Abstract

Ein Beschlag zum Befestigen eines Türflügels (T), insbesondere eines Türflügels (T) einer Duschabtrennung aus Glas, Kunststoff oder dergleichen, besteht aus einem unteren und einem oberen Scharnier (1, 2) jeweils aus zwei, durch einen Verbindungsstift (3) miteinander vereinigten Scharnierhälften (4, 5) mit Befestigungsplatte (6) und Scharnieröse (7). Eines der beiden Scharniere (1) weist eine den Türflügel (T) in vorgegebenen Schwenkstellungen haltende Rasteinrichtung (8) mit Rastungsprofilierungen (9) an den zum Verbindungsstift (3) koaxialen, senkrechten Stirnflächen der einander zugeordneten Scharnierösen (7) auf. Die eine Rastungsprofilierung (9) ist an einer zum Verbindungsstift (3) koaxialen, in der Scharnieröse (7) drehfest gehaltenen Rasthülse (10) vorgesehen. Bei einem solchen Beschlag lassen sich Montageungenauigkeiten ohne Wirkung auf die Rasteinrichtung (8) halten, wenn die Rasthülse (10) in einem vorgegebenen Winkelbereich um die Achse des Verbindungsstiftes (3) verdrehbar in der Scharnieröse (7) gelagert ist. In die gleiche Richtung geht eine bevorzugte Ausführungsform, bei der der Verbindungsstift (3) in ein Innengewinde (16) der Rasth ülse (10) eingeschraubt ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Beschlag zum Befestigen eines Türflügels, insbesondere eines Türflügels einer Duschabtrennung aus Glas, Kunststoff oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einem unteren und einem oberen Scharnier jeweils aus zwei, durch einen Verbindungsstift miteinander vereinigten Scharnierhälften mit Befestigungsplatte und Scharnieröse, wobei eines der beiden Scharniere eine den Türflügel in vorgegebenen Schwenkstellungen haltende Rasteinrichtung mit Rastungsprofilierungen an den zum Verbindungsstift koaxialen, senkrechten Stirnflächen der einander zugeordneten Scharnierösen aufweist und die eine Rastungsprofilierung an einer zum Verbindungsstift koaxialen, in der Scharnieröse drehfest gehaltenen Rasthülse vorgesehen ist.
  • Bei einem bekannten Beschlag der genannten Art (DE-U-93 12 067) ist die Rasthülse in Richtung der Achse des Verbindungsstiftes verstellbar in der Scharnieröse gelagert und mit Hilfe einer Schraubenfeder zur anderen Rastungsprofilierung hin beaufschlagt. Hierbei hat sich als nachteilig herausgestellt, daß die durch die Rastungsprofilierungen vorgegebenen Schwenkstellungen des Türflügels den gewünschten Stellungen nur dann entspricht, wenn die Befestigungsplatten der Scharniere exakt parallel bzw. senkrecht zueinander montiert sind. Das ist in der Praxis regelmäßig jedoch nicht der Fall.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Beschlag der eingangs genannten Art so auszubilden, daß die Rasteinrichtung in Abhängigkeit von Montageunzulänglichkeiten einstellbar ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß die Rasthülse in einem vorgegebenen Winkelbereich um die Achse des Verbindungsstiftes verdrehbar in der Scharnieröse gelagert ist.
  • Die verdrehbare Lagerung der Rasthülse in der Scharnieröse hat bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Beschlag zur Folge, daß die vorgegebene Schwenkstellung des Türflügels in gewissen Grenzen eingestellt werden kann, ohne daß die Funktionstüchtigkeit der Rasteinrichtung darunter leidet.
  • Für die weitere Ausgestaltung bestehen im Rahmen der Erfindung mehrere Möglichkeiten. So ist nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform die Anordnung so getroffen, daß die Rasthülse mit einer Radialnase versehen ist, die mit Hilfe von Schrauben in eine Beschlagaushöhlung hinein verstellbar und fixierbar ist. Insoweit empfiehlt sich zusätzlich die Ausgestaltung, die Rasthülse von der Rückseite der Scharnieröse hier in die Beschlagaushöhlung einzusetzen und durch den anschließend in die Rasthülse sowie eine Beschlagsackbohrung eingeführten Verbindungsstift in der Scharnieröse zu halten. Hierbei bleibt nämlich der betreffende Teil der Rasteinrichtung von außen vollkommen unsichtbar. Eine weitere bevorzugte Ausgestaltung, der im Rahmen der Erfindung besondere Bedeutung zukommt, besteht darin, daß der Verbindungsstift in ein Innengewinde der Rasthülse eingeschraubt ist. Bei dieser Ausführungsform läßt sich nämlich die Rasthülse durch Drehen des Verbindungsstiftes auch noch in der Höhe einstellen, so daß auch ungewöhnliche Montageungenauigkeiten noch ausgeglichen werden könnten. Zweckmäßigerweise wird der Verbindungsstift an seinem Kopf mit einer entsprechenden Betätigungsausbildung z. B. in Form eines Schraubendreherschlitzes versehen. Damit die vorgegebene Einstellung bei der Benutzung auch erhalten bleibt, sollte der Verbindungsstift mit einer radialen Schraube in seiner Winkelstellung fixierbar sein.
  • Grundsätzlich kann die andere Rastungsprofilierung zwar unmittelbar an der entsprechenden Stirnfläche der Scharnieröse vorgesehen sein, es empfiehlt sich jedoch, auch die andere Rastungsprofilierung an einer zum Verbindungsstift koaxialen, in der zugeordneten Scharnieröse drehfest gehaltenen Rasthülse vorzusehen. Die Rasteinrichtung ist dann insgesamt von außen unsichtbar und eventuellen Kalkablagerungen praktisch nicht zugänglich, so daß das die Rasteinrichtung aufweisende Scharnier auch als unteres Scharnier einsetzbar ist. Im übrigen besteht ohne weiteres die Möglichkeit, daß der Verbindungsstift zumindest eines der beiden Scharniere von unten in eine Scharnierösenbohrung einführbar und mit Hilfe eines federbeaufschlagten, in Umfangsnuten des Verbindungsstiftes einrastbaren Haltebolzens in verschiedenen Einschubstellungen haltbar ist. Das erleichtert die Montage. Der Verbindungsstift wird zweckmäßigerweise mit einem Manipulationsfuß versehen, um ihn gegebenenfalls leicht wieder entfernen zu können.
  • Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung näher erläutert. Es zeigen

  • Der in den Figuren dargestellte Beschlag dient zum Befestigen eines Türflügels, insbesondere eines Vollglas-Türflügels einer Duschabtrennung. Der Beschlag besteht jeweils aus einem unteren Scharnier 1 und einem oberen Scharnier 2. Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen das untere Scharnier 1, während Fig. 3 das obere Scharnier 2 betrifft. Die nicht dargestellte andere Scharnierhälfte des oberen Scharniers 2 entspricht praktisch der entsprechenden Scharnierhälfte aus Fig. 1 mit der Maßgabe, daß die entsprechenden Teile der Rasteinrichtung fehlen.
  • Sowohl das untere Scharnier 1 als auch das obere Scharnier 2 sind jeweils aus zwei, durch einen Verbindungsstift 3 miteinander vereinigten Scharnierhälften 4, 5 mit Befestigungsplatte 6 und Scharnieröse 7 aufgebaut. Die für den Türflügel T bestimmte Befestigungsplatte 6 besteht ihrerseits aus zwei miteinander verschraubten Teilen, die den gläsernen Türflügel T zwischen sich aufnehmen.
  • Das untere Scharnier 1 gemäß den Fig. 1 und 2 weist eine den Türflügel T in vorgegebenen Schwenkstellungen haltende Rasteinrichtung 8 auf und zwar für 45°- und/oder 90°-Stellungen des Türflügels T. Hierzu ist die Rasteinrichtung 8 mit Rastungsprofilierungen 9 an den zum Verbindungsstift 3 koaxialen, senkrechten Stirnflächen der einander zugeordneten Scharnierösen 7 versehen. Beide Rastungsprofilierungen 9 sind jeweils an einer zum Verbindungsstift 3 koaxialen, in der zugeordneten, Scharnieröse 7 drehfest gehaltenen Rasthülse 10 bzw. 11 vorgesehen. Die in Fig. 1 untere Rasthülse 10 in der unteren Scharnierhälfte 4 ist in einem vorgegebenen Winkelbereich um die Achse des Verbindungsstiftes 3 verdrehbar in der Scharnieröse 7 gelagert. Hierzu ist diese Rasthülse 10 mit einer Radialnase 12 versehen, die mit Hilfe von zwei gegenüberliegenden Schrauben 13 in eine Beschlagaushöhlung 14 hinein verstellbar und fixierbar ist. Die betreffende Rasthülse 10 ist von der Rückseite der (in den Fig. 1 und 2 linken Seite) Scharnieröse 7 her in die entsprechende Beschlagaushöhlung 14 eingesetzt und durch den anschließend in die Rasthülse 10 sowie eine Beschlagsackbohrung 15 eingeführten Verbindungstift 3 in der Scharnieröse 7 gehalten. Hierzu ist der Verbindungsstift 3 in ein Innengewinde 16 der Rasthülse 10 eingeschraubt, so daß die Rasthülse 10 auch in der Höhe einstellbar ist. Jedenfalls ist der Verbindungsstift 3 an seinem Kopf mit einer Betätigungsausbildung 17 in Form eines Schraubendreherschlitzes versehen. Der Verbindungsstift 3 ist im übrigen mit einer radialen Schraube 18 in seiner Winkelstellung fixierbar.
  • Die obere Rasthülse 11 ist lediglich axial in die zugeordnete Scharnieröse 7 drehfest eingesetzt; der Verdrehungssicherheit dienen formschlüssige Radialnuten und -rippen 19 an der der Rastprofilierung 9 gegenüberliegenden Seite der Rasthülse 11 sowie in der Scharnieröse 7.
  • Fig. 3 entnimmt man die Ausbildung eines Teils des oberen Scharniers 2. Der Verbindungsstift 3 ist hier von unten in eine Scharnierösenbohrung einführbar und mit Hilfe eines federbeaufschlagten, in Umfangsnuten 20 des Verbindungsstiftes 3 einrastbaren Haltebolzens 21 in verschiedenen Einschubstellungen haltbar. In der ersten Einschubstellung, die in Fig. 3 dargestellt ist, ist die andere Scharnierhälfte 5 ohne weiteres mit ihrer Scharnieröse 7 auf der dargestellten Scharnieröse 7 abstützbar. Durch weiteres Einschieben des Verbindungsstiftes 3 in die zweite Einschubstellung (Endstellung) sind dann die beiden Scharnierhälften 4, 5 miteinander vereinigt. Der Verbindungsstift 3 ist mit einem Manipulationsfuß 22 versehen und dadurch gegebenenfalls wieder zurückziehbar.
  • Wie man aus den Fig. 1 und 2 ohne weiteres entnimmt, läßt sich die Stellung der Rastungsprofilierung 9 der unteren Rasthülse 10 durch Verdrehen der Rasthülse 10 in der zugeordneten Scharnieröse 7 durch Betätigen der Schrauben 13 leicht relativ zur Rastungsprofilierung 9 der oberen Rasthülse 11 einstellen. In gleicher Weise kann man nach Lösen der Schraube 18 durch Betätigen des Verbindungsstiftes 3 auch leicht die Wirkungsstärke der Rasteinrichtung 8 einstellen. Im Ergebnis kann so Sorge dafür getragen werden, daß Montageungenauigkeiten keinen Einfluß auf die Wirkung der Rasteinrichtung haben.

Beschlag zum Befestigen eine Türflügels (T), insbesondere eines Türflügels (T) einer Duschabtrennung aus Glas, Kunststoff oder dergleichen, bestehend aus einem unteren und einem oberen Scharnier (1 bzw. 2) jeweils aus zwei durch einen Verbindungsstift (3) miteinander vereinigten Scharnierhälften (4, 5) mit Befestigungsplatte (6) und Scharnieröse (7), wobei eines der beiden Scharniere (1) eine den Türflügel (T) in vorgegebenen Schwenkstellungen haltende Rasteinrichtung (8) mit Rastungsprofilierungen (9) an den zum Verbindungsstift (3) koaxialen, senkrechten Stirnflächen der einander zugeordneten Scharnierösen (7) aufweist und die eine Rastungsprofilierung (9) an einer zum Verbindungsstift (3) koaxialen, in der Scharnieröse (7) drehfest gehaltenen Rasthülse (10) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasthülse (10) in einem vorgegebenen Winkelbereich um die Achse des Verbindungsstiftes (3) verdrehbar in der Scharnieröse (7) gelagert ist.
  2. Beschlag nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasthülse (10) mit einer Radialnase (12) versehen ist, die mit Hilfe von Schrauben (13) in eine Beschlagaushöhlung (14) hinein verstellbar und fixierbar ist.
  3. Beschlag nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rasthülse (10) von der Rückseite der Scharnieröse (7) her in die Beschlagaushöhlung (14) eingesetzt und durch den anschließend in die Rasthülse (10) sowie eine Beschlagsackbohrung (15) eingeführten Verbindungsstift (3) in der Scharnieröse (7) gehalten ist.
  4. Beschlag nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsstift ( 3) in ein Innengewinde (16) der Rasthülse (10) eingeschraubt ist.
  5. Beschlag nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsstift (3) an seinem Kopf mit einer Betätigungsausbildung (17) versehen ist.
  6. Beschlag nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsstift (3) mit einer radialen Schraube (18) in seiner Winkelstellung fixierbar ist.
  7. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch die andere Rastungsprofilierung (9) an einer zum Verbindungsstift (3) koaxialen, in der zugeordneten Scharnieröse (7) drehfest gehaltenen Rasthülse (11) vorgesehen ist.
  8. Beschlag nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsstift (3) zumindest eines der beiden Scharniere (2) von unten in eine Scharnierösenbohrung einführbar und mit Hilfe eines federbeaufschlagten, in Umfangsnuten (20) des Verbindungsstiftes (3) einrastbaren Haltebolzens (21) in verschiedenen Einschubstellungen haltbar ist.
  9. Beschlag nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verbindungsstift (3) mit einem Manipulationsfuß (22) versehen ist.
