Abstract

Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Kegelbrenner für gasförmige und/oder flüssige Brennstoffe zu schaffen, der eine verringerte NOx- und Co-Emission aufweist. Erfindungsgemäss wird das dadurch erreicht, dass die Teilkegelkörper (1, 2) an ihrem stromabwärtigen Ende einen gemeinsamen Auslassdiffusor (27) besitzen. Sie weisen einen Übergangsbereich (28) zum Auslassdiffusor (27) auf, in dem die Grösse der Lufteintrittschlitze (7, 8) in Strömungsrichtung (3) kontinuierlich abnimmt. Der Auslassdiffusor (27) ist kreisrund und ohne Lufteintrittschlitze (7, 8) ausgebildet.
