Description
- Befestigung eines abklappbaren Radiators, unabhängig davon, ob die Röhren für den Vorlauf und für den Rücklauf aus der Wand oder aus dem Boden hervortreten. Bei modernen Heizungsanlagen kommen beide Anordnungen zur Anwendung, d.h. die beiden Anschlussröhren sind beim unteren Teil des Radiators auf nur eine Seite paarweise , entweder vertikal ausgerichtet - d.h. aus dem Fussboden hervortretend - oder horizontal ausgerichtet - d.h. aus der Wand hervortretend - vorgesehen. Die vorliegende Erfindung soll eine Lösung schaffen, die für beide Röhrenanordnungen anwendbar ist.
- Der Radiator muss für die Reinigung einfache und sicher nach vorn abklappbar sein und muss gegen falsche Manipulationen gesichert sein. Insbesondere muss er in seinen unteren Stützgabeln allseitig festgehalten sein.
- Das Befestigungssystem muss die Anwendung des Ventils mit drehbaren Kammern erlauben, das vom Stand der Technik her bekannt ist, so dass alle bekannten Vorzüge dieses Ventils zum Tragen kommen, wie beispielsweise die Möglichkeit, den Heizkörper während des Betriebes der Heizanlage zu ersetzen.
- Fig. 1 eine schematische Seitenansicht der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung mit einer Stellung der Befestigungselemente, die das Einführen des Radiators für die Montage von oben her erlaubt;
- Fig. 2 die Anordnung gemäss Fig. 1, worin der Radiator eingesetzt und in seiner Lage mittels des oberen Hakens und dank der erfindungsgemässen Einstellung der Halb-Elemente des Befestigungselementes gesichert ist;
- Fig. 3 den Radiator gemäss den Figuren 1 und 2, aus dem oberen Haken
ausgehängt und nach vorne abgeklappt, um den Zugang dahinter zur
Wand freizugeben;
Fig. 4 eine vergrössert dargestellte Einzelheit einer erfindungsgemässen Stützgabel in der der Fig. 1 entsprechenden Stellung in perspektivischer Darstellung; - Fig. 5 die gleiche Stützgabel wie in Fig. 4, aber mit den Halb-Elementen des Befetigungselementes in der Stellung, die die Montage und Demontage längs einer horizontalen Ebene erlaubt;
- Fig. 6 die Stützgabel gemäss den Figuren 4 und 5 mit dem Radiator in verriegelter Stellung entsprechend der in den Figuren 2 und 3 gezeigten Stellung;
- Fig. 7 eine Einzelheit eines Ausführungsbeispiels der Halb-Elemente des Befestigungselementes mit einer von elastischen Haken gebildeten Krone.

Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Radiators (1) an einer Wand, wobei sich der Radiator (1) unten mittels zweier Stützgabeln (4) abstützt und oben mittels eines Hakens (12, 13) zurückgehalten wird gegen die Gefahr, seitlich abzukippen, wobei die beiden Stützgabeln (4) je aus einem Trägerelement (5) bestehen, das an der Wand (2) fest befestigt ist und einen kreisförmigen Sitz (6) bildet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (6) ein drehbares Befestigungselement (7) aufnimmt, das seinerseits aus zwei Halb-Elementen (7', 7") besteht, die im wesentlichen spiegelbildlich zueinander sind und hufeisenförmig mit einer Oeffnung (8) ausgebildet sind, in deren Mitte der zylindrisch geformte Abstützbereich (9) des Radiators (1) aufgenommen wird, und die gegeneinander verdrehbar zusammengefügt sind, so dass sie je nach ihrer gegenseitigen Stellung eine vertikal nach oben gerichtete Oeffnung für den Abstützbereich (9) des Radiators (1) bilden, in welcher Stellung der Radiator (1) vertikal von oben her in die Stützgabeln eingeführt oder daraus entfernt werden kann, oder eine horizontal nach vorne gerichtete Oeffnung (8) für den Abstützbereich (9) des Radiators (1), in welcher Stellung der Radiator (1) horizontal von vorne her in die Stützgabeln (4) eingeführt oder daraus herausgezogen werden kann,
oder einen verriegelten Sitz für den Abstützbereich (9) des Radiators (1), in welcher Stellung der Radiator (1) an seinem Abstützbereich (9) in allen Richtungen festgehalten ist, so dass er höchstens Abklappbewegungen um den Sitz ausführen kann. - Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Radiators an einer Wand gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die beiden Halb-Elemente (7' und 7") je eine Haltezunge (17) aufweisen, und dass das Trägerelement (5) auf jeder Seite zwei Ausnehmungen (18, 19) aufweist, die unter einem Zentriwinkel-Unterschied (α) von etwa 90° versetzt angeordnet sind, in denen die Haltezunge (17) jedes Halb-Elementes (7', 7") eingreift und dieses in einer der beiden vorgesehenen Stellungen festhält. - Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Radiators an einer Wand gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die beiden Halb-Elemente (7', 7") gegeneinander verdrehbar miteinander verbunden sind mittels eines auf dem einen Halb-Element (7', 7") angebrachten Kragens von Haken (20), die in einen Kranz von Ausnehmungen (21) im anderen Halb-Element (7", 7') eingreifen. - Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Radiators an einer Wand gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der obere Rückhaltehaken gegen die Gefahr seitlichen Apklappens ein fest angebrachter Haken (12) ist, der nicht ohne Lösen des Radiators (1) aus seinen unteren Stützgabeln (4) gelöst werden kann. - Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Radiators an einer Wand gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1, wobei der Radiator (1) unten mit einem an der Längsseite des Radiators angebrachten Anschlussventil (14) für die Vorlaufröhre (10) und die Rücklaufröhre (11) versehen ist, das um eine horizontale Achse drehbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Mitte des kreisrunden Sitzes (6), in der das Befestigungselement (7) drehbar angeordnet ist, mit der Drehachse des Anschlussventils (14) des Radiators (1) zusammenfällt. - Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Radiators an einer Wand gemäss dem Patentanspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der obere Rückhaltehaken (12) gegen die Gefahr seitlichen Apklappens ein beweglicher Haken ist, der unter Ueberwindung eines Widerstandes oder nach Lösen einer Sicherungsvorrichtung gelöst werden kann, so dass ein Abklappen des Radiators (1) nach vorne um die Mitte des kreisförmigen Sitzes (6) in seinen beiden Stützgabeln (4) ermöglicht wird. - Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Radiators an einer Wand gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Stützgabeln (4) und/oder die Halb-Elemente (7', 7'') aus Kunststoff im Druckgussverfahren hergestellt sind. - Vorrichtung zur Befestigung eines Radiators an einer Wand gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Stützgabeln (4) eine begrenzende Anschlagfläche (15) aufweisen, gegen die eine Anschlagfläche (16) des Radiators (1) anschlägt, wenn dieser nach vorne in eine Schräglage (Fig. 3) abgeklappt wird.
