
- FIGS. 8a and 8b the operation of an example of an input according to the invention can be graphically simplified according to FIGS. 8a and 8b as (continuous or step-wise, degressive, progressive or arbitrarily according to the requirements definable) dependency of the (load-related) unity and the freedom of passage from the (permissible) permeability (depending on weather conditions, outside temperature etc.).
- FIG. 8a shows the relationship between the (load-related) closedness of the door system plotted on the ordinate compared to the (environment-related) permeability of the door system plotted on the abscissa.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a door system operating according to the method according to the preamble of
With such a door system, however, it is not possible to take into account the number of people who want to enter a certain building. In the case of door systems, such as those that also occur in large buildings, there is the problem that such a door system should be designed to be as draft-free as possible. This term is understood to mean that a lock-like passage space is created in the area of the door system, from which at least one side - which forms the building closure - is always closed, so that the outside air cannot penetrate directly into the building. On the other hand, in many applications, the passage of people and / or vehicles through the door system should be prevented as little as possible and the entrance should be as inviting as possible for passers-by. Which is most likely the case with a fully open entrance.
Such a requirement for freedom of passage exists above all in unfavorable weather conditions, such as cold weather Outside temperature, rain, snow, wind and the like. In other weather conditions, however, this freedom of passage should not be maintained in all cases and the doors should be opened and remain as inviting as possible in order to ensure unhindered access to a building.
Another problem is that the opening behavior of the door system is to be adapted to the passage frequency of the people passing through, ie if a larger number of people pass through the door system, the opening behavior should be designed differently than if only one person passed the door system .
This behavior - namely the adaptation of the door system to the passage frequency - is to be modified by the previously described weather conditions and / or the existing comfort requirements in the interior at the relevant time, for example in terms of freedom from draft.
The ideal state is that a door only opens as far as is necessary for the passage of one or more people, ie, the door should in the right place Open or close (this is the passage line of the person passing through the door system) and only as far as is necessary for the case-related passage of people and otherwise only as long as is also required for this individual passage of people.
So far, however, it has only been known to either open such a door system completely, or to set a so-called winter opening to be entered manually. The complete opening - even if only one person passes through it - has the disadvantage that a large amount of heat is lost and that unnecessary energy is used to drive the entire door combination.
With the aforementioned winter opening, which is set manually, there is the advantage that only a relatively small slip opening is released for the person entering, but with the disadvantage that if several people want to pass, the winter opening is not automatically canceled or automatically is enlarged to the extent necessary.
The invention is therefore based on the object of developing a door system and a method for operating a door system of the type mentioned in such a way that the door system is controlled individually in its opening and closing behavior as a function of a detected traffic situation and as a function of the ambient conditions.
To achieve the object, the invention is characterized by the technical teaching of
An essential feature of the present invention is the creation of a so-called intelligent door, with which it is possible for the first time to determine the opening and closing behavior of a complete door system depending on the traffic situation and ambient conditions, e.g. Control temperature, wind, pressure differences, air exchange requirements and similar parameters.
With the given technical teaching, there is the advantage that you can program a door system individually and adapted to each building, which on the one hand offers a passage or passage for people and / or vehicles that is as free of draft as possible, on the other hand hinders this entrance or passage as little as possible and that at any time is precisely adapted to the corresponding building requirements.
It is therefore important that the traffic situation in front of the door system is recorded with appropriate sensors. Such sensors can be one or more video cameras that are connected to a corresponding image data processing system in order to determine how many people and / or vehicles are moving on the door system, or to move past the door system without wanting to enter this door system.
For the sake of simplicity, the following description speaks only of a door system for the entrance or passage of people. However, the invention is not limited to this, but the invention relates generally to door systems which are suitable both for people alone and / or for vehicles.
In addition to recording the traffic situation in front of the door system using video cameras, other recording media are also provided according to the invention, such as Weight identification of the approaching people via appropriate weighing platforms in front of the door system, speed detection of approaching people via appropriate ultrasound or microwave detectors, as well as the detection of such a traffic situation by appropriate video, ultrasound or microwave field evaluation is possible.
However, the determination of the traffic situation for controlling the opening and closing behavior of the door system is not only limited to recording the density of people (number of people per unit of time) who want to pass through the door system, but other criteria can also be used to determine the traffic situation which are input into the microprocessor control according to the invention.
Another criterion is, according to the invention, the space required by the people passing through the door system, which is also the Modified opening width of the door system. Such a changed space requirement results, for example, when a wheelchair user or a person loaded with luggage is to pass through the door system. According to the invention, a different opening width is then provided than for a single person loaded without luggage.
Of course, the control system should also recognize corresponding directions of movement of the people who want to pass through the door system. People walking parallel to the door system should therefore be detected to the extent that they do not lead to the door system opening or closing.
Likewise, according to the technical teaching of the invention, in another embodiment, the speed of a person who is heading for the door system is detected in order to ensure that the door system opens at high speed and / or earlier if this person approaches at a high approach speed. Accordingly, a slow opening speed and / or a relatively late opening time applies when a person approaches the door system with a slow access speed. The location of the person's passage through the door system is also to be recorded hereby. Only the door panels that are in the passage direction of the person should be operated.
In a further development of the present invention, it is also provided that the people who want to pass through the door system are identified accordingly. There are known identification systems here, all of which are within the scope of the present invention. Such a known identification system could be, for example, a voice print of the person in question, who may only pass through the door system if identified accordingly. Another possibility is the image data recognition of the passing person, fingerprint recognition, Handprint recognition, iris recognition and the like. All identification systems are intended to be encompassed by the present invention.
According to the invention, all of the aforementioned parameters are now to be combined with the parameters of the ambient conditions in order to accordingly control the opening and closing behavior of the door system.
For this purpose, it is provided in a preferred embodiment of the invention that the temperature, the wind, the pressure difference between the outside and inside area and also the air exchange requirement of the building, in particular in the area of the entrance area, are first taken into account and entered into the microprocessor as corresponding control parameters will.
If, for example, a correspondingly low temperature prevails in the outside area in front of the building, then the opening behavior should be influenced to the extent that the door is controlled with as little draft as possible and at the same time the least possible air change from the outside area to the inside area takes place.
The same applies to corresponding wind conditions, which are recorded by the control system, or also from pressure differences, based on the internal pressure of the building and the air pressure prevailing outside.
Likewise, the air exchange requirement of the building and / or of building parts can be determined and taken into account by the control as parameters influencing the behavior of the door system.
It is important in all embodiments that one or more of the above-mentioned criteria are entered into the control either alone or in combination with one another, so that a large area of application for such an intelligent door system results.
According to the invention, the permeability of a door system is controlled as a function of the parameters mentioned above.
- Passage load: Over the period, a percentage of the maximum available passage width, which is effectively used by people passing through, can be determined, for example, by light curtains in the door openings or approximated by the average number of people who are in the space between the doors at the same time, divided by the distance length dependent on the doors.
- .Openess: Over the period, a percentage of the maximum available passage width that is effectively open (e.g. 50% with the door half open)
- (Stress-related) unity: quotient of through stress divided by openness. The key figure specifies what percentage of the average opening width of the passage in the time unit considered would be absolutely necessary for the passage of people. The lower the value, the greater the (avoidable) heat loss, but on the other hand the more more open , more inviting is the entrance.
- Passage-free: Percentage of the period under consideration, during which at least one completely closed door or door combination prevents the passage.
- (Environmentally permissible) permeability: A wide and long opening of the entrance is (as by the way also a short or longer waiver of no draft) the more permissible,
- the smaller the temperature difference inside-outside,
- the less wind blows,
- the friendlier the weather (e.g. no rain or snow),
- the smaller the pressure difference inside-outside,
- the lower the comfort requirements (e.g. freedom from draft) in the entrance area,
- the greater the air change requirement in the entrance area of the building.
Obviously, when using the definitions listed by way of example, the passage load can at most reach the value of openness and thus the load-related closure can reach a value of one, and only if the door system according to one of the embodiments of the invention only opens there, only as far and only as long , as is absolutely necessary for the passage of the person (s).
The desired 100% draft freedom in many cases (at least in cold weather) always requires at least one door of a passage space of a door system is completely closed, which reduces the openness and thus the maximum possible passage load to a value well below 50% in the case of two doors lying one behind the other. This can be highly undesirable in certain situations (rush hour traffic, emergency exit). The advantages of the intelligent control of the door according to the invention depending on the traffic situation (e.g. passage load) and the environment (e.g. weather conditions) can be seen, for example, in the fact that, despite optimal freedom of passage and limited to the required or desirable openness (minimal heat loss), the system automatically receives the entrance when required releases completely (

In Figur 1 ist eine Kontrollstruktur einer aus mehreren Türanlagen bestehenden Gesamt-Anlage gezeigt.FIG. 1 shows a control structure of an overall system consisting of several door systems.
As an example, it should be shown that a
Each of these door elements of the systems 33-35 can be assigned its
In addition, in the example, each door element 33-35 is individually assigned an

It is now important that all door elements 33-35 are controlled by a higher-

In addition, there is also a
The above-mentioned parameters 28-32 thus act via the
Figure 2 now shows that a number of higher-level entities can act on this
Teileingang 41 in ihrer Ausführung als Schiebetür-Anlage 33 (vergleiche Figur 1).FIG. 3 shows an example of a
It is provided here that a
Figures 3c and 3d now show the operating state of the
Die anderen Schiebetürflügel 4,7a,8 bleiben in ihrer Stellung unverändert. The other sliding door leaves 4,7a, 8 remain unchanged in their position.
In FIG. 3b it can be seen that
Here too, the adjustment of the opening width of the door system is adapted to the number of people entering and, above all, to the location at which the people want to pass the
This results in the essential advantage of the invention, namely that only as much of the
Figure 3e shows another possible embodiment, in which a number of vertically superposed, separately motor-driven and controlled,
According to the invention, this function is preferably carried out by a combined processing of the signals from - traveling with the door leaves and / or a plurality at least approximately in the fixed position of the door elements (e.g. light curtain known per se) - contactless sensors with those of a video image processing of recordings of the door environment.
Each
After the
The door system therefore consists of three groups of three double sliding doors one behind the other with - for example - a total of 18 separately driven sliding leaves, of which two (in extreme cases even all three) groups are controlled as entrances or exits, depending on the prevailing traffic direction.
As the chronological sequence of a normal movement sequence represented by a - c - for larger traffic volume in both directions - shows, in the currently preferred direction of movement (due to the traffic situation), at least one of the two accesses reserved for this (
According to 4d, if there is little traffic and the weather is not very cold, a passage (1, 2) is openly waiting for passers-by, while the third (
In cold weather and small traffic, on the other hand, to minimize heat loss, all three passages are usually closed on both sides and only open when necessary.
It goes without saying that the function of the door system according to the invention can be ensured even better if, for example, the embodiments of FIGS. 3 and 4 are combined with one another, in that the door elements 3-4, 7-8 etc. of FIG. 4 each have an arrangement similar Figure 3 to be replaced.
3a,4a die zwischen sich zwei Durchgangsräume 1,2 definieren, die durch eine mittlere Trennwand 43 voneinander abgetrennt sind.FIG. 5 shows, as a further, much simpler and therefore more cost-effective exemplary embodiment, a door system with four separately driven, simple sliding
In analoger Weise erfolgt dies in Bezug auf den dem Ausgang zugeordneten Durchgangsraum 2.FIGS. 5a-5h show a normal sequence cycle as it runs repeatedly without interruption when there is considerable traffic. Similar to how a conventional motorized revolving revolving door rotates continuously in such a case, the specified movement cycle is repeated here. Door leaves 3 and 4a on the one hand, 4 and 3a on the other hand each move simultaneously and in opposite directions, as for example for 3 and 4a from a comparison of FIG. 5a with that of a few seconds later state according to Figure 5b can be seen. The freedom of passage is demonstrated here by the alternating pendulum movement of two, independently motor-driven and controlled, oppositely moving door elements, ensuring that each of the two
With even less traffic and / or unfavorable weather conditions, an automatic cycle no longer takes place, but the entrance is in the idle state in the fully closed position according to FIG. 5c or 5g and the
It is important that the control of the system according to the invention automatically changes between the various operating modes and states described above, in order to always ensure optimal behavior of the vehicle depending on the current situation of traffic volume and weather conditions Entrance (e.g. draft and minimal heat loss are weighed against the customer-friendly openness that is also desired).
The same function can be achieved with only two actuated sliding sashes - with a greater loss of space. When using a circular sliding door, which corresponds functionally to the position shown in Figure 5a, this is achieved without loss of space.
Figure 6 shows an example of a revolving revolving door according to the invention with separately driven wings.
- a much smaller moving mass must be braked,
- the door function and thus the other users are disturbed far less.
While in example 6a the
In special situations (emergency exit), the door can be controlled by a motor, for example in position 6c or possibly 6d, to allow free passage.
Figure 6e - 6f shows an even more comfortable variant. The
Die Figur 7 zeigt als weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel eine zweiflüglige Karussell-Drehtüre mit zwei vorzugsweise doppelflügligen Schiebetüren, die vorzugsweise als Rundschiebetüren ausgebildet sind.FIG. 7 shows as a further exemplary embodiment a double-leaf revolving door with two preferably double-leaf sliding doors, which are preferably designed as circular sliding doors.
Sie erlaubt - wie der normale zeitliche Ablauf a > b > c > d skizziert - eine in jeder Beziehung optimale, gegenüber der ähnlichen konventionellen Lösung 1.i deutlich überlegene Funktionalität, insbesondere:
- längere Öffnungszeit
- Öffnung aus Mitte möglich
- stark reduzierte Massen für Notstop
- benutzerfreundlicheres Verhalten bei Ansprechen von Sicherheits-Sensoren
- mehr Flexibilität (verschiedenste Betriebsarten möglich)
- optimale Anpassung an Verkehr und Witterung möglich
- innovativer Gesamteindruck
- longer opening hours
- Opening from the middle possible
- greatly reduced masses for emergency stop
- more user-friendly behavior when safety sensors respond
- more flexibility (different operating modes possible)
- optimal adaptation to traffic and weather possible
- innovative overall impression
This applies in particular if the two rotary sashes according to FIG. 7e are additionally designed to be fold-out, manually or preferably by motor, so that a free passage can also be achieved here on request.
20,20a.The revolving revolving door essentially consists of the fixed
Die oben aufgezeichneten Vorteile an Funktionalität und - insbesondere unter Beachtung von Analogien zu vorstehend beschriebenen, anderen Ausführungsformen der Erfindung - daraus leicht ersichtlich.FIGS. 7a> 7b> 7c> 7d> 7e> 7f show a normal chronological sequence of the movements of the individually motor-driven and controlled door leaves 46a, 46b, 20a, 20b, 21a, 21b, which are coordinated by the control and which result in larger traffic and undisturbed operation is characterized by an at least approximately continuous rotary movement of the
21a.The circumferential length of the inner
In this revolving
From FIG. 7g it can first be seen that with the aid of sliding
In a further development of the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 7a and 7b, it can additionally be provided that the central, approximately S-shaped
It is easy to see that in this position of the
It is also clear that, according to the invention, a further improvement in the functionality of the solution example shown in FIG. 7 can be achieved by combination with further features of the invention described above, in particular also those of FIGS. 3 and 4.
Using the parameters defined above as an example, the operation of an example of an input according to the invention can be graphically simplified according to FIGS. 8a and 8b as (continuous or step-wise, degressive, progressive or arbitrarily according to the requirements definable) dependency of the (load-related) unity and the freedom of passage from the (permissible) permeability (depending on weather conditions, outside temperature etc.).
100%) ausgehenden, fallenden Kurvenzweig.FIG. 8a shows the relationship between the (load-related) closedness of the door system plotted on the ordinate compared to the (environment-related) permeability of the door system plotted on the abscissa. Here two different curves are shown, as they appear in two practical applications. In both cases - as in the use cases in FIG. 8b - the curve branch starts with a value of 1 (or 100%).
Figur 8b zeigt die Abhängigkeit der Durchzugsfreiheit (auf der Ordinate) von der auf der Abszisse aufgetragenen (umgebungsbezogenen) Durchlässigkeit.FIG. 8b shows the dependency of the freedom of passage (on the ordinate) on the (environment-related) permeability plotted on the abscissa.
The term "environmental permeability" here means a permeability of the door system, which is dependent on other parameters, such as the weather conditions, the indoor conditions in the building (number of air changes and the like) and other parameters more.
- S of the central control S shown in more detail in particular in the description of FIGS. 1, 2, 8, which communicates with the other elements via lines, interfaces and / or bus (s) and evaluates the signals from U, V, K, P , M optimizes the actions of M according to entered and / or self-developed (self-learning) criteria. The same reference numbers apply to the same parts as were explained in connection with FIG. 1. It goes without saying that the intelligence of the Control can also be distributed - for example to other of the elements shown. In detail, the elements mean the following:
- U a sensor system U consisting of known elements, which supplies the control S with the required information about the ambient conditions (weather, temperature, wind, pressure differences, air exchange requirements, etc.)
- V of the sensor system V, which is shown in more detail in the description of FIGS. 10, 11 and which gives the controller S the information required about the traffic situation in the vicinity of the door (for example type, location, size, direction of movement, speed of movement, identification, etc.) of the passage using objects such as people and / or vehicles)
- K of a sensor system K consisting of known elements, which, in addition to V - the controller S, supplies the information required (in particular from the vicinity of moving door elements) for preventing collisions (safety!) Of moving door elements with the objects using the passage. It goes without saying that the delimitation of H and V is difficult and - especially in simpler systems according to the invention - K could also take over the functions of V.
- P a device consisting of known elements (control switches, keyboards, bar systems, etc.) for entering parameters, which the controller S takes into account when optimizing them
- M a number (in particular in the description of FIGS. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 shown in more detail) of independently controlled
motors 36, magnets, monitors, signals etc., which, under the control of the control S, control the elements of the system according to the invention, in particular their Move and / or lock door leaves in such a controlled manner, - and / or transmits these signals to the objects using them to try to bring them to cooperate as possible and which ensure the optimal functioning of the system according to the invention.
- B a user approaching the door
- R a wheelchair user moving slowly towards the facility
- G a person loaded with a lot of luggage (increased space requirement) and moving in the opposite direction to B and R.
- F woman with child and shopping cart
- P a passer-by moving across the door
- S a standing group of people talking
Fig. 11 zeigt als Detail von Fig. 10, wie ein kooperierender Hintergrund, beispielsweise ein optisch strukturierter oder speziell gefärbter Fußboden, der Bildverarbeitung wesentlich erleichtert, da die interessierenden Objekte - je nach Aufenthalt auf einem strukturiertem Fußbodenelement - getrennt zu erfassen sind.FIG. 11 shows, as a detail from FIG. 10, how a cooperating background, for example an optically structured or specially colored floor, makes image processing considerably easier, since the objects of interest - depending on the location on a structured floor element - are to be recorded separately.
