Definitions

  • the invention relates to a trigger device for hammerless Firearms, especially self-loading pistols, with an axially displaceable, spring-loaded firing pin, the double action function with a trigger rod Trigger device cooperates.
  • WO-OS 91/09264 is a hammerless self-loading pistol of the type mentioned at the beginning, which is only one Has double action function.
  • the firing pin has one pivotable driver on which the trigger rod for System comes and the firing pin against the force of one Firing pin spring tensions.
  • the Trigger rod deflected downwards via a control cam, so that the cocked firing pin is released for ignition becomes.
  • the one running back and forward through the recoil Breech block cannot tension the firing pin, because the connection between the trigger rod and firing pin remains interrupted as long as the trigger is pressed is. Only when the trigger handle is in its foremost position has reached, the deflected trigger rod is re-adjusted Released above until they relaxed the driver Reach in the firing pin for the next clamping process can.
  • the single-action function is the firing pin through the returning or advancing closure piece tensioned and with the help of a catch pawl in the cocked position held.
  • the movement of the closure piece takes place either automatically by the recoil or manually by Pull back the locking piece against the force of the locking spring.
  • the catch pawl triggered and the firing pin released for ignition.
  • EP-PS 77 790 shows a hammerless self-loading pistol with a deduction function that is between double-action and Single action function lies.
  • the trigger rod has a stop that with interacts with a driver of the firing pin. It is the starting position of the attack at an intermediate point of the Movement path of the firing pin provided so that the Firing pin is partially cocked. This is supposed to be achieved be that for the first shot with cocking trigger and for all subsequent shots always require the same trigger force becomes. So this is not a real double-action and singie action function, but a between deduction function located in these two operating modes.
  • US-PS 5,355,768 and CH-PS 494 386 are hammerless self-loading pistols known to fire a shot in double-action mode and in continuous fire mode enable.
  • these weapons do not have a single-action mode with single fire.
  • a very important task of a self-loading pistol namely the firing of individual shots with the firing pin already fully cocked cannot be resorted to.
  • a trigger mechanism during the clamping process the firing pin in a cocking position preparing the shot, d. H. in partially tense Condition, holds on.
  • the firing pin is over a trigger shaft, which is connected to the trigger via a trigger shaft axis, so the tensioning process continues. Only when the deduction is a little further than his When the pressure point position is withdrawn, the firing pin is released. Due to the design one way is overcome and the striking mechanism is further stretched.
  • the said Scripture thus describes no combination of DA and SA deduction, a shot release without Clamping, with a lower pulling force than with DA, is not possible due to the system.
  • the invention has for its object to a hammerless self-loading pistol for single fires create that meets the needs of shooters and through simple measures both the combination of double-action and single-action functions as well as just double-action functions enabled and converted or converted to one or the other operating mode can.
  • the object is achieved in that one or more between firing pin and trigger rod, switchable intermediate elements are provided, which in addition to the Double action function also a single action function enable.
  • connection and disconnection takes place the pontics automatically during the firing sequence.
  • the Switching from double-action and single-action functions to double action only or vice versa by expanding or installation of the intermediate links.
  • the Switching from double-action and single-action functions to double action only or vice versa by manual Switching the intermediate links on and off with the help an actuator attached to the firearm.
  • the intermediate links advantageously consist of a interacting with the trigger rod, spring-loaded Support and a spring-loaded catch piece for the firing pin, which is pivotally mounted in the handle of the firearm are, the catch piece that with single-action function holds the firing pin in the cocked position, can be locked and released by the support.
  • the advantages achieved with the invention are in particular in that the design of the trigger device according to the invention even with hammerless self-loading pistols enables both double-action and single-action functions.
  • the self-loading pistol is simple Assembly measures optionally from double-action and single-action function double action only and vice versa convertible. This makes the different in practice The shooters' wishes and the Possible uses of the pistol enlarged. For the manufacturer there is a type adjustment and more cost-effective Manufacturing and simplifications in warehousing and delivery of spare parts.
  • the invention Construction a reduction in the number of Trigger parts compared to known designs.
  • Fig. 1 of the drawing shows the rear part of a hammerless self-loading pistol, with the trigger in the starting position for the double action function (Clamping trigger) is located.
  • Self-loading pistol is a firing pin 2 against the force a firing pin spring 3 axially movable.
  • On the bottom of the firing pin 2 has a driver 4 with a front stop surface 5, a lower one Contact surface 6 and a rear stop surface 7.
  • the front stop surface 5 is engaged with a front pressure surface 8 a catch 9 in the longitudinal direction the pistol movable trigger rod 10.
  • At the front End of the trigger rod 10 is a in the handle 11 Gun pivotally mounted trigger trigger 12 articulated.
  • Trigger housing 13 One at the rear end of the trigger rod 10 and in one Trigger housing 13 attached tension spring 14 pulls the trigger rod 10 and the trigger 12 forward until the Trigger trigger 12 on a stop 15 of the handle 11 comes to the plant.
  • the trigger rod 10 through the tension spring 14 moves up and with a control edge 16 against a tax approach 17 of the trigger housing 13 pressed.
  • In the front area of the trigger rod 10 is one further control cam 18 arranged with a control cam 19 of the closure piece 1 interacts.
  • a return spring 20 holds the firing pin 2 in the rest position.
  • in the Trigger housing 13 is also a catch pawl 25 for the Firing pin 2 pivotally mounted, one approximately horizontally lying slot 26 of the catch 25 of one Bearing pin 27 of the trigger housing 13 is penetrated.
  • the Elongated hole 26 is only for mounting the catch pawl 25 required.
  • the Catch pawl 25 pushed up until it catches with it 28 (Fig. 2) on the lower contact surface 6 of the firing pin 2 comes to the plant.
  • a support cam 29 of the support 21 is behind a downward approach 30 the Catch pawl 25 (Fig. 2).
  • the closure piece 1 After reaching the rear position according to FIG. 3 the closure piece 1 does not slide under the pressure of the shown spring back to the front. It hits the front stop surface 5 of the firing pin 2 on the Catch lug 28 of the catch pawl 25 in the catch position, so that with the further forward movement of the closure piece 1 the firing pin spring 3 compressed and the firing pin 2 cocked and by the catch 25 in the cocked position is held (Fig. 4).
  • the trigger 12 moves the trigger rod 10 under the pressure of the tension spring 14 also forward and also upwards because the control cam 18 is disengaged from the control curve 19 and thus the trigger rod 10 after is pulled up against the tax approach 17.
  • the forward movement the trigger rod 10 is stopped when with their catch 9 on the rear stop surface 7 of Driver 4 of the firing pin 2 strikes.
  • the trigger handle 12 takes the starting position shown in Fig. 4 for the beginning of the single action function.
  • Trigger trigger the trigger 12 is pulled, until the driving lug 23 of the trigger rod 10 after a short preferred route to the stop 24 of the support 21 hits and has reached the pressure point.
  • the support 21 in Pivoted clockwise and the catch pawl 25 released, so that the firing pin 2 by the force of the Firing pin spring 3 is driven forward and the Cartridge ignites.
  • the position of the trigger to Time of the forward movement of the firing pin 2 is in Fig. 5 shown.
  • Fig. 2 already described sequence of movements until the trigger device 4 again for the has once again started the single-action function.
