Abstract

Bei einem Brenner (100), der im wesentlichen aus mindestens zwei hohlen, kegelförmigen, in Strömungsrichtung ineinandergeschatelten Teilkörpern (101, 102) besteht, verlaufen die jeweiligen Längssymmetrieachsen (101b, 102b) der Teilkörper (101, 102) zueinander versetzt, dergestalt, dass die benachbarten Wandungen der Teilkörper (101, 102) in deren Längserstreckung tangentiale Lufteintrittsschlitze (119, 120) für einen Verbrennungsluftstrom (115) in Innenraum (114) des Brenners. Der Durchflussquerschnitt dieser tangentialen Lufteintrittsschlitze (119, 120) ist in Strömungsrichtung des Brenners (100) abnehmend, dergestalt, dass sich dies positiv auf eine Stabilisierung der Rückströmzone (106) am Ausgang des Brenners (100) auswirkt.
