Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Abdeckung eines Gegenstands (8), der sich in einer Vertiefung (6) eines Aufnahmekörpers (4), insbesondere in einer Vertiefung (6) eines Gefäßdeckels (4) befindet, ist gekennzeichnet durch ein Etikett (10) aus Kunststoff oder Papier, das bis auf einen eine Lasche (12) begrenzenden Sektor um die Vertiefung (6) herum auf den Aufnahmekörper (4) geklebt ist und in seinem die Vertiefung (6) abdeckenden Bereich (14) oberhalb des Gegenstands (8) nicht klebend ist, wobei die Lasche (12) entlang vom Etikettenrand her ausgehenden Aufreißlinien (20, 22) aufreißbar ist und die Aufreißlinien (20, 22) im Abstand voneinander und zum Rand des Etiketts (10) enden. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Abdeckung eines Gegenstands, der sich in einer Vertiefung eines Aufnahmekörpers, insbesondere in einer Vertiefung eines Gefäßdeckels, befindet.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Vorrichtung dieser Art anzugeben, die in einfacher Weise herstellbar und handhabbar ist.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die Vorrichtung gekennzeichnet durch ein Etikett aus Kunststoff oder Papier, das bis auf einen eine Lasche begrenzenden Sektor um die Vertiefung herum auf den Aufnahmekörper geklebt ist und in seinem die Vertiefung abdeckenden Bereich oberhalb des Gegenstands nicht klebend ist, wobei die Lasche entlang vom Etikettenrand her ausgehender Aufreißlinien aufreißbar ist und die Aufreißlinien im Abstand voneinander und zum Rand des Etiketts enden.
  • Um die Vorrichtung in einfacher Weise möglichst vollständig wieder aufbereitbar (recyclebar) zu machen, ist sie bevorzugt dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper und das Etikett aus dem gleichen wiederaufbereitbaren (recyclebaren) Material bestehen.
  • Eine Anpassung an gegebene Herstellmöglichkeiten und Verarbeitungstechniken besteht darin, daß das Etikett mit einer auf seiner Unterseite befindlichen Druckhaftklebstoffschicht auf den Aufnahmekörper geklebt ist.
  • Damit ein in der Vertiefung befindlicher Gegenstand nicht an dem Etikett haften kann, ist die Vorrichtung bevorzugt dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett auf seiner Unterseite ganzflächig mit einer Druckhaftklebstoffschicht versehen ist und diese Druckhaftklebstoffschicht sich entweder nicht über die Vertiefung erstreckt oder oberhalb der Vertiefung mit einer nicht klebenden Abdeckschicht versehen ist.
  • Eine einfache Herstellbarkeit und Handhabbarkeit ist bevorzugt dadurch gegebene daß die Aufreißlinien als Reiß- oder Durchdrück-Perforationslinien, vorzugsweise Mikroperforationslinien, ausgebildet sind.
  • Um die Lasche abziehen zu können, weist sie bevorzugt einen vorstehenden, losen, angreifbaren, unterseitig nicht klebenden Griffabschnitt auf, der insbesondere so ausgebildet ist, daß er auf einem über die Etikettenebene ragenden Randwulst des Gefäßdeckels aufliegt.
  • Damit beim Lösen der Lasche die Lasche nicht unerwünscht einreißt und das Etikett nicht unerwünscht einreißt, weist das Etikett bevorzugt beidseitig des Griffabschnitts Kerben auf, die sich zu den Aufreißlinien erstrecken. Hierdurch wird der Kraftfluß exakt in Richtung der abgedeckten Vertiefung gelenkt und somit ein unsauberes Rißbild vermieden.
  • Wenn das Etikett oberseitig einen Aufdruck aufweist, ist dieser bevorzugt von einer durchsichtigen, aufkaschierten Folie abgedeckt.
  • Die Erfindung wird im folgenden unter Hinweis auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels beschrieben.
  • Fig. 1 zeigt ein Gefäß mit einem Deckel aus gezogenem oder gespritztem Kunststoff, der mit einem erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Etikett versehen ist.
  • Fig. 2 zeigt entsprechend Fig. 1 das Etikett mit teilweise abgezogener Lasche.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt einen Querschnitt entsprechend III-III in Fig. 1.
  • Ein Lebensmittelgefäß 2 ist mit einem gezogenen oder gespritzten Kunststoffdeckel 4 versehen, über dessen Deckelebene 5 ein Randwulst 5a ragt. In der Deckelebene 5 befindet sich mittig eine langgestreckte, endseitig runde Vertiefung 6, die ein Beigabeteil 8 - hier: einen Löffel - aufnimmt. Ein Etikett 10 ist bis auf einen Sektor, der eine an einem Ende bis zum Etikettenrand durchgehende Lasche 12 begrenzt, um die Vertiefung 6 herum auf die Deckelebene 5 des Deckels 4 geklebt. Das Etikett 10 ist in seinem die Vertiefung 6 abdeckenden Bereich 14 sowie auf der Lasche 12 nicht klebend, derart, daß das Beigabeteil 8 nicht an der Lasche 12 festklebt.
  • Im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel ist das Etikett 10 auf seiner Unterseite ganzflächig mit einer Druckhaftklebstoffschicht 16 versehen. Diese Druckhaftklebstoffschicht 16 ist oberhalb der Vertiefung 6 und auf der Lasche 12 mit einer nicht klebenden Abdeckschicht 18 bedeckt.
  • Die Lasche 12 ist im vorliegenden Ausführungsbeispiel Bestandteil des Etiketts 10 und mit dem Rest des Etiketts 10 durch vom Etikettenrand ausgehende Aufreiß- oder Mikroperforationslinien 20, 22 aufreißbar verbunden. Die Aufreißlinien 20, 22 verlaufen mit Abstand zumindest teilweise innerhalb, jedoch seitlich der Vertiefungsgrenzen. Am von diesem Etikettenrand entgegengesetzten Ende der langgestreckten Lasche 12 ist die Lasche 12 ohne Perforation unlösbar mit dem Rest des Etiketts 10 verbunden. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel enden die Aufreiß- bzw. Perforationslinien 20, 22 hierzu im Abstand voneinander und zum Rand des Etiketts 10.
  • Die Lasche 12 weist einen vom Etikettenrand vorstehenden, losen, angreifbaren, unterseitig nicht klebenden Griffabschnitt 24 auf, der auf dem Randwulst 5a des Deckels 4 aufliegt und mit seinem Außenende 25 über den Randwulst 5a hochsteht. Beidseitig des Griffabschnitts 24 sind in dem Etikett 10 Kerben 26, 28 vorgesehen, die sich zu den Mikroperforationslinien 20, 22 erstrecken.
  • Das Etikett 10 trägt oberseitig einen Aufdruck 30, der von einer durchsichtigen aufkaschierten Folie 32 geschützt ist.

Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Abdeckung eines Gegenstands (8), der sich in einer Vertiefung (6) eines Aufnahmekörpers (4), insbesondere in einer Vertiefung (6) eines Gefäßdeckels (4), befindet, gekennzeichnet durch ein Etikett (10) aus Kunststoff oder Papier, das bis auf einen eine Lasche (12) begrenzenden Sektor um die Vertiefung (6) herum auf den Aufnahmekörper (4) geklebt ist und in seinem die Vertiefung (6) abdeckenden Bereich (14) oberhalb des Gegenstands (8) nicht klebend ist, wobei die Lasche (12) entlang vom Etikettenrand her ausgehenden Aufreißlinien (20, 22) aufreißbar ist und die Aufreißlinien (20, 22) im Abstand voneinander und zum Rand des Etiketts (10) enden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufnahmekörper (4) und das Etikett (10) aus dem gleichen wiederaufbereitbaren (recyclebaren) Material bestehen.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (10) mit einer auf seiner Unterseite befindlichen Druckhaftklebstoffschicht (16) auf den Aufnahmekörper (4) geklebt ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (10) auf seiner Unterseite ganzflächig mit einer Druckhaftklebstoffschicht (16) versehen ist und diese Druckhaftklebstoffschicht (16) sich entweder nicht über die Vertiefung (6) erstreckt oder oberhalb der Vertiefung (6) mit einer nicht klebenden Abdeckschicht (18) versehen ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufreißlinien (20, 22) als Reiß- oder Durchdrück-Perforationslinien, vorzugsweise Mikroperforationslinien (20, 22), ausgebildet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (12) einen vorstehenden, losen, angreifbaren, unterseitig nicht klebenden Griffabschnitt (24) aufweist.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Griffabschnitt (24) so ausgebildet ist, daß er auf einem über die Etikettenebene ragenden Randwulst (5a) des Gefäßdeckels (4) aufliegt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (10) beidseitig des Griffabschnitts (24) Kerben (26, 28) aufweist, die sich zu den Aufreißlinien (20, 22) erstrecken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Etikett (10) oberseitig einen Aufdruck (30) aufweist, der von einer durchsichtigen, aufkaschierten Folie (32) abgedeckt ist.
