Description

The present invention relates to a swimming pool enclosure consisting of a rigid structure of the greenhouse or veranda type.

It is known in the prior art, in particular from British patent application 2 101 654, canopies or verandas consisting of glass panels supported by rigid transverse and vertical bars assembled to form a frame constituting either half-arches, or complete vaults in the form of a tunnel closed at the ends by vertical walls and thus obtain the advantages of the greenhouse effect. However, this type of construction has the disadvantage of requiring ventilation. Such ventilation is, for example, provided in this patent application by the possibility of opening a hatch which will allow the extraction of air to the outside by adding to the opening flap, a fan which makes it possible to maintain the shutter open and facilitate the extraction of air. If the wind blows on the canopy from the outside to the inside, the shutter closes and prevents air from entering. This type of ventilation is absolutely unsuitable for the use of such shelters to cover a swimming pool. Indeed the heating of the swimming pool causes water vapor and therefore humidity. It is generally desirable, on the one hand to maintain a constant temperature inside the shelter, on the other hand to try to dehumidify the atmosphere to avoid that the visibility of the interior of the canopy towards the outside decreases.

In addition, a pool enclosure must be able to be easily opened in summer to take advantage of the natural heat of the sun.

The present invention therefore provides a swimming pool shelter structure which makes it possible to reconcile the advantages of the prior art while avoiding their drawbacks and having a structure which can open in summer.

This object is achieved by the fact that the pool enclosure made up of a rigid greenhouse or veranda-type structure in the form of several curved or adjoining vaults, at least one of which is sliding, is characterized in that a beam inverted U-shaped central supports each half-vault, said beam serving as a raceway for the sliding half-vaults, a support for a ventilation duct and a duct or support for the passage of electric power cables.

According to another particular feature, the sliding vaults fit inside the fixed vaults and sealing brushes are arranged on each fixed vault, a sealing brush parallel to the top of the sliding vault provides sealing with a path of bearing supporting each sliding arch equipped on each end edge on the one hand adjacent to the beam and on the other hand adjacent to the ground with a pair of sliding bearings and a pair of guide bearings.

According to another particular feature, the beam is hollow in its section and the ventilation duct is suspended inside the beam by links and comprises at a specified interval at least one bypass perpendicular to the ventilation duct and opening onto the face of the reinforcement oriented towards the center of the U of the beam.

According to another particularity, the hollow central beam comprises a reinforcement formed of a plurality of sections of metallic reinforcements each constituted by longitudinal tubes and parallel to each other constituting the edges of a rectangular parallelepiped whose section is constituted by high lateral profiles. and bottom secured to the tubes and left and right vertical profiles secured to the tubes.

According to another particular feature, the central beam comprises a frame constituted by elements of wood or glued laminated so as to form a cylinder with a rectangular section.

According to another particularity, the frame is dressed at its upper part with covering profiles and at its lower part by covering profiles provided with suction or ventilation openings and openings for installing lighting spots. .

According to another particularity, the high, low, vertical, left, right lateral profiles are cut at a bevel and the covering profiles are rounded.

According to another particularity, the frame is full and the ventilation duct and the electrical supply cables are laid whether the beam is outside the covering profiles or inside the covering profiles.

According to another particular feature, a technical module is attached to one of the legs of the U of the central beam and includes an installation for heating by forced air and dehumidification connected to the ventilation duct.

According to another particularity, the technical module includes the necessary arrangements for a shower cabin, a sink, a W-C cabin, a hot plate and a refrigerator.

The invention will now be described in conjunction with FIGS. 1 to 8. The invention consists, as shown in FIG. 7, of a shelter comprising a central support beam in the form of an inverted U, the left legs of which (5g) , straight (5d) rest on the ground. The central part (5c) of the U-shaped beam (5) serves as a support and raceway for half-arches (1g, 1d, 2g, 2d, 3g, 3d, 4g, 4d) which bear against the latter . These curved or cut half-arches consist, in a known manner, of glass panels (10) placed between vertical and horizontal uprights of rigid materials forming a frame (11). The ends of the shelter are also closed by glass panels (10) arranged in frames formed by uprights (11) so as to constitute the left side panels (8g) and right side panels (8d). The support beam (5c) consists of a hollow reinforcement, shown in Figure 3, and formed of lower longitudinal elements (51g, 51d) and upper (50g, 50d) joined by the angles to transverse elements to form a square internal section formed by left (55), right (54) vertical bars and lower (52), upper (53) horizontal bars. The ends of the bars (52 to 55) are bevelled so as to facilitate the installation of a trim profile in the form of a quarter-round (591, 592, 593, 594). The square section elements formed by the successive vertical (55, 54) and horizontal (52, 53) sections are interconnected by oblique spacers (56), as shown in FIG. 3. Each reinforcing element forming a parallelepiped rectangle is made integral with the following by any appropriate means. A central beam (5c) is thus formed and supported by two legs (5g, 5d) so as to form an inverted U. On the left (55) and right (54) vertical profiles are mounted integral with profiles (564) constituting a rolling gutter in which the bearings (46) supporting the sliding half-arches (2g, 2d, 4g, 4d) roll. . These bearings (46) are integral with the upper end of these half-arches by an axis (42). Each sliding half-arch (2g, 2d, 4g, 4d) has on the one hand at its upper end (20, 40) a pair of sliding bearings and a pair of guide rollers and on the other hand at its lower end (21, 41) a pair of bearings (46).

A support piece (43) mounted at the top of each sliding vault serves as an axis of rotation for a guide roller (44) which comes to bear on the vertical wall of the raceway (564). At the upper end of each sliding half-vault is mounted a sealing brush (45) which comes to bear on the upper lip of the rolling rail (564) whose C-shaped section constitutes an upper and lower lip. In the envisaged embodiment, the arch panels near the vertical end panels of the canopy (8) are made fixed and are mounted integral with the beam and the lateral sides (8) so as to reduce the sealing problems. These arch panels (3g, 3d, 1g, 1d) have, on their edge adjacent to the central part of the shelter and oriented downwards, a brush (34) sealing with the adjacent sliding arch panel ( 4d, 4g, 2d, 2g). The covering of the beam is finished above the fixed vaults by flaps (543, 553) in the form of S which make it possible to avoid the problems of projection of water inside the structure during heavy rain. Similarly, the beam part located, when the shelter is closed, above the sliding arches is provided with flaps (544) which on the one hand protect the raceway (564) when the sliding arches are open and on the other hand seal the shelter when the sliding vaults are closed so as to close off the shelter. The hollow structure of the beam allows, as shown in Figure 2, to fix at its upper part close to the left upper tubes (50g), straight (50d) a ventilation duct (580) held in the upper part by links (582 ). This pipe (580) comprises at a fixed interval vertical branches (581) which lead to openings formed in the lower covering profiles (593, 594). These openings are provided with suction or blowing grids. Likewise, the lower profiles (593, 594) are provided at regular opening intervals allowing the installation of lighting spots (572). These lighting spots are secured to the frame of the beam by any means appropriate and are connected by an electrical connection (573) to a sheath (571) for distributing the electrical power throughout the beam. This electrical supply distribution also serves to supply a technical module, represented in FIG. 6, which comprises at its upper part (66) a heating ventilation assembly allowing during the suction cycle to dehumidify the air sucked in and during heating cycle to blow heated and dry air through the duct (580). This technical module also comprises in a volume constituted by a half cylinder of octagonal section, a shower cabin (61), a sink element (60) and cupboard (64), a hot plate element (62) and refrigerator (63 ) and an element (65) forming a WC cabin.

The covering profiles (591 to 594) have, as shown in FIG. 8, at the end of their quarter rounds a projecting lip (5923, 5925) and are extended by L-shaped elements (5921, 5922 , 5924, 5926). The L-shaped element of an upper quarter of an arc being covered by the L-shaped element of the quarter of an arc of the adjacent profile so as to form a groove in which a cladding profile can be clipped and sealing. This groove (595, 596) allows the establishment of the fastening elements on the transverse profiles (53, 52) these fastening elements can be rivets or screws.

In an alternative embodiment shown in Figure 9, the beam can be made by planks (501, 502, 503; 504) in glulam or by a solid solid solid element of wood or any other material having a rectangular section. In the case of a hollow structure, the ventilation duct (580) and the electrical supply duct (571) are arranged inside as before. In the case where the beam is full, the ventilation duct and the supply duct are either hung under the beam, or incorporated in the space available between the beam and the covering profiles (593, 594).

We understand that we have made a pool enclosure with the flexibility of the opening of this shelter on sunny days while ensuring on bad days a good seal and dehumidification of the air.

Other modifications within the reach of the skilled person are also part of the spirit of the invention.
