Definitions
- the invention relates to a bypass for the vehicles of a circulating cable car at both deflection stations between the incoming and the outgoing run of at least one circulating cable, with coupling points on the incoming and outgoing lane of each holding station, at which the vehicles are uncoupled from the at least one cable when entering and are delayed to the required loading speed, bypass the platform on a track of a station track, and are accelerated again to the cable conveying speed at the exit and are coupled to the at least one suspension cable in synchronism.
- a cable car has at least two stops, namely a valley and a mountain station; these are the deflection stations at which the rotating cable is deflected with driven or towed deflection wheels.
- a middle station can be inserted between the top and bottom stations, where the rotating cable is carried through and the vehicles are slowly conveyed through. Coupling points are usually located at these stations at the inlet and outlet.
- the vehicles conveyed at up to about 6 m / sec on the suspension cable are uncoupled from the rope and decelerated to a slow loading speed of about 0.2 m / sec, with which they move a platform on the track of a station track from the incoming to the outgoing Drive around the rope or drive through the middle station while the passengers can leave or climb onto the platform.
- the vehicles must be accelerated to synchronism with the suspension cable and coupled to the cable again.
- FIG. 3 of EP 369 981 B1 the station track of a bypass is shown, in which drives which are uniformly offset in the direction of travel are inevitably connected to one another at the same speed by means of intermediate gears and convey the vehicles frictionally through the station track.
- a DMC cable guide has become known from EP 399 919 A1.
- Two self-contained suspension cables are deflected from the level of the coupling points at the stop stations, crossed once before their deflections at the top and bottom stations to change the grooves on the deflection wheels and guided in parallel in the area of the conveyor line at the same height.
- the two ropes, each running in the same direction form a wide mountain or valley track, in which the vehicles are guided stable against cross winds. Since the rope deflections take place on levels that are offset from the coupling points, the bypass is free of deflection wheels.
- the invention has for its object to simplify the handling of the vehicles in the bypass with the required functional processes.
- the bypass according to the invention has at least one deflection wheel arranged at each deflection station, which deflects the at least one suspension cable in a plane angled with respect to the coupling points, in each case one track track of a siding inserted at both deflection stations in the middle between the entry and the exit track, a turnout arranged in the track of the station track, the track on a turntable optionally from the passage position on the Station track can be swiveled into the garage position on the track of the siding and several uniformly offset in the track tracks of the station track, the turnout and the siding, group-controlled individual drives by means of a control device, which promote the vehicles by friction.
- the areas between the lanes at both deflection stations are free of deflection wheels and serve to save space in order to accommodate the siding arranged in a straight line between them, each of which can be loaded and unloaded via a single switch.
- several frequency-controlled, group-controllable individual drives are arranged in the track tracks evenly offset in the direction of travel in the invention, which engage frictionally with tire wheels on the top or bottom of the vehicles.
- Gondolas or armchairs can serve as vehicles.
- the tire wheels expediently attack the floor of the cabin from below; in the case of armchairs, the tire wheels are conveniently arranged at the top and float on the rope clamps.
- the track track of the station track with initiators is advantageously subdivided into a plurality, preferably four, zones which control and reverse the individual drives belonging to the respective zones.
- Each zone is preferably delimited by two initiators, which sense the start or the end of a vehicle and control the associated individual drives, ie stop or put them back into operation or change them if necessary.
- This measure according to the invention defines stops on the station track. A first stop is in front of the turnout; a subsequent vehicle is stopped there until the functional processes on the switch are completed. A second stop is the middle of the turntable's turntable.
- a third zone determines a safety distance after the turnout, which a preceding vehicle must have left in order for the siding can be driven on or left without collision.
- a fourth zone determines the starting position of the vehicle to be accelerated that is exiting the holding station.
- each garage parking space is monitored with a further initiator.
- a safety initiator is attached to each of the connecting rails of the turnout. The exit from the siding is monitored by another safety initiator who determines a stop in front of the turnout.
- each garage parking space is monitored with a further initiator.
- the turnout has a lifting device with which the vehicle located on the turntable of the turnout can be raised to the level of the platform with its wheels; This means that vehicles requiring maintenance can be easily removed from the operating sequence, parked on the platform and reinserted into the station track or the siding.
- the endless suspension cable can consist of a MC (Mono Cable) cable guide in a generally known manner.
- a DMC (Duo Mono Cable) cable guide as has become known, for example, from the aforementioned EP 399 919 A1, gives the vehicle improved stability against crosswinds.
- a QMC (Quattro Mono Cable) cable guide is also suitable, cf. e.g. EP 285 516 A2, if appropriate measures are taken to bypass the deflection wheels at the stop stations.
- the DMC rope guide in the invention consists of a single, self-contained and crossed to form two rope loops once crossed rope with two synchronous, parallel in the area of the conveyor line at the same height and deflected at different altitudes in the deflection area deflected relative to the coupling points as described in the Swiss patent application with the official file number 726/94 dated March 11, 1994.

- Drive wheels 101 in the following briefly as Drive wheels 101 designated, laterally offset next to each other in the cable conveying direction and mounted in a fixed position, which are driven by separate electric drive motors 121 or 122 via reduction gear 1211 or 1221 independently in the same direction.
- three towed deflection wheels 102 hereinafter referred to as deflection wheels 102, are also rotatably mounted laterally offset next to one another in the cable conveying direction, their bearings are braced together using weights (not shown in detail), alternatively is also a hydraulic clamping system is conceivable; the guy shown schematically is designated A.
- the drive wheels 101 span with the deflection wheels 102 a single, self-contained conveyor rope, which is crossed once to form two rope loops and to change the grooves on the drive wheels 101 with correspondingly inclined deflection wheels 112; the rope crossing point arranged centrally in the top view is designated by X. Including the rope crossing point X, the inner rope loop has the same sense of rotation as the outer rope loop.
- the inner rope loop is spanned by the middle deflection wheel 102 at the mountain station B and the two inclined deflection wheels 112, which feeds the crossed conveyor cable in offset levels of the higher groove on a drive wheel 101 or it leads away from the lower groove on the other drive wheel 101 .

Abstract
Description
