Claims (6)
- Waagerechter Heftlagenstapler mit einem Tragwerk (28), in demein Förderweg (2) für einen Strom von schuppenartig angeordneten Heftlagen,ein Paketbildungsbereich (4) mit in einem darüberliegenden Bereich (6) angeordneten Klappenanleger (8) zum Anlegen von Klappen (13), sowieeine mit Zangenschenkeln (25, 26) versehene Presszange (5) zum Zusammenpressen des gebildeten Pakets (51) vor dem Bindevorgang desselben nacheinander angeordnet sind,
- Stapler, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klappenanleger (8) aus zwei Trag- und Förderbahnen (15, 16) der zwei vorgesehenen aus Klappen (13) gebildeten Klappenpakete (11, 12) besteht, welche Trag- und Förderbahnen mit einer Vorrichtung (21, 24) zum Vorschub der Klappenpakete (11, 12) von einer mittleren Lage aus nach den Seitenwänden (9, 10) des Klappenanlegers (8) hin in Wirkverbindung stehen, dass zwischen den Seitenwänden (9, 10) und den darunterliegenden Zangenschenkeln (25, 26) Gleit-und Halteführungen (47) der zu überführenden Klappen (13) angeordnet sind und dass ausserhalb der Seitenwände (9, 10) Ausziehmittel (29, 30) der Klappen (13) vorgesehen sind, die dazu geeignet sind, die Klappen (13) an den Führungen (47) entlang auf die Schenkel (25, 26) der Zange (5) zu überführen.
- Stapler, nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Trag-und Förderbahnen (15, 16) der Klappenpakete (11, 12) aus ringförmig und zwischen Umlenkrollen (17, 18, 20, 19) geführten Riemen bestehen, dass in den äusseren Umlenkwalzen (17, 19) jeweils ein Freilauf angeordnet ist, der mit der Umlenkwalze (17, 19) und mit einem Schwenkhebel (21, 22) in Wirkverbindung steht und dass die Schwenkhebel (21, 22) durch eine Zugstange miteinander verbunden sind, die wenigstens eine Schubvorrichtung (24), zum Beispiel eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit, umfasst.
- Stapler, nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleit- und Halteführungen (47) der überführten Klappen (13) zwei einander keilförmige Flügel (40, 41) aufweisen, die (in 42, 43) schwenkbar angelenkt sind und durch Federn (44, 45) gegen den entsprechenden Anschlag bzw. Schenkel (25, 26) der Zange (5) in Schliesstellung vorgespannt sind.
- Stapler, nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausziehmittel(29, 30) der Klappen (13) aus Zähnen (31, 32) bestehen, denen jeweils Mittel zur senkrechten Hin- und Herbewegung, zum Beispiel eine schaftlose Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (34, 35), zugeordnet sind.
- Stapler, nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausziehzähne (31, 32) als wie Sperrnocken angelenkte Zähne ausgebildet sind, die bei der Ausziehbewegung zum Absenken der Klappen (13) durch das eigene Gewicht waagerecht positioniert sind und beim Rücklauf frei nach unten schwingen.
