Claims (12)
- Hohlzylinder mit beliebig vorgebbarer axialer Höhe, wobei der Hohlzylinder mindestens einen aus einem zu einer Spirale geformten, bandförmigen Profilstück (22) beliebiger Länge bestehenden Spiralteil (2) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Windungen des Profilstückes durch miteinander entsprechend kooperierende, auf beiden Schmalseiten des Profilstücks (22) angeordnete Verbindungsmittel (4, 5) miteinander verbunden sind, dass der Hohlzylinder beidseitig des Spiralteils (2) je einen Endring (1.1, 1.2) aufweist, dessen gegen den Spiralteil (2) gewandte Stirnseite (11) mindestens eine Stufe (12) aufweist, die in ihrer Höhe im wesentlichen der axialen Breite des Profilstücks (22) entspricht, und dass die Endringe (1.1, 1.2) durch auf dieser stufigen Stirnseite (11) angeordnete, mit einem der Verbindungsmittel der Profilschmalseiten kooperierenden Verbindungsmittel (4, 5) mit dem Spiralteil (2) verbunden sind, wobei in jeder Stirnseitenstufe (12) jedes Endringes (1.1, 1.2) ein Ende des mindestens einen bandförmigen Profilstückes (22) positioniert ist.
- Hohlzylinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (4, 5) Formschlussmittel sind und dass die Verbindungen zwischen den Schmalseiten des mindestens einen, bandförmigen Profilstückes (22) und zwischen den stufigen Stirnseiten (11) der Endringe (1.1, 1.2) und den Schmalseiten des bandförmigen Profilstückes (22) formschlüssige Verbindungen sind.
- Hohlzylinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungen zwischen den Schmalseiten des mindestens einen, bandförmigen Profilstückes (22) und zwischen den stufigen Stirnseiten (11) der Endringe (1.1, 1.2) und den Schmalseiten des bandförmigen Profilstückes (22) reversibel sind.
- Hohlzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zusätzlich zu den beiden Endringen (1.1, 1.2) mindestens einen Mittelring (3) mit zwei stufig ausgebildeten Stirnseiten und daran angeordneten Verbindungsmitteln (31.1, 31.2) aufweist.
- Hohlzylinder nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei Endringe (1.1, 1.2) mit gleichen, auf den stufigen Stirnseiten (11) angebrachten Verbindungsmitteln (4, 5) aufweist und zusätzlich einen Mittelring (3) mit zwei stufigen und mit gleichen Verbindungsmitteln (4, 5) ausgerüsteten Stirnflächen (31.1, 31.2) aufweist, wobei die Verbindungsmittel der Endringe (1.1, 1.2) mit den Verbindungsmitteln der einen Profilschmalseite verbindbar sind, während die Verbindungsmittel des Mittelringes (3) mit den Verbindungsmitteln der anderen Profilschmalseite verbindbar sind.
- Hohlzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel ein Kamm (4) und eine korrespondierende Nut (5) sind.
- Hohlzylinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kamm (4) eine dünnere Halspartie und eine dickere Kopfpartie aufweist und dass die Nut (5) sich entsprechend gegen innen erweitert.
- Hohlzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Endringen (1.1, 1.2) und/oder am Mittelring (3) mindestens die eine der Nutwandungen (5.1) der Nut (5) unterbrochen ist.
- Hohlzylinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bandförmige Profilstück (22) ein abgelängter Teil eines extrudierten Kunststoffprofils ist.
- Hohlzylinder nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das extrudierte Kunststoffprofil die Form einer offenen Spirale aufweist.
- Hohlzylinder nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das extrudierte, spiralige Kunststoffprofil derart gestaltet ist, dass die Profilwindungen eines aus dem Profil hergestellten Spiralteils elastisch gegeneinander gepresst werden.
- Verwendung des Hohlzylinders nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 als Wickelkern zur Herstellung von Wickeln aus flächigen Gegenständen.
