Definitions
- the invention is in the field of construction and relates to the preliminary sealing of underground structures and construction pits by introducing and applying a plastic water drain.
- the pre-seal should be easy and quick to apply. It is intended to improve work processes, in particular to enable shorter manual work times.
- the idea of the invention is to use specially manufactured, sufficiently stable plastic channels as a preliminary seal, which have a corrugated profile and can be attached flexibly to surfaces following the water outlet points due to the possible small wall thickness.
- Such flexible gutters have a gutter shell for collecting and guiding the water, and they have fastening tabs attached to the side of the gutter shells as support surfaces for fast and secure fastening and sealing of the gutters.
- the flexible channels have a high level of ring rigidity, so that they can withstand the entire process undamaged until they are lined.
- the attachment parts between the gutter shells and the fastening tabs are hinge-like, which supports the flexible, flexible installation of these gutters on a largely flat surface.
- the attachment parts convey this flexibility when sealing between the gutter shell and the fastening tabs.
- the fastening tabs are designed for sealing as sealing lips and / or are preferably provided with molded sealing lips and / or the hinge-like parts have sealing beads over their length. This makes it possible to fasten the plastic channels quickly and easily by one person without a helping hand and to seal them at the same time or subsequently.
- the flexible channels can be connected together to form flexible channel systems. They are therefore designed with a shape and dimensionally accurate channel geometry, so that they can be connected to each other or with fittings of the appropriate geometry in a non-slip, sealing manner using the corrugated profile.
- FIG. 1 shows a detail of an advantageous embodiment of a flexible fitting system for collecting and carrying away water in connection with flexible channels 1 for pre-sealing.
- Such elements of flexible channels 1 are mounted at water outlet points and hold and conduct escaping water. They can be tightly connected with variously shaped fittings 51, 52, 53 in a targeted manner to carry away water.
- Such fittings are hat-shaped, cap-shaped or plate-shaped, for example.
- this connection of the elements of flexible channels 1 with these shaped pieces takes place by clawing into one another, by intermeshing a corrugated profile of the flexible channels 1 and the shaped pieces 51, 52, 53, so that they can be connected to one another in a non-positive and positive manner against tension and pressure.
- pressing water emerges at a water outlet point and is gripped there by means of a shaped piece in the form of an anchor head 51.
- This anchor head 51 is mounted close to a water outlet point and can be connected to a flexible channel 1 for guiding the water away via a profiling.
- the flexible channels 1 can of course also be installed at water outlet points themselves, they collect pressing water themselves.
- two or more flexible channels 1 are connected by means of connectors 52. These flexible channels 1 follow a water outlet, they collect water and they conduct water.
- flexible channels 1 are connected to tubes 54 by means of transition pieces 53.
- a saddle piece 55 connects to a drain pipe 56.
- FIGS 2 to 5 show exemplary fastenings with dowels 40 ', 40 "and nails 41', 41" of parts of advantageous embodiments of a flexible channel 1 for pre-sealing on the surface of the substrate.
- This flexible channel 1 has a channel shell 10 made of a thin-walled corrugated or spiral tube, for example of circular cross section. Naturally other, for example oval or angular, quasi-rectangular cross sections are also possible.
- the flexible channel 1 has a profile or corrugations 6 in the longitudinal direction. These corrugations 6 are formed in the region of the gutter shell 10 as a round side 6 'and give the gutter shell 10 a high degree of arch rigidity and at the same time a high degree of flexibility.
- the corrugations 6 are, for example, sinusoidally corrugated in a plane oblique or perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the flexible channel 1.
- the wave height and the wave pitch can be varied in coordination with the wall thickness in such a way that the desired ring stiffness and bendability of the flexible channel 1 can be set.
- the ring stiffness of the flexible channel 1 increases when the wall thickness is increased.
- the flexibility of the flexible channel 1 increases when the wave height or the wave pitch is increased. Accordingly, the person skilled in the art is free, with knowledge of the invention, to use many different geometries of corrugations 6. Very flat sinusoidal corrugations or highly divided corrugations result in different bendabilities.
- the flexible channel 1 has at least two fastening tabs 20 ', 20 "which are connected to the channel shell 10 by hinge-like attachment parts 30', 30".
- the fastening tabs 20 ', 20 are corrugated and they have sealant holders 200', 200" at the ends of the fastening tabs 20 ', 20 “for supporting holding of sealants 13', 13".
- the hinge-like attachment parts 30 ', 30 connect the longitudinally corrugated, flexible fastening tabs 20', 20" to the gutter shell 10, without, however, impairing the flexibility of the gutter shell 10.
- the gutter 1, which is mounted on flat or uneven supports, is in flexible contact with the supports via the corrugated fastening tabs 20 ', 20 ".
- Typical materials of the flexible gutter 1 are plastics such as polyolefins and, for example, polyethylene.
- Typical thicknesses of the gutter wall are 0.5 to 1 mm.
- Typical diameters of the gutter shell 10 are 10 to 50 cm.
- Typical lengths of the fastening tabs 20 ', 20 are 1/6 of the gutter shell diameter.
- the flexible channel 1 is positioned as an easily transportable element of, for example, one or more meters in length at water outlet points, for example, such elements of flexible channels 1 are positioned or placed on the surface of the subsurface using nails 41 ', 41 "by means of pneumatic nailers
- Flexible gutter 1 is installed on the walls, ceilings and floors following the water outlet points. Due to the high longitudinal mobility of the flexible gutter 1, the installation is done by hanging the water outlet points with the flexible gutter 1.
- the flexible gutter is made up of several positioning nails 41 ', 41 " 1 hung quickly at water outlet points (positioned and fastened). By attaching further nails 41 ', 41 "or dowels 40', 40” there is a stable attachment.
- These flexible channels 1 can be fastened on plastered largely flat surfaces or directly on rather uneven rough rock.
- the corrugations 6 of the flexible channels 1 claw or engage with one another or they claw or engage in a corresponding counterpart of the fittings Troughs 1 and fittings overlap at the joints and, for example, interlock with each other in a shingle shape and thus form non-positive and positive connections
- Profiling enables a non-slip sealing connection of the flexible channels 1 to each other or a non-slip sealing connection of the flexible channels 1 with fittings. These connections are tight.
- sealants 13 ', 13 are applied or activated to the sealant holders 200', 200".
- the foam and putty 13 ' is advantageously applied from the outside to the sealant holder 200' protruding from the surface at an angle. , 200 "of the embodiments according to FIGS. 2 to 4 are applied.
- These protruding sealant holders 200 ', 200 "form a sealing lip or sealing joint with the substrate.
- the foam or putty 13' is practically applied in a sealing joint which forms the sealant holder 200 ', 200" with the substrate, so that the sealing joint is closed.

These sealing beads form a sealing joint with the substrate. By locally heating the swelling tape 13 "positioned in this way on a sealing joint, the expansion of the swelling tape 13" is thermally activated and the sealing joint is closed. Of course, these sealing means 13 ', 13 "can be used in combination with one another.
- a flexible channel 1 in the embodiment according to FIG. 5 with swelling band 13 "by activating the swelling band 13" as a preliminary seal, in order to then carry out an end seal by applying foam or putty 13 '.
- the flexible channel 1 is also in difficult terrain, in difficult topographical conditions, for example in jagged Substrate where the sealing capacity of a sealant 13 'alone is not sufficient to ensure a sealing attachment by applying a further sealant 13 ".

Abstract
Description
The invention is in the field of construction and relates to the preliminary sealing of underground structures and construction pits by introducing and applying a plastic water drain.
In underground construction and in construction pits, the collection and drainage of water from surfaces is of particular importance if they come into contact with concrete, for example, because the setting and hardening of the concrete is impaired by pressing water. In order to avoid this, various flexible hoses and pipes made of plastic are used for pre-sealing and for draining off water on construction sites. These pre-seals and their fastening and sealing require a sufficiently high mechanical stability so that they are not damaged or destroyed in the subsequent lining. In underground mining and in construction pits, water is not only concentrated locally, but also escapes over large areas through pores, cracks and crevices.
In underground construction, plastic half-pipes are usually used, which are attached and sealed with their concave side at water outlet points with quick-hardening mortar, for example by hand. For Every source, every trickle, half pipes are laid. Depending on the circumstances, entire networks of half pipes are created. This work is tedious, time-consuming and therefore expensive.
Another solution to this is the use of flexible film tapes. Such a pre-seal can be applied to water outlet points and sealed with mortar. These foil tapes can be flexibly adapted to the respective location of the water outlet points. The water outlet points are covered with foil tapes.
The disadvantage is that these half tubes and foil tapes can be damaged when lining.
It is an object of the invention to provide a mechanically sufficiently stable, sealable and tight pre-seal for water retention over the entire working process up to the lining. The pre-seal should be easy and quick to apply. It is intended to improve work processes, in particular to enable shorter manual work times.
This object is achieved by the invention as defined by the claims.
The idea of the invention is to use specially manufactured, sufficiently stable plastic channels as a preliminary seal, which have a corrugated profile and can be attached flexibly to surfaces following the water outlet points due to the possible small wall thickness.
Such flexible gutters have a gutter shell for collecting and guiding the water, and they have fastening tabs attached to the side of the gutter shells as support surfaces for fast and secure fastening and sealing of the gutters. The flexible channels have a high level of ring rigidity, so that they can withstand the entire process undamaged until they are lined.
The attachment parts between the gutter shells and the fastening tabs are hinge-like, which supports the flexible, flexible installation of these gutters on a largely flat surface. The attachment parts convey this flexibility when sealing between the gutter shell and the fastening tabs.
The fastening tabs are designed for sealing as sealing lips and / or are preferably provided with molded sealing lips and / or the hinge-like parts have sealing beads over their length. This makes it possible to fasten the plastic channels quickly and easily by one person without a helping hand and to seal them at the same time or subsequently.
The flexible channels can be connected together to form flexible channel systems. They are therefore designed with a shape and dimensionally accurate channel geometry, so that they can be connected to each other or with fittings of the appropriate geometry in a non-slip, sealing manner using the corrugated profile.

FIG. 1 shows a detail of an advantageous embodiment of a flexible fitting system for collecting and carrying away water in connection with flexible channels 1 for pre-sealing. Such elements of flexible channels 1 are mounted at water outlet points and hold and conduct escaping water. They can be tightly connected with variously shaped
Figures 2 to 5 show exemplary fastenings with
The flexible channel 1 has at least two
The flexible channel 1 is positioned as an easily transportable element of, for example, one or more meters in length at water outlet points, for example, such elements of flexible channels 1 are positioned or placed on the surface of the subsurface using nails 41 ', 41 "by means of pneumatic nailers Flexible gutter 1 is installed on the walls, ceilings and floors following the water outlet points. Due to the high longitudinal mobility of the flexible gutter 1, the installation is done by hanging the water outlet points with the flexible gutter 1. The flexible gutter is made up of several positioning nails 41 ', 41 " 1 hung quickly at water outlet points (positioned and fastened). By attaching further nails 41 ', 41 "or dowels 40', 40" there is a stable attachment. These flexible channels 1 can be fastened on plastered largely flat surfaces or directly on rather uneven rough rock. Depending on the desired strength of the attachment, it can be attached only with nails 41 ', 41 ", with nails 41', 41" and dowels 40 ', 40 "or only with
In further assembly steps,
FIG. 6 shows a view along the longitudinal direction in a top view of part of a further advantageous embodiment of a flexible channel 1 as a preliminary seal. This flexible channel 1 has a
