Description
Claims (20)
- Werkzeugspannvorrichtung für das Oberwangen-, Unterwangen- oder Biegewangenwerkzeug einer Schwenkbiegemaschine, bei der das Werkzeug (11) mittels einer Spannschiene (6) zwischen einer Klemmfläche (1a) einer an der Ober-, Unter- oder Biegewange angeordneten Spannkonsole (1) und einer Klemmfläche (6a) der an der Spannkonsole (1) angeordneten Spannschiene (6) geklemmt getragen ist, bei der die Spannschiene (6) durch eine Anzahl von in der Spannkonsole (1) in Richtung senkrecht zu den Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) von Spannkonsole (1) und Spannschiene (6) funktionswirksam angeordneten Betätigungselementen (3, 8, 9) wahlweise zum Klemmen des Werkzeugs (11) im Sinne einer gegenseitigen Annäherung der Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) von Spannkonsole (1) und Spannschiene (6) auf die Spannkonsole (1) zu und zum Lösen des Werkzeugs (11) im Sinne eines gegenseitigen Entfernens der Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) von Spannkonsole (1) und Spannschiene (6) von der Spannkonsole (1) weg bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Klemmfläche (1a) der Spannkonsole (1) eine parallel zur Längsrichtung der Spannkonsole (1) verlaufende Prismenschiene (2) angegordnet ist und daß das Werkzeug (11) eine parallel zu seiner Längsrichtung verlaufende prismatisch ausgebildete Nut enthält, in die die Prismenschiene (2) beim Klemmen eingreift und das Werkzeug zentriert.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungselemente (3, 8, 9) eine Anzahl von Federanordnungen (8, 9) enthalten, durch die die Spannschiene (6) mit einer dauernden zum Halten des Werkzeugs während des Arbeitsvorgangs genügenden Federkraft im Sinne einer gegenseitigen Annäherung der Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) von Spannkonsole (1) und Spannschiene (6) beaufschlagt wird.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungselemente (3, 8, 9) eine Anzahl von Hydraulikzylindern (3) enthalten, durch die die Spannschiene (6) mit einer die Kraft der Federelemente (8, 9) überschreitenden Kraft im Sinne des gegenseitigen Entfernens der Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) von Spannkonsole (1) und Spannschiene (6) voneinander weg beaufschlagbar ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungselemente eine Anzahl von Hydraulikzylindern enthalten, durch die die Spannschiene (6) im Sinne einer gegenseitigen Annäherung und Entfernung der Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) von Spannkonsole (1) und Spannschiene (6) auf die Spannkonsole (1) zu und von dieser weg bewegbar ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Federanordnung (8, 9) in einer senkrecht zur Klemmfläche (1a) verlaufenden Bohrung (9d) in der Spannkonsole (1) versenkt angeordnet ist und ein Federelement (8) und einen von der der Spannschiene (6) abgewandten Seite der Spannkonsole (1) her durch eine Bohrung (9a) mit kleinerem Durchmesser als die die Federanordnung (8, 9) beherbergende Bohrung (9d) durch die Spannkonsole (1) hindurchgehend in ein Gewinde in der Spannschiene (6) eingeschraubten Schraubbolzen (9) enthält, wobei sich das Federelement (8) mit seinem einen Ende gegen den Kopf (9b) des Schraubbolzens (9) und mit seinem anderen Ende gegen eine Anlagefläche (9c) an der Spannkonsole (1) abstützt.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Federelement (8) in einem Paket von übereinander angeordneten Tellerfedern besteht.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Weg, um den die Spannschiene (6) von der Spannkonsole (1) in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Ebene der Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) von Spannkonsole (1) bzw. Spannschiene (6) weg bewegbar ist, durch Schraubbolzen (7) begrenzt wird, die von der der Spannkonsole (1) abgewandten Seite der Spannschiene (6) her durch in dieser vorgesehene Bohrungen in die Spannkonsole (1) eingeschraubt sind, wobei der Hub durch einen definierten Abstand zwischen dem Kopf des Schraubbolzens (7) und einer entsprechenden Anlagefläche (7b) an der Spannschiene (6) festgelegt ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Hydraulikzylinder (3) eine senkrecht zu den Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) verlaufende Zylinderbohrung (3a) und einen darin verschieblich angeordneten Kolben (3b) enthält.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Halterung des Oberwangenwerkzeugs die Klemmflächen (1a, 6a) von Spannkonsole (1) und Spannschiene (6) in einer horizontalen Ebene liegen, und daß die die Federanordnungen (8, 9) beherbergenden Bohrungen (9d) und die Zylinderbohrungen (3a) vertikal verlaufen.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl von Federanordnungen (8, 9) und die Anzahl von Hydraulikzylindern (3) in regelmäßigen Abständen über die Länge der Spannkonsole (1) verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hydraulikzylinder (3) in einer Reihe in einem zentralen Bereich bezüglich der Querrichtung der Spannkonsole (1) angeordnet sind, und daß die Federanordnungen (8, 9) in Reihen beiderseits der Reihe von Hydraulikzylindern (3) angeordnet sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federanordnungen (8, 9) und die Hydraulikzylinder (3) jeweils in Gruppen von vier Federanordnungen (8, 9) und einem im Zentrum der vier Federanordnungen (8, 9) befindlichen Hydraulikzylinder (3) angeordnet sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß von jedem Hydraulikzylinder (3) eine Zulaufbohrung (3c) in Richtung senkrecht zur Achse der Zylinderbohrung (3a) und senkrecht zur Längsachse der Spannkonsole (1) zu deren Außenseite verläuft, und daß die Zulaufbohrungen (3c) über Hydraulikanschlüsse (10) an eine gemeinsame Hydraulikleitung (12) angeschlossen sind.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch eine Antriebseinrichtung zum hydraulischen Betätigen der Hydraulikzylinder (3).
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebseinrichtung eine Hydraulikpumpe und einen Druckspeicher zum Halten des Hydraulikdrucks enthält.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federanordnungen (8, 9) eine Klemmkraft von 7.500 N oder mehr pro 100 mm Länge der Spannkonsole (1) erzeugen.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hydraulikzylinder (3) eine Hubkraft von 12.000 N oder mehr pro 100 mm Länge der Spannkonsole (1) erzeugen.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der durch die Betätigungselemente (3, 8, 9) bewirkte Hub zwischen 1 und 4 mm beträgt.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hub 2 mm beträgt.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Prismenschiene (2) über der Klemmfläche (1a) 1,5 mm beträgt.
