Description

Die Erfindung richtet sich auf eine Markise, insbesondere eine Kassettenmarkise, umfassend ein auf eine, insbesondere in einer Kassette, drehbar gelagerte Tuchwelle aufwickelbares Markisentuch, wobei die Tuchwelle an ihren beiden Enden in je einem Tuchwellenlager gelagert ist und Tuchleitbleche derart vorgesehen sind, daß der durch das Markisentuch gebildete Tuchwickel durch das Tuchleitblech gegen ein Durchhängen in Richtung quer zur Ausfahrrichtung abgestützt wird.
Kassettenmarkisen erfreuen sich am Markt zunehmender Beliebtheit. Dabei ist man bestrebt, möglichst geringe Baumaße zu erreichen. Bei größeren Anlagen neigen Tuchwelle und Ausfallrohr dazu, in Richtung quer zur Ausfahrrichtung durchzuhängen, was zu einem ästhetisch und auch im Hinblick auf die Wasserabführung nicht akzeptablen Durchhängen des Tuches führt. Deshalb werden derartige Kassettenmarkisen zunehmend mit Tuchleitblechen ausgestattet, die diesem Effekt entgegenwirken. Die bekannten Tuchleitbleche werden in der Kassette so montiert, daß sie das ausgefahrene Tuch unterstützen und damit einem Durchhängen entgegenwirken. Ähnliche Probleme ergeben sich auch bei anderen Markisen mit Tuchleitblechen.
Allerdings weisen diese Tuchleitbleche den Nachteil auf, daß beim Ausfahren eine Scheuerbewegung entsteht, die konzentriert in der Mitte des Tuches auftritt, weil dort die Tuchwelle am meisten durchhängt.
Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zu Grunde unter Wahrung der grundsätzlichen Vorteile von Tuchleitblechen eine derartige konzentrierte Scheuerbewegung im Bereich der Tuchmitte bei vorteilhaften Kräfteverhältnissen zu verhindern.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß jedes Tuchwellenlager etwa in Ausfahrrichtung derart verschiebbar geführt ist, daß es einen Lagervierkant umfaßt, wobei zwei zueinander parallele Längsseiten des Vierkants als Nockenflächen dienen, die zwischen zwei zueinander parallel zueinander verlaufenden, in einem spitzen Winkel gegen die Horizontale abfallend in Ausfahrrichtung geneigten Führungsleisten geführt sind.
Auf diese Weise ist es möglich, daß die Tuchwelle sich mit abnehmendem Wickeldurchmesser auf die Tuchleitfläche zu verlagert, so daß gewährleistet ist, daß unabhängig vom Wickeldurchmesser immer eine gleichbleibende Anlage des Tuches an dem Tuchleitblech gegeben ist und dementsprechend eine besonders starke Scheuerbewegung der Tuchmitte vermieden wird. Durch die geneigten Führungsleisten werden vorteilhaftere Kräfteverhältnisse erreicht.
Diese Führungsleisten sind wiederum günstigerweise an der Innenseite des Tuchwellenhalters, insbesondere der Seitenwand der Kassette angeordnet, so daß insgesamt eine besonders einfach herstellbare und leicht montierbare Konstruktion vorliegt.
Schließlich können im Rahmen der Erfindung noch Endanschläge für die Verschiebebewegung jedes Lagervierkants vorgesehen sein, so daß der Verschiebeweg genau definiert ist.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Dabei zeigen die
Fig. 1 bis 3
schematische Schnitte durch eine Tuchwelle mit Tuchleitblechen in verschiedenen Phasen der Ausfahrbewegung und dementsprechend mit unterschiedlichem Tuchwickeldurchmesser.
Der Aufbau einer Kassettenmarkise ist allgemein bekannt, z.B. aus EP 0 186 742 A1.
Zur Veranschaulichung der Erfindung sind in der Zeichnung nur die Tuchleitbleche 1 dargestellt, welche einen unteren Abschnitt 2 und einen oberen Abschnitt 3 umfassen und über ein Profil 4 miteinander verbunden sind. Die Tuchleitbleche 1 sind so geformt, daß sie den Tuchwickel 5 und die Tuchwelle 6 etwa konzentrisch umgeben und eine Austrittsöffnung 7 zum Ausfahren des Markisentuches 8 in Ausfahrrichtung (Pfeil 9) freigeben.
Die Tuchwelle 6 ist nicht unmittelbar an den Seitenwänden der Kassette gelagert, sondern in einem Lagervierkant 10, dessen zueinander parallele Seitenflächen 11, 12 zwischen zwei zueinander parallelen Führungsleisten 13 angeordnet sind, wobei diese Führungsleisten 13 ihrerseits wieder mit der Innenseite der Seitenwand der Kassette verbunden sind. Dementsprechend ist der Lagervierkant 10 und damit auch die Tuchwelle 6 in Ausfahrrichtung (Pfeil 9) verschiebbar.
In der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Position weist der Tuchwickel nahezu den maximalen Durchmesser auf, d.h. das Markisentuch 8 ist nicht bzw. kaum ausgefahren. In dieser Position befinden sich die Tuchwelle 6 und der Lagervierkant 10 am in der Zeichnung linken Rand des durch die Führungsleisten 13 definierten Verschiebeweges.
Mit abnehmendem Wickeldurchmesser verlagert sich, wie aus dem Vergleich von Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 erkennbar, die Tuchwelle 6 mit dem Lagervierkant 10 in der Zeichnung nach rechts, so daß nach wie vor gewährleistet ist, daß das Tuch 8 bzw. der Tuchwickel 5 über die ganze Breite der Markisenanlage an dem unteren Abschnitt 2 der Tuchleitbleche 1 anliegen und dementsprechend eine gleichmäßige Auflagedruckverteilung gewährleistet ist.
Fig. 3 zeigt schließlich den Zustand, in welchem die Markise ganz ausgefahren ist und dementsprechend der Tuchwickel 5 seinen minimalen Durchmesser aufweist. Jetzt befinden sich der Lagervierkant 10 und die Tuchwelle 6 in ihrer in der Zeichnung maximal rechten Position des Verschiebeweges und auch jetzt ist noch gewährleistet, daß der Tuchwickel über die ganze Breite durch den Abschnitt 2 der Führungsfläche 1 abgestützt wird.
Beim Einfahren des Markisentuches 8 erfolgt die Verschiebebewegung der Tuchwelle 6 in umgekehrter Weise.

Claims (3)

  1. Markise, insbesondere Kassettenmarkise, umfassend ein auf eine, insbesondere in einer Kassette, drehbar gelagerte Tuchwelle (6) aufwickelbares Markisentuch (8), wobei die Tuchwelle (6) an ihren beiden Enden in je einem Tuchwellenlager gelagert ist und Tuchleitbleche (1) derart vorgesehen sind, daß der durch das Markisentuch (8) gebildete Tuchwickel (5) durch das Tuchleitblech (1) gegen ein Durchhängen in Richtung quer zur Ausfahrrichtung (9) abgestützt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Tuchwellenlager etwa in Ausfahrrichtung (9) derart verschiebbar geführt ist, daß es einen Lagervierkant (10) umfaßt, wobei zwei zueinander parallele Längsseiten (11, 12) des Lagervierkants (10) als Nockenflächen dienen, die zwischen zwei parallel zueinander verlaufenden, in einem spitzen Winkel gegen die Horizontale abfallend in Ausfahrrichtung (9) geneigten Führungsleisten (13) geführt sind.
  2. Markise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsleisten (13) an der Innenseite der Seitenwand des Tuchwellenhalters, insbesondere der Seitenwand der Kassette, angeordnet sind.
  3. Markise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Endanschläge für die Verschiebebewegung jedes Lagervierkants (10) vorgesehen sind.
