Description
Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Behandeln einer Materialbahn (3) mit einer Walzenanordnung (6, 7), die mindestens einen Walzenspalt zum Durchführen der Materialbahn aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenspalt mindestens eine beheizte Walze (8, 9) aufweist und ein gegebenenfalls bis auf Öffnungen (33, 34) zum Ein- bzw. Ausführen der Materialbahn (3) geschlossenes Gehäuse (32) die Walzenanordnung (6, 7) umgibt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Materialbahn (3) über eine vorbestimmte Strecke im Innern des Gehäuses (32) verläuft, bevor sie den beheizten Walzenspalt erreicht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (32) mindestens eine verschließbare Öffnung (35, 36) aufweist, durch die eine Walze (8, 9) hindurchführbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (32) eine Wärmedämmung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walzenanordnung (6, 7) als In-Line-Kalander an einer Papiermaschine vorgesehen ist und das Gehäuse durch eine Verlängerung der Einkapselung der Trockenpartie gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse eine insbesondere als Dampfeinspeisevorrichtung (40) ausgebildete Feuchtigkeitseintragseinrichtung aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an Ihrem Ausgang eine Feuchtemeßeinrichtung (44) vorgesehen ist, die mit einer Steuereinrichtung (40) verbunden ist, die die Dampfeinspeisevorrichtung (40) steuert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Walzenanordnung (5, 7) ein Rollenmagazin (15) mit mindestens einem Speicherplatz (18) für eine Materialbahnrolle (2) vorgeschaltet ist, wobei der Speicherplatz (18) in einer Kammer (22) angeordnet ist, deren Inneres über eine Leitung (45) mit dem Inneren des Gehäuses (32) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (22) eine Kammerheizung (27) aufweist, die mit einer Rücklaufleitung (10) der beheizten Walze (8, 9) verbunden ist.
- Verfahren zum Behandeln einer Materialbahn (3) mit einer Walzenanordnung (6, 7), bei dem die Materialbahn (3) durch einen Walzenspalt geführt und dort mit Druck und/oder erhöhter Temperatur beaufschlagt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Behandlung in einer Umgebungsatmosphäre erfolgt, deren Temperatur und/oder Feuchtigkeit auf einen vorbestimmten Wert einstellbar ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ausgangsparameter der Materialbahn (3) gemessen und die Temperatur und/oder die Feuchtigkeit der Atmosphäre in Abhängigkeit von einer Differenz des Ausgangsparameters von einem vorgegebenen Sollwert verändert wird.
