  5. Mattress according to claim 4, characterised in that the means for coupling the rotating bars (10, 11) to the motor shaft (7) include two pairs of rocker bars (15, 16) each including one rocker bar (17) linking the two rotating bars (10, 11) and one rocker bar (19) for linking one (10) of the rotating bars (10, 11) to the motor shaft (7) by means of a lever arm (20) integral with the motor shaft (7).
  6. Mattress according to claim 5, characterised in that each rocker bar (17) for linking the two rotating bars (10, 11) is connected to the latter by means of a lever arm (18).
  7. Mattress according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that each hinge pin (21) connecting a lever arm (20) to the corresponding rocker bar (19) is housed in an oblong hole (22) of the rocker bar (19).
  8. Mattress according to one of claims 4 to 7, characterised in that each rotating bar (10, 11) bears two elements forming a cam (12, 13).
  9. Mattress according to one of claims 4 to 8, characterised in that each element forming a cam (12, 13) is embodied from a metal plate fixed perpendicular to the corresponding support rotating bar (10, 11).
  10. Mattress according to one of claims 4 to 9, characterised in that the rigid plate-shaped element (9) is guided and moved relatively to the rotating bars (10, 11) by two pairs of guiding blocks (23, 24) integral with the rigid element (9) perpendicular to the latter and respectively engaged on the two rotating bars (10, 11) traversing the oblong holes (25, 26) of the guiding blocks (23, 24).
  11. Mattress according to claim 10, characterised in that the pairs of rocker bars (15, 16), the pairs of elements forming a cam (12, 13) and the pairs of guiding blocks (23, 24) are placed symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the frame (3) of the mattress (1).
  12. Mattress according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the rigid element (9) is a quilted or upholstered rectangular metal plate.
