Claims (13)
- Einrichtung zum Vereinzeln von gefalteten Blättern, insbesondere von gehefteten Broschüren von einem aus diesen Blättern oder Broschüren gebildeten Stapel, wobei das im Stapel jeweils zuunterst liegende Blatt bzw. die zuunterst liegende Broschüre seitlich abziehbar ist mit mindestens einem im wesentlichen waagrechten, endlosen Förderband (1), an dessen Abgabeseite und von dieser distanziert eine angetriebene Auswurfrolle (4) oder -walze angeordnet ist, und oberhalb dieser Auswurfrolle (4) oder -walze eine frei drehbare Anpreßwalze (13) angeordnet ist und ein oberhalb der Abgabeseite des Förderbandes (1) und mit diesem einen in Umlaufrichtung desselben konvergierenden Spalt (27) begrenzendes Leitorgan angeordnet ist und zumindest der den konvergierenden Spalt (27) bildende Abschnitt des Leitorganes bogenförmig, insbesondere kreisbogenförmig ausgestaltet ist, wobei das Leitorgan als Trennrolle (8) oder Walze ausgebildet ist, und zwischen dem Leitorgan und der Anpreßrolle (13) einerseits und zwischen der Abgabeseite des Förderbandes (1) und der Auswurfrolle (4) andererseits je ein Leitblech (7, 14) angeordnet ist und diese beiden Leitbleche (7, 14) einen Durchlaufkanal (24) begrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das als Trennrolle (8) ausgebildete Leitorgan und die Anpreßrolle (13) an einem Support (12) gelagert sind und dieser Support (12) zumindest zweigeteilt ist, wobei der eine Teil (120) die federbelastete Anpreßrolle (13) und der andere Teil (121) die höhenverstellbare Trennrolle (8) aufweist und die das Leitorgan bildende Trennrolle (8) oder Walze entgegen der Umlaufrichtung des fördernden Trums des Förderbandes (1) drehbar gelagert ist, die Drehbarkeit dieser Trennrolle (8) oder Walze in der anderen Richtung jedoch blockiert ist, und zwischen der Trennrolle (8) und der Anpreßrolle (13) umlaufende Riemen (31) vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Trennrolle (8) oder Walze und der sie tragenden Achse (9) ein Freilauf (10) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Support (12) als Ganzes höhenverstellbar und mittels einer Feder (29) abgestutzt ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser des Riemenbogens des Riemens (31), der im Bereich der Trennrolle (8) über eine auf der Achse (9) frei drehbar gelagerte Umlenkrolle geführt ist, im Umlenkbereich der Trennrolle (8) kleiner ist als der Außendurchmesser der Trennrolle (8), und der Durchmesser des Riemenbogens des Riemens (31) im Umlenkbereich der Anpreßrolle (13) gleich groß ist wie der Außendurchmesser der Anpreßrolle (13).
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trennrolle (8) durch eine Feder (30) gegenüber dem sie tragenden Teil (121) des Supports (12) elastisch, vertikal verschiebbar gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der die Trennrolle (8) tragende Teil (121) des zweiteiligen Supports (12) L-förmig ausgebildet ist, wobei die Trennrolle (8) im Scheitelbereich der die L-Form bildenden beiden Schenkel liegt und der horizontale Schenkel des L-förmigen Teiles (121) in einer Vertikalebene um die Achse der Anpreßrolle (13) schwenkbar gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den beiden Teilen (120, 121) des Supports (12) eine Druckfeder (32) vorgesehen ist, deren Vorspannung mittels einer sie durchsetzenden Einstellschraube (33) einstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der rückseitige Abschnitt des Förderbandes (1) heb- und senkbar gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Förderband (1) eine profilierte Auflagefläche aufweist bzw. eine Auflagefläche mit gegenüber Papier großem Reibungskoeffizienten.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Längsmittelbereich des Durchlaufkanales (24) bzw. nach der Auswurfrolle (4) mindestens eine Lichtschranke (23) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das Förderband (1) umlenkenden und/oder antreibenden Rollen einen randseitigen Rollenkranz aufweisen, dessen Durchmesser um ein geringes Maß größer ist als der Umlenkdurchmesser des Förderbandes oder seitlich der das Förderband (1) antreibenden und/oder umlenkenden Rollen solche Rollen (3, 3') mit vergrößertem Durchmesser angeordnet sind, und diese Rollen (3, 3') eine Auflagefläche mit gegenüber Papier großen Reibungskoeffizienten aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der federbelasteten Anpreßrolle (13) eine Auswurfrolle (4) angeordnet ist, die über einen Freilauf (6) mit ihrer Antriebsachse (5) verbunden ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Rollen (3, 3') tragende Antriebsachse (21) über einen Freilauf (22) mit einem Antriebsmotor (20) verbunden ist.
