Definitions
- the invention relates to a hair treatment device with radiator elements, for. B. with Infrared heaters for applying heat to human hair.
- Hair treatment devices with infrared radiator elements are known. you will be used in hairdressing salons to dry or dry wet hair To provide reaction heat for hair treatment agents. Such Hair treatment devices generally have several radiator elements and in these each have one radiation source or two radiation sources. The Radiation sources are surrounded by reflectors to direct the radiation into one to concentrate certain radiation direction.
- the known hair treatment devices have the disadvantage that they are only for special hair areas are mechanically adjustable. That's how they are Radiator elements z. B. only on the areas to be irradiated Short hairstyle set and for a long hairstyle it is necessary to adjust at least one radiator element. Even after one Adjustment is not an optimal radiation characteristic because an adjusted radiator element irradiates a surface of a different size.
- a hair treatment device of this type is known from EP 0 072 994 A1, in whose radiator elements are each provided with a radiator source. Each Emitter element has a fixed beam angle, which corresponds to the Alignment of the radiator element works on the hair.
- the invention has for its object to provide a hair treatment device to create at least two radiator elements, in which without one mechanical adjustment of the hair treatment device relative to treating person an optimal radiation characteristic for both close to the head as well as for hair remote from the head.
- radiator sources are provided in a radiator element can be controlled independently of each other, and their radiation in radiate different spatially oriented radiation angles.
- the hair treatment device has the advantage that it is both can be used for short hairstyles as well as for long hairstyles and without mechanical adjustment of the hair treatment device or of an emitter element provides an optimal radiation characteristic.
- Radiator element By controlling the emitter sources differently Radiator element can have different heating powers Radiator element can be achieved. Also z. B. individual Radiation angle of a radiator element stronger and different radiation angles are emitted weaker, so that a single radiator element specifically can be used for a certain radiation angle. You can also Adjacent radiator elements can be controlled in such a way that the effect of their source sources added.
- radiator source (claim 2)
- a Hair treatment device achieved, which for heating the hair or Hair drying is needed.
- Equipping a source with a reflector has the advantage that the Radiation power can be emitted aligned. Is any source of radiation equipped with a reflector (claim 3), so the individual Radiation beams can be aligned relatively independently of one another. Is for the radiator sources are provided with a common reflector (claim 4) the expenditure of reflector material is minimal and the alignment of the radiation is homogeneous.
- Cross section of the reflector is an angular (claim 5) or a curved one Shaping (claim 6) conceivable. Is the cross section in the shape of an ellipse curved (claim 7), so a relatively uniform radiation beam generated. If an emitter source is also in an ellipse focal point, then generates a radiation beam aligned in parallel.
- a reliable and safe infrared heater as a source of radiation is one of a heating coil surrounded by a tube (claim 13).
- several can Radiator sources can be provided in a tube (claim 14).
- a glass tube protects the heating coil.
- the Radiator elements can also be provided with a protective grille.
- a The heating coil can also form several heater sources when connected to the heating coil several taps are provided (claim 15).
- the taps are electrical Lines with which individual areas of a heating coil with voltage be supplied. Depending on how high the applied voltage is, a The area of the heating coil is heated to a greater or lesser extent, and its emitted infrared radiation is more or less intense.
- radiator sources 2 are provided (FIG. 1, FIG. 2).
- the radiator sources 2 are infrared radiators 3.
- Each infrared radiator 3 is surrounded by an angular reflector 4.
- the two Radiator sources 2 can be controlled independently of one another, so that selectively increases or decreases the intensity of one or the other emitter source 2, can be switched off or switched on.
- a radiator element 1 is usually before a hair treatment together with all other radiator elements 1 of the hair treatment device switched on.
- the heating power of the individual radiator sources 2 is predefined by a computer program.
- the computer program takes into account the type of hairstyle to be treated, e.g.
- the computer program also specifies the duration of the treatment. Whichever Degree of dryness is desired, or what residual moisture in the hair for further treatment is useful, an operating time of the individual radiator elements 1 and also given individual radiator sources 2. In doing so, certain, dense hair areas Irradiating radiation sources 2 operated longer or with greater radiation power than Radiator sources 2 that irradiate areas of hair that can be heated or dried quickly. Individual radiator sources 2 are also operated with changed radiation power. For example, it makes sense to start with a relative drying process high infrared radiation intensity to dry and later, with relatively dry hair, the Reduce infrared radiation intensity.
- the reflector 4 has a plane perpendicular to the axis of the emitter source 2 lying cross-section an angular shape (Fig. 1).
- a reflector 5 can comprise two radiator sources 2 (FIGS. 3, 4). While the one When the radiator source 2 is seated relatively centrally in the reflector 5, the other radiator source 2 is off-center arranged and therefore determines the proportion of the obliquely downwards from the Radiator element 1 exiting radiation component. Such a radiation element 1 is suitable for the back of the head. While the radiator source 2 ensures an even radiation output on the back of the head, the off-center Radiator source 2 only switched on additionally for the hair tip area of a long hairstyle.
- the radiation characteristic is more uniform than with a square reflector 4, 5, whereas a reflector 7, whose cross-section is curved in sections around the radiator sources 2 (FIGS. 7, 8) regarding its irradiation characteristic between the irradiation characteristics an angular and an elliptical reflector.
- a radiator element 1 can be located on its open side 8 that lets out the radiation a rectangular shape (Fig. 1 to 8), a round shape (Fig. 9 to 14) or another To have shape.
- FIGS. 9 and 10 show a round radiator element 1, in which two radiator sources 2 are used with a straight, rod-like shape. Each radiator source 2 is from surrounded a single square reflector 4.
- Bent radiator sources 2a can also be used in a round radiator element 1 (Fig. 11, Fig. 12).
- the radiator sources 2 are here an elliptical reflector 6 surrounded.
- the curved radiator sources designed as infrared radiators 3 2a are each provided with electrical supply lines 9 at their ends.
- FIGS. 13 and 14 show a round radiator element 1 with an elliptically curved one Provide reflector 6.
- the radiator sources 2b, 2c are through the electrical supply lines 9 limited on the one hand and a tap 10 on the other.
- the electrical Voltage between a supply line 9 and the tap 10 determines the Radiation power of a radiation source 2b, 2c.
- One of serves as radiation source 2 in a tube covered heating coil.
- the tap 10 is connected to the heating coil.
