Claims (11)

  1. Bloc de grille refroidi faisant partie d'une grille pour une installation de traitement thermique de déchets, comprenant une paroi supérieure (23) dont la surface extérieure forme une surface utile (33) sur laquelle les déchets à traiter viennent se placer et le long de laquelle les déchets sont transportés, dans lequel la paroi supérieure (23) délimite une chambre de refroidissement sous-jacente (27) qui est traversée par une conduite d'amenée d'eau (30, 31, 34) et une conduite d'évacuation d'eau (40, 42, 43), caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'amenée d'eau (30, 31, 34) et la conduite d'évacuation d'eau (40, 42, 43) se terminent dans la chambre de refroidissement (27) et présentent, l'une plusieurs ouvertures de sortie (35) et l'autre plusieurs ouvertures d'entrée (41), les ouvertures d'entrée (41) de la conduite d'évacuation d'eau (40, 42, 43) étant disposées dans la région d'un angle (25) formé entre la paroi supérieure (23) et une paroi avant (24).
  2. Bloc de grille selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de refroidissement (27), formée dans un corps de bloc (20) en forme de U, est fermée latéralement par deux parois latérales (29) et, en bas, par un fond (28) et par un pied (26), le pied (26) d'un bloc de grille (6) étant monté pour coulisser par rapport à la paroi supérieure (23) d'un bloc de grille (6) placé en aval.
  3. Bloc de grille refroidi selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de sortie (35) de la conduite d'amenée d'eau (30, 31, 34) sont disposées dans la région du pied (26).
  4. Bloc de grille refroidi selon une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'amenée d'eau (30, 31, 34) présente une conduite transversale (31) disposée parallèlement à une paroi arrière (21) du corps de bloc (20), et à laquelle sont raccordées plusieurs conduites de dérivation (34) qui se prolongent jusque dans la région avant de la chambre de refroidissement (27) et qui sont munies des ouvertures de sortie (35).
  5. Bloc de grille refroidi selon une des revendications 2 et 3, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'évacuation d'eau (40, 42, 43) présente une conduite transversale (42) disposée parallèlement à une paroi arrière (21) du corps de bloc (20) et à laquelle sont raccordées plusieurs conduites de dérivation (40) qui se prolongent jusque dans la région avant de la chambre de refroidissement (27) et qui sont munies des ouvertures d'entrée (41).
  6. Bloc de grille refroidi selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la conduite transversale (31) est munie de plusieurs ouvertures de sortie d'eau additionnelles (32).
  7. Bloc de grille refroidi selon une des revendications 2 à 6, qui constitue une partie d'une grille d'incinération, d'une installation d'incinération des déchets, caractérisé en ce qu'une paroi avant (24) du corps de bloc (20) est munie de plusieurs ouvertures de sortie d'air (47) uniformément réparties sur la largeur du bloc de grille et auxquelles l'air constituant le comburant est acheminé à travers des tubes appropriés (46) qui traversent la chambre de refroidissement (27) entre le fond (28) et la paroi avant (24).
  8. Bloc de grille refroidi selon une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la conduite d'amenée d'eau (30, 31, 34) et la conduite d'évacuation d'eau (40, 42, 43) sont raccordées à un circuit d'eau de refroidissement fermé, équipé d'un échangeur de chaleur.
  9. Grille composée de blocs de grille refroidis (6) selon une des revendications 1 à 8, dans laquelle plusieurs blocs de grille (6) accrochés à un tube porte-blocs (7) et réunis les uns aux autres forment une rangée de blocs de grille (4 ou 5 respectivement), caractérisée en ce que la rangée de blocs de grille (4 ou 5) est formée au maximum de quatre blocs de grille (6).
  10. Grille selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les parois latérales (29) des blocs de grille (6) adjacents sont boulonnées les unes aux autres.
  11. Grille selon une des revendications 9 et 10, comprenant plusieurs rangées de blocs de grille fixes (4) et plusieurs rangées de blocs de grille mobiles (5) qui sont disposées en se succédant en altemance, caractérisée en ce que les rangées de blocs de grille fixes (4) aussi bien que les rangées de blocs de grille mobiles (5) sont formées par des blocs de grille (6) refroidis par l'eau.
