Claims (35)

  1. Driven liquid-cleaning device for rail track grooves, especially of tramway and railway lines which is installed on a waggon frame (18) and comprises a cleaning unit (1) provided with a cleansing-liquid, especially water, to which is placed in front a pressurising device (2) for said cleansing-liquid and with a separation unit (3) for the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud out of the rail-grooves (8) placed subordinated and to which a pressurizing device (2) is placed before and after that with a separation unit (3) to which especially a carried or driven mud-storage unit (4) beeing carried along by the driven liquid-cleaning device and especially a mud unloading- or mud overloading gear (5) and a unloading device for the spent cleansing-liquid is arranged afterward, characterized in that wheras the a cleaning unit (1) consists of a highpressure stream device (9) by which the highpressure stream of cleansing liquid is directed into the railtrack groove (8) in driving direction (10) and a guiding chimney (11) recepting the produced mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud out of the railtrack groove (8) each for the both railtrack grooves (8) of a line (17), said cleaning unit (1) beeing supported adjusted on a guiding part (13) combined with a steep conveyor (12), said guiding part (13) is running on the Line (17) with two flange wheels (14) in front and two flange wheels (15) behind and beeing guided at the waggon frame(18) displaceable to the height direction, especially in parallel to the rails of the line (17), on said waggon frame (18) beeing assembled at least the subordinated separation-unit (3) for the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud out of the railtrack groove and the pressurizing device (2) placed in front together with a fine filter device or decanting device (21) and a storage device (22) for the cleansing-liquid.
  2. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that on the waggon frame (18) supplement-arily especially to the front swivel rack (55) appended guiding part (13) at least one part of the separation unit (3) composed of several parts is piled.
  3. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the waggon frame (18) is set-off positionoed to the top preferably in the middle part of the frame and giving room to the guiding rack (13) displaceable lead to the height together with the cleaning unit (1).

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 3, characterized in that the waggon frame (18) beeing made in one piece presenting the supporting part of a preferably self propelled waggon, running with a front swivel rack (55) and a rear swivel rack (56), on said waggon beeing attached the whole separation unit (3) and the mud storage unit (4) and the pulled lead guiding rack (13) together with the cleaning unit (1).
  5. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 4, characterized in that a grinding corpse (84) instead of a railbrake is joined sinkable to the rail (7) between the wheels of the front swivel rack (55) and of the rear swivel rack (56).

  8. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the steep conveyor (12) loads over the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud onto a swinging conveyor sieve (38) of the separation unit (3) which is positioned preferably in the height direction above the cleaning unit (1).

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the steep conveyor (12) consists of a bucket conveyor with oscillating suspended buckets (23), said bucket conveyor beeing directed along the lateral outside walls (24,24') the upper and the bottom outside walls (25, 25') of the waggon case (26) essentially in a perpendicular plain to its longitudinal extension over turnarounds (29) preferably running over turnaround wheels and said steep conveyor (12) beeing loaded with the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud onto its bottom flat pulled part (27) by unloading openings (33) of the guiding chimney (11) positioned just above said flat part (27) and said steep conveyor (12) beeing unloaded by tilting of the buckets (23) of a upper flat pulled part (28) of the steep conveyor (12) by means of a insertable controll cam (30) and beeing directed to the tilted position in a bucket guidance (31) above a chute (32) which is unloaded onto the swinging conveyor sieve (38) of the separations unit (3) which is driven by at least one weightloaded swinging-motor.
  10. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 9, characterized in that the buckets (23) of the lower flat pulled part (27) are directed in a minute distance to the bottom outside wall (25') which is fitted with preferably slotformed openings at least extended over the broadside of the buckets (23) and especially disposed of a rinsing device.
  11. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 10, characterized in that the guiding chimneys (11) are disposed of unloading openings (33) directed downward adjoined thereto formed hoppers (34) made of rubber are placed reaching immediately to the upper edges of the buckets (23) of the steep conveyor (12) and beeing sustained by means of supporting metal sheets (36) of the frame (37) of the steep conveyor (12) and are provided with openings (35) for spent air, beeing directed to the top and arranged in the immediate area of the steep conveyor (12).

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the guiding chimneys (11) of the cleaning unit (1) are directed essentially to the front in driving direction (10) and ending in adjoined openings (63) of a worm conveyor pipe (64) which is attached to the closed box (68) of the steep conveyor (12) at both sides and beeing preferably sealed to these loading openings (63) and in said worm conveyor pipes (64) on both sides of the steep conveyor (12) are adjoined conveying worms (65) preferably driven together with the steep conveyor (12) and said conveying worms (65) transport the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud into the area of the steep conveyor (12) which is disposed therebetween especially in alignement with the bottom shaft (66) of the steep conveyor (12) and/or beeing coupled to enlongations of it.
  13. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 12, characterized in that the worm conveyors (65) are coupled to a shaft which bears a plurality of rows of brushes (69) for the overloading of the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud directly to the swinging conveyor sieve (38).
  14. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 12, characterized in that the loading opening (63) of the worm conveyor pipe (64) beeing adjoined to the unloading opening (33) of a guiding chimney (11) is constructed with a width suitable for the adaption of the lataeral adjustment of the guiding chimney (11) to different tracks, beeing closed from the top side with a cover (72) preferably with a covering box.

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1, 2 or 12, characterized in that the steep conveyor (12) is constructed as a chain conveyor inclined with 30 to 75 degrees, preferably 55 degrees, especially in the driving direction (10) running in a closed box (68) and equipped with a plurality of distant rows of brushes (69) which skim the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud over the bottom wall (70) of said closed box (68) and convey it into a downward inclined gutter (71) said brushes (69) beeing adjusted to run over a upper shaft (67) of the steep conveyor (12) and again in downward direction.
  16. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 15, characterized in that the gutter (71) is equipped with a rubber formed hopper (34) reaching to the sieve (49) of the swinging conveyor sieve (38).

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the swinging conveyor sieve (38) joined to a fall sieve (39) aligned with 30 to 70 degrees to which the steep conveyor (12) overloads the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud and on the side of liquid discharge beeing equipped with a rubber cover (40) fixed at distance and reaching from the frame (37) of the steep conveyor (12) to the rim of the sieve tub (41) at the loading side (42) of the swinging conveyor sieve (38) and beeing inclined to a weak degree ascending with a conveyor conduit (43) for expelling the solidified part of mud before said conduit (43) preferably before the end of the sieve (49) at a stowing edge (50) beeing attached in a direction transverse to the conveying direction and in parallel to the sieve rods.

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the swinging conveyor sieve (38) of the separation device (3) is ending inclined to a weak degree ascending into an conveyor conduit (43) for expelling the solidified part of the groove mud preferably fitted with a stowing edge (50) before the end of the sieve (49) in a trans-verse direction to the conveying direction and in parallel to the sieve rods.

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 18, characterized in that the swinging conveyor sieve (38) is equipped with a decending conveyor conduit (43) passing over into the loading hopper (75) of an inclining unloading device (76) beeing constructed especially as a pipe conveyor driven at the bottom end and fitted with a free rotating wheel and expelling the solidified mud out of the swinging conveyor sieve (38) into a storage container (77) of the mud storage unit (4).
  20. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 18, characterized in that the storage container (77) of the mud storage unit (4) is placed removable on a turntable (78) which ist attached on the waggon frame (18) and/or is positioned liftable on a pneumatic pillow of a revolving table and seated at least pivotable up to 90 degrees in respect to the working direction in the lengthwise position.
  21. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 16, characterized in that the outflow (44) of the sieve tub (41) is connected to a pump (45) of a cleaning circuit (46) transporting the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud to at least one downstream positioned processing device (52).

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 2, characterized in that the cleaning circuit (46) is feeding the mixture of cleansing-liquid and mud to at least one hydraulic centrifugal separator (47) positioned above the swinging conveyor sieve (38) from which the outcoming part of rough mud cleansing-liquid is flushed onto the sieve (49) of the unloading side of the swinging conveyor sieve (38) by means of a preferably inclined to the bottom directed discharging nozzle (48).
  23. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 22, characterized in that before the hydraulic centrifugal separator (47) a dosage station (81) is positioned in the cleaning circuit (46) for adding means for precipitating and/or flocculating means.

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 22, characterized in that this part of the fine mud and cleansing-liquid which is drained off the inner side of the hydraulic centrifugal separator (47) is conducted to a storage device for mud loaded cleansing-liquid or to a processing device (52) of the separation unit (3) which is consisting preferably of a flocculation- and/or a precipitation device, especially adapted as a pipe flocculation device equipped with a feeding line (53) for additives and of an adjoined prefiltration- and/or predecanter device (54) which is preferably constructed as a blade separator or a plate separator with inclining ondulated blade elements or is constructed as a centrifugal separator, delivering a part of mud enriched cleansing-liquid to the loading side of the swinging conveyor sieve (38) and is feeding a part of of the cleansing-liquid with diminished mud content to an intermediate storage tank, preferably equipped with inserted blades for the separation and fitted with a restoring device for transmit the sediment into the steep conveyor device (12) to which is immediately attached a fine filter- or decanter device (21) of the high pressure generating unit (2) to which a part of cleansing liquid will bee feeded.
  25. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 9 and 17, characterized in that the processing device (52) of the separation unit (3) is beeing fed with the part of fine mud and cleansing-liquid drained off the inner side of the hydraulic centrifugal separator (47) by the feeding line (53) connected to the centrifugal separator (47) and at least comprises especially a decanter centrifuge from which the purified part of cleaning-liquid is conducted from the storage device (22) to the pressurizing device (2) and the sediment, enriched of solid mud outcomming from the swinging conveyor sieve (38) beeing discharged to the end area of it.
  26. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 25, characterized in that the a plate sedimenter (74) fitted with oblique plates oriented inclined to the bottom is placed in the feeding line (53) before the decanter centrifuge of the decanter- or fine sieve device (21), from said plate sedimenter (74) the part of solidified mud is delivered to the swinging conveyor sieve (38) preferably in the end area thereof.

Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 26, characterized in that the cleaning unit (1) with both the highpressure stream device (9) and the associated guiding chimneys (11) are adjustable mounted on the guiding part (13) of the guidance (58) of said highpressure stream device (9) of the respective track and is fixable thereof, said associated guiding chimneys (11) project through openings of the frame (37) of the steep conveyor (12) to which also rubber plates the like are attached and beside of those it is fitted with a covering box as a cover (72).
  28. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 27, characterized in that the cleaning unit (1) is positioned by two front and two rear twofold actuated pneumatic cylinders (79) at the guiding part (13), especially with the configuration of a parallelogramm suspension, suspended in a distance above the rails (7) and in parallel to this distance beeing adjusted transferable in the high direction.
  29. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cleaning unit (1) is mounted on it or at a rear flange wheel (15) of the guiding part (13) and comprises a nozzle for cleaning of the railhead (82) and in distance behind of it is provides a line for restoring excess water supply (83).
  30. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 29, characterized in that the cleaning unit (1) assembled on a tramway or a railway waggon with a plurality of axles, preferably four to eight axles and especially onto a rail car beeing arranged in front of a swivel rack (55) of the railtrack vehicle (57) and the steep conveyor (12) beeing adjoined at a place on the waggon frame (18) especially provided for the boxes for the steps of the waggon.
  31. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 30, characterized in that the guiding part (13) of the cleaning unit (1) is provided with a vertical swivel axle (16) swivelling around the axle of rotation of the swivel rack (55) of the railtrack vehicle (57) situated behind of the cleaning units (1).
  32. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 30, characterized in that the storage device (22) for the cleansing-liquid is placed at the lateral outside walls (24,24') constructed as wall container behind of the cleaning unit (1) and the mud storage unit (4) therebetween formed as plug-in containers or especially with several raking-, worm-or pipe conveyors, beeing ascending to the rear and overloading to the next conveyor at the articulation points. (59) between the parts of the waggon parts (60,60' 60'') of the railtrack vehicle (57), the conveyor part beeing at the end beeing unloaded with a mud unloading- or mud overloading device (5) preferably formed of a swiveling transverse band-conveyor (61) discharging to the side of the waggon.
  33. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 29, characterized in that in the case of a steet going trailer the pressurizing device (2), the fine filter device or decanting device (21) and at least a part of the storage device (22) for the cleansing-liquid is assembled on a street going traction vehicle and the trailer is coupled with a pulling rod with two vertical swiveling axles and the traction vehicle is provided with hydraulic sinkable flange. wheels in front and at the rear to insert the wheels to the railtracks.
  34. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim/33, characterized in that the trailer is provided with street-running wheels (62) hitched up by hydraulic cylinders.
  35. Driven liqid-cleaning device according to claim 1 to 33, characterized in that the cleaning unit (1) is constructed as a fixable and looseable modular units, beeing divideable into parts and able to couple those part together again, especially together with the guiding part (13) and preferably with the separation unit (3) on the vehicle and with the highpressurizing device (2) and with the storage device (22) for the cleansing-liquid additionally to the mud storage unit (4).
