Definitions
- the invention relates to a carrier vehicle, in particular, search and combat tanks installed Land mine clearing device with the features from the preamble of claim 1, and a Land mine detection and destruction procedures by means of such a search and clearing device.
- the invention is based on the object a carrier vehicle, in particular a main battle tank, installed search and clearing device for landmines with the features from the preamble of the claim 1 with which it is possible to create within a given, lying in the direction of travel Stripes AT mines and possibly also AP mines with a very high probability of being tracked down, localize exactly and then clear them individually, so that as a result an alley through the mines laid can be cleared. Both should be open as well as hidden mines.
- the invention is based on the basic idea one that can be coupled to the bow of the carrier vehicle Frame that hung on the carrier vehicle and additional can be supported by support wheels in the direction of travel seen devices in a row to arrange, which is initially a rough detection electrical conductive objects using appropriate Sensors, then an accurate detection of the position and the type of an object detected by a sensor by means of a movable search detector and finally the positioning of an explosive or shaped charge over the found mine and its ignition. Because at the moment a sensor responds the vehicle is stopped and after positioning an explosive or shaped charge above that of Search detector precisely detected the carrier vehicle be reset to a safety distance damage to the search and clearing device or very unlikely on the carrier vehicle and the entire facility can be in accordingly lighter design can be dimensioned. Farther is through the targeted and well-dosed insertion of explosive or shaped charges for destruction the mines limit the environmental degradation held. The use of a directed shaped charge jet to destroy the mine is special intended for concealed mines.
- To control and monitor the search and clearing process serves an electrical arranged in the carrier vehicle
- Operating and evaluation device the one Monitor, a control device, a computer, as well Adaption elements can contain.
- the whole search and Broaching processes can be largely automated under computer control carried out and / or monitored automatically will.
- FIGS. 1 and 2 is on the bow side of a main battle tank KP by means of a coupling device 2 a frame 1 coupled.
- a coupling device 2 a frame 1 coupled.
- At the in Driving direction F seen front side of the frame 1 are on two transverse sensor bars 1.1 and 1.2 in the transverse direction four each electromagnetic rectangular coils trained sensors 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 arranged, which are about extend a width by a predetermined amount is greater than the width of the KP main battle tank.
- These sensors are more conductive for detection Objects trained and in not specifically illustrated manner with one arranged in the main battle tank KP Operating and evaluation device connected.
- Behind the sensors 3.1 to 3.4 are on the frame 1 in Transverse guide rails 4 arranged, on which a carriage 5 in the direction of arrow S is movable back and forth transversely to the direction of travel F.
- the drive device of the not shown Sled 5 is also from the KP main battle tank arranged operating and evaluation device controllable.
- a rotatable in a horizontal plane Arm 7 arranged, which also does not have a Drive device shown can be set in rotation is (arrow direction R).
- the arm 7 carries one Search detector 6 for accurate detection of the position and the type of one detected by one of the sensors 3.1 to 3.4 Subject. This is explained in more detail below.
- the carriage 5 in only from FIG.
- a movable gripper 8 for Detection and placement of explosive devices Hollow charges with igniter on the ground arranged. These are explosive and shaped charges stored in a magazine 9 arranged on the frame.
- a magazine 9 arranged on the frame.
- the framework 1 via a on a holder 11.1 on the frame 1 or a bracket 11.2 on the weapon W of the main battle tank KP attacking suspension device 11 on the Gun W hung up.
- This suspension device 11 can in a manner not shown as a lifting device, which is controlled from the main battle tank be by means of which the frame 1 with the on it fortified facilities in a raised transport position can be moved.
- a video surveillance camera 12 is arranged in the frame 1, which also in a manner not shown with the operating and arranged in the KP main battle tank Evaluation device is connected.
- the two outermost sensors 3.1 and 3.4 around a lying in the direction of travel F. horizontal axis of rotation can be folded upwards.
- the magazine for the explosive and shaped charges to be carried is shown in more detail in Fig. 3.
- the explosive or shaped charges are in the upper part 13.2 or 14.2 of a tripod 13 or 14 arranged.
- This Tripod 13, 14 has three to five legs made of spring steel, which in the state shown in Fig. 3, in which the tripods from above in chambers 9.1 and 9.2 of the magazine 9 are inserted into one inside folded state.
- brackets 13.1 and 14.1 At the top of the Tripods 13 and 14 are arranged brackets 13.1 and 14.1, where the tripods are gripped by the gripper 8 can be.
- the gripper 8 When pulling out of the magazine 9 by means of the gripper 8, which is arranged on a robot arm legs 13.3 and 14.3 fold automatically apart so that the tripod 13 and 14 by means of of the gripper 8 to a predetermined position the ground, as shown in Figs. 4 and 5, placed can be.
- the top 13.2 and 14.2 of the Tripods 13 and 14 are with a cable reel 13.4 and 14.4, which contains a cable 13.5 or 14.5, via which an electrical primer on the tripod arranged hollow or explosive charge with the operating and evaluation device in the main battle tank KP is.
- the search and clearing device is described in the Mounted on the bow of the KP main battle tank, the frame 1 is lowered so far that the support wheels 10 sit on the ground.
- the distance the sensors 3.1 to 3.4 and the search detector 6 to the ground can be about 500mm.
- the operating and evaluation device in the KP main battle tank be adapted on the loader side and is by means of Cable via an angle mirror adapter with the Search and clearing device connected. The sensors are activated and the video surveillance system is switched on. All hatches are closed.
- the KP battle tank now moves constantly with one Speed of about 5 km / h through the area.
- a detection signal is emitted and the Main battle tank KP - automatically if necessary - stopped immediately, the braking distance about 1 to 1.5 m can be.
- the operating and evaluation device shows which of the sensors 3.1 to 3.4 has reacted.
- the carriage 5 with the search detector 6 is moved into the detected area and activated.
- An area - for example 1 m 2 - on or under which a mine is suspected is now scanned by means of the search detector 6. This is done by rotating the arm 7 with simultaneous transverse travel of the carriage 5.
- the exact position and, if appropriate, the type of the object detected are determined and registered.
- further identification can be carried out or an exposed object can be found. If there is a high probability that the object detected is a mine, the fight against it is initiated. It is decided whether an explosive charge (e.g. with open mines) or whether a shaped charge (e.g.
