Description

Schubladenbausatz
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Schubladenbausatz bestehend aus zwei metallischen Schubladenzargen, die an ihren hinteren Enden mit nach innen gerichteten Flanschen versehen sind und Auflagestege für eine Bodenplatte aufweisen, wobei die metallische Schubladenrückwand mit Haken versehen ist, die in Schlitze in den Schubladenzargen einhängbar sind.
Bei derartigen Schubladenbausätzen müssen die Zargen und die Schubladenrückwand miteinander verschraubt wer¬ den, was insbesondere bei sehr hohen Stückzahlen der Schubladenproduktion als sehr zeitaufwendig anzusehen ist. Im allgemeinen ist dabei die Rückwand aus einem Holzmaterial, beispielsweise einer Spanplatte gefer¬ tigt. Metallische Rückwände kommen insbesondere bei Büromöbeln, beispielsweise Karteikästen zum Einsatz. Auch hier erfolgt die Verbindung mit der Schubla¬ denzarge durch Schrauben oder Nieten. In vielen Fällen ist eine Bodenplatte nicht vorgesehen.
Es sind weiter Schubladenbausätze bekannt, bei denen die Schubladenzargen und die Rückwand durch einfaches Zusammenstecken ohne Werkzeug verbunden werden können. Diese Bausätze erlauben eine sehr schnelle und einfache Montage. Die einzelnen Bauteile derartiger Bausätze sind jedoch nach dem bekannten Stand der Technik aus Kunststoff gefertigt. Beispiele solcher Bausätze sind GB-A-2 087 715 und der GB-A-2 101 879 zu entnehmen.
Die Festigkeit und somit die Tragfähigkeit von Schubla¬ den, die mit derartigen Bausätzen hergestellt wurden, ist jedoch eher beschränkt und des weiteren werden eigene Ausziehführungsschienen benötigt, um die Schublade in einer Ausziehführungsgarnitur verfahren zu können.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Schubladenbausatz der eingangs erwähnten Art mit metallischen Schubla¬ denzargen zu schaffen, bei dem ein schnelles Verbinden der metallischen Schubladenzargen mit einer Rückwand möglich ist. Das Verbinden dieser Teile soll weiters ohne Werkzeug erfolgen können.
Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Schlitze in den Flanschen angeordnet sind, so daß die Schubladenrückwand an diesen Flanschen verankerbar ist und daß die Schubladenrückwand in an sich bekannter Weise Positionierungszapfen aufweist, die in korrespondierende Öffnungen in den Flanschen ragen und ein vertikales Verschieben der Schubladenrückwand relativ zu den Schubladenzargen verhindern.
Vorteilhaft sind die Positionierungszapfen stegartig ausgeführt und die Öffnungen schlitzförmig, wobei um das Einhängen der Rückwand in die Schubladenzargen zu erleichtern, die Schlitze, in die die Haken einhängbar sind, nach oben offen sind.
Die Haken und die Positionierungszapfen sind vorteil¬ haft an abgewickelten Randstegen der Rückwand ausgebil¬ det. Die Rückwand weist dabei vorteilhaft einen oberen Horizontalsteg auf, wodurch zusammen mit den Randstegen ein stabiles Kastenprofil gebildet wird.
Um die Stabilität der Schublade zu verbessern, ist vor¬ teilhaft vorgesehen, daß die Schubladenrückwand oberhalb eines Auflagesteges für die Bodenplatte ein nutenartiges Profil aufweist, in dem die Bodenplatte spielfrei aufgenommen ist und der Vertikalsteg des Profiles eine Stufe aufweist. Ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung sieht vor, daß die Schubladenrückwand mindestens einen Halbnoppen aufweist, unter dem die Bodenplatte ein- rastet. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Boden¬ platte zwischen dem Auflagesteg und den Haltenoppen ge¬ halten und gegen Abheben gesichert. Anstelle eines Hal- tenoppens kann ein horizontaler, aus der Schubladen¬ rückwand ausgestanzter Haltelappen vorgesehen sein, der vorteilhaft in eine stirnseitige Nut der Bodenplatte ragt.
Ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel sieht vor, daß die Schubladenrückwand nach außen auskragende Halteflansche für eine Schubladenreling aufweist, wobei die Breite der Halteflansche zumindestens in etwa gleich der Breite der Schubladenzargen ist. Ein derartiger Bausatz ermöglicht die Montage einer Reling ohne zusätzlicher Haltemittel.
Nachfolgend werden zwei Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfin¬ dung anhand der Figuren der beiliegenden Zeichnungen eingehend beschrieben.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt ein Schaubild einer erfindungsgemäßen Schubladenzarge, die Fig. 2 zeigt ein Schaubild der Hälfte einer erfindungsgemäßen Rückwand, die Fig. 3 zeigt ein Schaubild der halben Rückwand gemäß einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung, die Fig. 4 zeigt ein Schaubild einer Schubladenzarge und einer
Rückwand während des Einhängens der Rückwand, die Fig. 5 zeigt ein Schaubild einer Schubladenzarge, der Rück¬ wand und einer Bodenplatte während des Einhängens der Bodenplatte, die Fig. 6 zeigt ein Schaubild des mon- tierten Schubladenbausatzes, die Fig. 7 zeigt ein Schaubild des montierten Schubladenbausatzes gemäß einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung, die Fig. 8 zeigt ein Schaubild einer Schublade, wobei eine Seite aufgerissen gezeichnet ist und die Fig. 9 bis 13 zeigen verschiedene Profile der Rückwand im Bereich der Bodenplatte.
Die Schubladenzarge 1 ist hinten mit einem abgewinkel¬ ten Flansch 4 versehen, der zur Befestigung einer Schubladenrückwand 2 oder 3 dient. Vorne ist die Schub¬ ladenzarge 1 mit Ausstanzungen 9 versehen, die zur Be- festigung der Haltevorrichtung 5 einer Schubladenfront¬ blende 10 dienen.
Weiters weist die Schubladenzarge 1 einen Auflagesteg 11 für eine Bodenplatte 8 auf. Aus dem Auflagesteg 11 sind Positionierungslappen 12 ausgestanzt, die in kor¬ respondierende Löcher in der Bodenplatte 8 eingreifen und die Bodenplatte 8 gegen ungewolltes Verschieben si¬ chern.
Die Schubladenzarge 1 weist weiters einen oberen Hori¬ zontalsteg 12 auf, der als Laufsteg für die korpus- seitige Laufrolle einer Ausziehführungsgarnitur oder für Laufrollen eines Laufwagens dient. Beim Flansch 4 ist an der Schubladenzarge eine Laufrolle 6 gelagert.
Der Flansch 4 weist Löcher 14 auf, die es ermöglichen, eine herkömmliche Schubladenrückwand, beispielsweise aus einem Holzmaterial, an der Schubladenzarge 1 anzu¬ schrauben.
Weiters ist der Flansch 4 mit einem nach oben offenen Schlitz 15 und einem unteren geschlossenen Schlitz 16 versehen, die zur Montage einer erfindungsgemäßen Schubladenrückwand 2,3 dienen.
Die Schubladenrückwand 2 weist an jeder Seite einen nach hinten abgewickelten Randsteg 17 auf. An die Rand- stege 17 ist oben ein Haken 18 angeformt und unten ein stegförmiger Vorsprung, der als Positionierungszapfen 19 dient.
Weiters weist die Schubladenrückwand 2,3 einen oberen
Horizontalsteg 20, einen unteren Auflagesteg 21 für die Bodenplatte 8 und einen ausgestanzten Haltenoppen 22 auf.
Um die Steifigkeit der Schubladenrückwand zu erhöhen, ist diese unmittelbar oberhalb des Auflagesteges 21 mit einem nutenartigen Profil 26 versehen, in das die Bodenplatte 8 einschiebbar ist. Der Vertikalsteg 27 des Profils 26 kann eine Stufe 28 aufweisen, damit Bodenplatten 8 verschiedener Stärke in das Profil 26 eingeschoben werden können.
Beim Zusammenbauen des Schubladenbausatzes wird zuerst die Schubladenrückwand 2,3, wie in der Fig. 4 gezeigt, mit dem Haken 18 in den Schlitz 15 eingehängt und an¬ schließend geschwenkt, bis der stegförmige Positionie¬ rungszapfen 19 durch den Schlitz 16 ragt. Anschließend wird die Bodenplatte 8 auf die Auflagestege 11, 21 auf¬ gelegt und unter den Haltenoppen 22 geschoben.
Zum Schluß wird eine Frontblende 10 auf herkömmliche Art und Weise mittels der Haltevorrichtungen 5 mon¬ tiert.
Die Schubladenrückwand 3 nach dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 3 weist seitliche Halteflanschen 23 für eine Schubladenreling 7 auf. Jeder Halteflansch 23 weist einen seitlich offenen Schlitz 24 auf, durch den eine Befestigungsschraube 25 od.dgl. für die Reling 7 ragt. Am anderen Ende ist die Reling 7 in herkömmlicher Weise an der Frontblende 10 befestigt. Die Breite der Halte¬ flansche 23 entspricht in etwa der Breite der Schubla- denzargen 1, das heißt der Breite der Horizontalstege 13.
Anstatt des Haltenoppens 22 kann aus der Schubladen¬ rückwand 2,3 ein horizontaler Steg ausgestanzt sein, der in eine Nut an der Stirnseite der Bodenplatte 8 ragt. Auch dadurch wird die Bodenplatte gegen Abheben gesichert.

Claims

P a t e n t a n s p r ü c h e :
1. Schubladenbausatz bestehend aus zwei metallischen Schubladenzargen, die an ihren hinteren Enden mit nach innen gerichteten Flanschen versehen sind und Auflagestege für eine Bodenplatte aufweisen, wobei die metallische Schubladenrückwand mit Haken ver¬ sehen ist, die in Schlitze in den Schubladenzargen einhängbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (15) in den Flanschen (4) angeordnet sind, so daß die Schubladenrückwand (2,3) an die¬ sen Flanschen (4) verankerbar ist und daß die Schubladenrückwand (2,3) in an sich bekannter Weise Positionierungszapfen (19) aufweist, die in korrespondierende Öffnungen (16) in den Flanschen (4) ragen und ein vertikales Verschieben der Schubladenrückwand (2,3) relativ zu den Schubla¬ denzargen (1) verhindern.
2. Schubladenbausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die Schlitze (15) , in die die Haken (18) einhängbar sind, nach oben offen sind.
3. Schubladenbausatz nach Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Haken (18) und die Posi¬ tionierungszapfen (19) an abgewinkelten Randstegen (17) der Schubladenrückwand (2,3) ausgebildet sind.
4. Schubladenbausatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die Schubladenrückwand (2,3) minde¬ stens einen an sich bekannten Halbnoppen (22) auf¬ weist, unter dem die Bodenplatte (8) einrastet.
5. Schubladenbausatz nach mindestens einem der An¬ sprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubladenrückwand (2,3) nach außen auskragende Halteflansche (23) für eine Schubladenreling (7) aufweist.
6. Schubladenbausatz nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß die Breite der Halteflansche (23) zumindestens in etwa gleich der Breite der Schubladenzargen (1) ist.
7. Schubladenbausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubladenrückwand (2) oberhalb eines Auflagesteges (21) für die Bodenplatte (8) ein nutenartiges Profil (26) aufweist, in dem die Bodenplatte (8) spielfrei aufgenommen ist.
8. Schubladenbausatz nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vertikalsteg (27) des Profiles (26) eine Stufe (28) aufweist.
