Claims (2)
- Naßpartie einer Papiermaschine1.1 mit einem Verteiler, dem ein Hauptstrom einer Stoffsuspension zugeführt wird, und der eine Vielzahl von Anschlüssen aufweist;1.2 die Anschlüsse sind mittels Teilstromleitungen mit einer maschinenbreiten Strömungskammer verbunden, die eine maschinenbreite Auslaufdüse aufweist (Stoffauflauf);1.3 die Teilstromleitungen sind (mittelbar oder unmittelbar) an die Strömungskammer angeschlossen;1.4 der Auslaufdüse ist mindestens ein umlaufendes Bahnbildungssieb nachgeschaltet;1.5 dem Sieb ist mindestens ein Auffangtrog zugeordnet sowie gegebenenfalls ein Siebwasserbehälter zur Aufnahme des vom Auffangtrog aufgefangenen Siebwassers;1.6 es sind Verdünnungswasserleitungen zum Einleiten von Siebwasser in die Teilstromleitungen zwecks Einstellens der Stoffdichte der Teilströme vorgesehen;1.7 die Verdünnungswasserleitungen sind unmittelbar an den Auffangtrog bzw. das Leitungssystem zur Siebwasserbütte angeschlossen;1.8 die über die Verdünnungsleitungen eingeleiteten Siebwassermengen werden aufgrund des unmittelbaren Anschlusses der Verdünnungsleitungen an den Auffangtrog bzw. das Leitungssystem der Siebwasserbütte derart schnell und geregelt zugeführt, daß Längsprofilschwankungen im Papierherstellungsprozeß kompensiert werden;1.9 bei der Regelung der Siebwassermengen wird als Meßgröße die Siebwasser-Stoffdichte oder die Hauptstrom-Stoffdichte verwendet.
- Naßpartie einer Papiermaschine gemäss Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:2.1 die Verdünnungswasserleitungen oder die Hauptstromleitung oder die Teilstromleitungen weisen Anschlüsse zum Einleiten von Chemikalien oder von zusätzlichen Faserstoffsuspensionen und Feinstoffsuspensionen auf;2.2 die zusätzlich eingeleiteten Chemikalien oder Faserstoffsuspensionen und Feinstoffsuspensionen werden derart geregelt zugeführt, daß Längsprofilschwankungen im Papierherstellungsprozeß kompensiert werden.
