Description
Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Aufwickeln von längsgeschnittenen Teilbahnen einer Materialbahn, vorzugsweise Papierbahn, bei dem aus jeder Teilbahn eine Wickelrolle (7a, 7b) gebildet wird und bei dem die Wikkelrollen auf zwei aus Wickeltragwalzen (5, 9', 9") gebildeten Wickelbetten aufliegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jedem Wickelbett unter wenigstens einer wählbaren Wickelrolle (7a, 7b) ein auf diese Wickelrolle begrenztes Durckluftpolster gebildet wird, wobei das Druckluftpolster durch ein zu den Wickeltragwalzen (5, 9', 9") paralleles und in den zwischen diesen befindlichen Spalt einführbares Längsdichtelement (6', 68) und durch zwei den Wickelrollen-Enden zugeordnete Enddichtelemente (34) begrenzt wird, die beim Entfernen vom jeweiligen Wickelrollen-Ende entlang einer relativ zur Wickelachse geneigten Führung (63) verfahren werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Druckluftpolster Druckluft über eine in Sektionen unterteilte Überdruckkammer (15, 65) zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen der Druckluft aus dem Inneren einer der Wickeltragwalzen (9', 9'') stattfindet, deren Mantel perforiert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen der Druckluft über das genannte Längsdichtelement (68) stattfindet.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Enddichtelemente (34) für das Anwickeln neuer Wickelrollen (7a, 7b) aus dem Bereich der Wickelbetten entfernt.
- Wickelmaschine zum Durchführen des im Anspruch 1 angegebenen Verfahrens, mit zwei aus Wickeltragwalzen (5, 9', 9") gebildeten Wickelbetten zur Aufnahme von Wickelrollen (7a, 7b), die aus längsgeschnittenen Teilbahnen einer Materialbahn, vorzugsweise Papierbahn, entstehen, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:a) im Bereich eines jeden Wickelbettes ist in den zwischen zwei Tragwalzen (5, 9', 9") befindlichen Spalt von unten her ein Längsdichtelement (6', 68) einführbar;b) an jedem der beiden Enden wenigstens einer einzelnen Wickelrolle (7a, 7b) befindet sich ein entfernbares Enddichtelement (34), das einerseits mit der Wickelrolle und andererseits mit den Mantelflächen der betreffenden Wickeltragwalzen Dichtspalte bildet,c) wobei das Enddichtelement (34) beim Entfernen vom Ende der Wickelrolle (7a, 7b) auf einer relativ zur Wickelachse geneigten Führung (63) verfahrbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Wickelbett wenigstens eine der beiden Wickeltragwalzen (9') einen perforierten Walzenmantel und im Inneren eine in Sektionen unterteilbare stationäre Überdruckkammer (15) aufweist, die an eine Druckluftquelle anschließbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Größe jeder Sektion an die Teilbahnbreite (B) der betreffenden Wickelrolle (7b) anpaßbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Längsdichtelement (68) Bestandteil einer in Sektionen unterteilbaren Überdruckkammer (65) ist, wobei die Größe jeder Sektion an die Teilbahnbreite (B) der betreffenden Wickelrolle (7b) anpaßbar ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, die für jede Wickelrolle (7b) zwei Wickelböcke (49) aufweist, die zum Führen des Wickelkerns oder der Wickelhülse (51) der Wickelrolle dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Wickelbock (49) einen Tragarm (60) aufweist, an dessen freiem Ende eines der Enddichtelemente (34), vorzugsweise geneigt zur Wickelrollendrehachse verschiebbar, abgestützt ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einer der Tragarme (60) im Wickelbock (49) schwenkbar gelagert ist, wobei die Schwenkachse (61) wenigstens angenähert parallel zur Wickelrollen-Drehachse verläuft.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem Enddichtelement (34) ein in den Grund des Wickelbettes ragender Teil (34 a) hochklappbar ausgebildet ist.
