Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for receiving and discharging at Sewer cleaning or other comparable cleaning processes Dirt, especially a sewer cleaning vehicle, with one with the dirt loadable container, which is provided with at least one dirt outlet is followed by a feed device that can be acted upon.
A device of this type is known from DE-U-89 01 954. At this known arrangement is a sludge conveyor below the dirt container arranged, which is open towards the dirt container and at its in Area of the rear edge of the vehicle with a connection device is provided, alternatively a cover can be fixed or a line for discharge the dirt can be connected. The line mentioned must be laid by hand become. It is also not completely emptied by the sludge conveyor. The However, handling the hose line that is not completely emptied is a problem heavy and dirty work. To accomplish a targeted Loading of a container would have to the said line during operation are kept, the disadvantages described above being particularly severe would emerge. For this reason alone, the known arrangement for Loading a container is not advantageous. In any case, this would be one Danger of pollution of the surroundings with mud splashes etc. This is but not tolerable, because containers to avoid long journeys Sewer cleaning vehicle or the like in the vicinity of the location of this Vehicle or the like, so often in residential areas where there is a source of pollution Odor nuisance is undesirable. On top of that, a lot of sludge, especially the sludge from sewage cleaning, with faeces are enforced.
Proceeding from this, it is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a Device of the type mentioned above while avoiding the disadvantages of the known So to improve arrangements. that is easy to use and Makes work easier.
This object is achieved in that the dirt outlet before the conveyor is closable and that this at least one of one of Container protruding driving position in a protruding from the container to the rear Work position feasible, in this work position to its rear Shedding edge has rising conveyor, by means of which can be supplied container and its length is at least half Corresponds to the length of the container.
With these measures, the disadvantages of the known arrangement are complete avoided. So the measures according to the invention ensure that a reliable and targeted insertion of the material to be discharged from the dirt container Dirt in a container is possible. The dropping can be advantageous Way around in the middle of the container, so that it is in the container Thrown in goods distributed there by themselves and manual distribution is not necessary. Because the protruding from the container in the working position Conveyor is arranged so that one opposite the discharge edge of the Containers results in a significantly higher discharge edge. are also comparatively high Container can be easily loaded. As a result of the inventive Measures ensured, targeted throwing in of the spread dirt The container is also ensured that the environment is contaminated due to splashes of dirt etc. This is especially desirable if the Container is set up in a residential area The easy reloadability of the Dirt in a container always results in a high level of economy, because hereby long journeys of a dirt collecting device to a landfill or a disposal facility is eliminated. In further perfection of the above The measures according to the invention not only make advantages simple Operation, but also ensure that the maneuverability of a vehicle according to the invention not by the devices according to the invention is affected.
Advantageous refinements and expedient training of the parent Measures are specified in the subclaims. So the funding body according to a first advantageous embodiment as a rear dirt outlet of the container below the conveyor belt. Such a construction is already particularly well suited for retrofitting in an advantageous manner existing sewer cleaning vehicles etc. with tipping or piston emptying.
Another design of the overriding measures can consist of that the conveyor as at the rear dirt outlet of the container attachable screw conveyor is formed. This advantageously results Way a closed transport route up to the discharge edge and thus one particularly clean working method. Appropriately, the cross section corresponds to the Dirt outlet the cross section of the screw conveyor.
In connection with the measures according to the invention, it proves to be to be particularly preferred if the rearward protruding conveyor organ in Arranged inside the container, preferably as a screw conveyor trained funding body is upstream. This acts as the bottom of the container assigned clearing device, through which the protruding from the container Funding body can be continuously charged.
Further advantageous refinements and practical training of overriding measures are specified in the remaining subclaims and can be seen from the example description below.

angeflanscht sein. Zweckmäßig handelt es sich dabei um
einen Hydraulikmotor, der über ankuppelbare
Hydraulikleitungen mit einer auf
Kanalreinigungsfahrzeugen hier vorliegender Art
üblicherweise vorhandenen Hydraulikpumpe verbindbar ist.The
Behälters 2 erleichtern könnte.3 and 4 is the

The barrel-shaped sludge tank 2 has, as best

Teilstücken, was die Herstellung erleichtert. The front end of the
During the suction operation, the
In the example on which FIG. 3 is based, how

Förderband 7 in Betrieb gesetzt. Der Antrieb des
Förderbands 7 kann ebenfalls mittels eines zugeordneten
Hydraulikmotors 14 erfolgen. Zur Erzielung eines nach
hinten ansteigenden Verlaufs des Förderbands 7 ist der
Schlammbehälter 2 im dargestellten Beispiel um eine
vordere Schwenkachse schwenkbar und mittels einer
rückwärtigen Hubeinrichtung 22 anhebbar angeordnet.
Hierdurch läßt sich eine vergleichsweise hohe hintere
Abwurfkante des Förderbands 7 erreichen. Durch die
Beaufschlagung des Förderbands 7 mittels der im
Schlammbehälter 2 angeordneten Förderschnecke 9 ergibt
sich eine hohe Sicherheit gegen Verschmutzung der
Umgebung.The
In the performance according to Figure 4 is the
Der Schneckenförderer 24 ist anstelle des abnehmbaren
Deckels 17 am Stutzen 16 lösbar festlegbar. Zum Entleeren
des Schlammbehälters 2 wird einfach der Deckel 17
abgenommen und der Schneckenförderer 24 angebracht.
Dieser kann bei normalem Kanalreinigungsbetrieb in einem
zugeordneten Gefach des Kanalreinigungsfahrzeugs verstaut
sein. Auch eine feste, bleibende Anordnung wäre denkbar.
Mit Hilfe des nach hinten abstehenden Schneckenförderers
23 wird das aus dem Schlammbehälter 2 herausgeförderte
Gut bis zur hinteren Abwurfkante 11a kanalisiert, was
eine besonders hohe Sicherheit gegen Verschmutzung der
Umgebung ergibt.
The screw conveyor 24 is instead of the removable one
aufweisen. Diese Öffnungen fungieren hier jeweils als
Schmutzausgang 29, wie durch Ausgangspfeile angedeutet
ist. Es ergeben sich dementsprechend vier in Reihe
hintereinander angeordnete, nach unten weisende
Schmutzausgänge 29. Diese sind von einem unterhalb des
Behälters 2 angeordneten Längsförderorgan, hier inform
eines Förderbands 30, unterfaßt.In the embodiment according to FIG. 6, the container 2 has

can be provided at 5 indicated above,
on the bottom side a row from here four down
constricting funnels 27 at their lower end
each have an opening which can be closed by a
Das Förderband 30 endet im Bereich des hinteren
Behälterendes. Die Abwurfkante des Förderbands 30 ist von
einem weiteren Förderorgan, hier ebenfalls inform eines
Förderbands 7 unterfaßt. Dieses nach hinten abstehende
Förderband 7 entspricht praktisch den Förderbändern 7 der
Figuren 1 bis 3. Auch hier ist mittels des nach hinten
abstehenden Förderbands 7 ein bereitstehender Container
10 mit dem aus dem Behälter 2 ausgebrachten Schmutz
befüllbar, wie bei 11 angedeutet ist. Die Abwurfkante
befindet sich ebenfalls etwa in Behältermitte. The
The
In the embodiment according to Figure 6, the container content

With the above-mentioned separation of the received goods into Solids and floating matter become the sedimenting Solids that would clog the channel restrained and the floating substances in the channel returned. The remaining solids are there freed of contaminants such as faeces and can can be easily deposited on a landfill or as Recycling material e.g. as construction sand or grit sand Find use.
To accomplish the separation and cleaning mentioned
is in the sludge tank 2, as in FIGS. 4 and 5

Überlaufwehr 32 begrenzt ist, über das die Schwimmschicht
abfließen kann, sobald der Wasserstand im zugeordneten
Abteil des Schlammbehälters 2 die Wehrhöhe erreicht hat.
Zweckmäßig wird der Schlammbehälter 2 hierzu mittels der
hinteren Hubeinrichtungen 22 angekippt. Hinter dem Wehr
32 kann sich ein als Sammelbehälter fungierendes Abteil
des Schlammbehälters 2 befinden, das einen für
Schwimmstoffe durchlässigen Ausgang aufweist, über den

Mit Hilfe der erfindungsgemäßen Fördereinrichtung wird hier also gereinigter Sand etc. ausgebracht, was eine längere Lagerung in Containern, die in Wohngebieten aufgestellt sind, vereinfacht, da keinerlei Geruchsbelästigung zu befürchten ist. With the aid of the conveyor device according to the invention here cleaned sand etc. spread, which is a longer storage in containers in residential areas are set up, simplified, since none Odor nuisance is to be feared.
