Definitions
- the practice of this type of sport has highlighted problems with building existing shoes on time current, and which do not respond to dynamic requests, induced by these sports.
- these generally provide the hold of the foot by deformation of the upper (leather, fabric, plastic flexible), by bringing it closer to the foot by a lacing system, tending to apply the foot against the sole of the shoe or by an internal clamping device, pressing the foot against the sole regardless of the outer rod.
- rigid or semi-rigid shoes such as those developed for alpine skiing, plus snow board, ice skating or skating in line
- these include an internal liner enveloping the foot and the lower leg and itself arranged in a plastic shell or in rigid leather.
- Such a shoe is disclosed for example by the document WO 05/05 466.
- the foot is then held firmly by the slipper, either by the relative deformation of the shell which puts under stress said shoe and tends to immobilize it by means of external closure of the shell such as hooks and / or a collar on the lower leg, again by internal clamping devices at the shell and which also tend to immobilize the liner relative to the sole while moving it away from said shell and this via cables and support plates, controlled from outside the shoe by closing and adjusting members.
- support holds require the use of parts or rigid parts which are hardly compatible with an adaptation precise to the morphology of the foot, necessary for comfort when holding foot and good transmission of information.
- the invention relates to a sliding sports shoe, as defined in each of independent claims 1 and 5 corresponding to four embodiments.
- the shoe according to the invention actually combines the advantages of flexible and rigid shoes while dissociating the geographic treatment of the two criteria sought flexible and rigid support.
- the connection of each of the circuits with a common reference element makes it possible to remedy the problems mentioned above of relative movements generating a poor footing.
- the sliding sports shoe 1 designated as a whole to Figures 1 and 2 is in this case a shoe intended for practice skating, ice skating, inline skating, skiing (cross-country skiing, telemark ising) or still surfing on snow or snow board.
- circuits 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F and 5 relatively rigid, distributed by relation to the foot, so as to centralize the efforts and in particular the front and rear support or torsion control during the practice of sport
- a sensitive circuit 3, 3A, 3B relatively flexible, independent of the cited power circuit, and capable of ensure foot comfort and information transmission in origin of the sliding member (not shown in the drawing) towards the sensitive areas of the foot and in particular the ankle and the instep, one and the other of circuits 2, 3 being fixed to a reference element common.
- this common reference element consists of a relatively rigid sole 5 of the shoe 1, which is intended to be connected to the sliding member 4 and any other adjoining part of this sole, forming an intrinsic part of the power circuit.
- the sole 5 also has hooking surfaces intended to cooperate with means for fixing the sliding member 4 constituted for example by stirrups 6 (see Figure 4).
- the rigid power circuit is constituted, in addition to the sole 5, by a shell forming a shoe 2A integral with said sole 5 and comprising a rear buttress 2B capable of wrapping the heel and a front stop 2C, said buttress 2B being extended towards the ankle and the bottom of leg by a 2D collar comprising clamping means 7 for the lower leg hold.
- the 2D collar is articulated at 8 in its part posterior lower a on an associated part b of the buttress 2B.
- joint 8 is a rear transverse axis located in zone a of the lower end of the 2D collar and in the rear central area b buttress 2B.
- the 2D collar is connected to the shoe 2A or to the sole 5 which is secured to it by at least one lateral tie rod relatively rigid 2E to constitute a front support or a support back of the leg according to the position of the leg relative to the organ glide 4, so as to better control the forces and strokes in lateral, in torsion and according to back and front movements of the collar 2D compared to shoe 2A.
- the 2D collar is connected to the shoe 2A or sole 5 which is secured to it by at least one strap flexible 2F forming a shroud capable of constituting in tension, a rear support, while the front leg support is obtained by an extension towards the top c of the rear buttress 2B of the shoe 2A enveloping the heel which extends beyond the joint 8 of the 2D collar. So the part corresponding to collar D rests on the extension in a posterior-anterior flexion of the leg to provide support before.
- the collar 2D1 is articulated at its lower part d on two axes of articulation 9 located on the lateral parts of the rear buttress 2B1 of the shoe 2A1, in the malleolus area of the foot, the front and rear supports by means of a link 19 between a rear part e of said collar on a rear upper part f of the buttress.
- the link between these two parts e, f is advantageously obtained using a removable pin 19, which allows the opening of the collar by pivoting around its axes 9 for putting on or walking.
- the 2D2 collar is articulated at its lower rear part h on an axis hinge 10 disposed at the rear of a zone i of the buttress 2B2 of the shoe 2A2.
- the front support is taken by setting contact of a lower edge j of the collar 2D2 on an upper edge k shoe 2A2, and the rear support socket is obtained via a tie 2F interposed between the shoe 2A2 and the collar 2D2.
- the power circuit further includes a support socket located at the front of the shoe which consists of a rigid 2G tab arranged between a part front l of the 2D2 collar and an antero-superior part m of the shoe 2A2 forming a stop, said tongue 2G cooperating with these parts l, m for the front support.
- the 2G rigid tab is completely dissociated from the tightening of your leg and foot taking place inside the shoe, so as not to interfere with the sensory circuit and comfort.
- each shoe 1 is also made up a second zone, distinct from the first but complementary for form said shoe 1.
- This second zone is actually made up of the sensory circuit which is formed by a flexible liner A, A1, A2, A3, A4 and 3A, 3A1, 3A2, 3A3, 3A4 (see Figures 1 to 7) enveloping the foot and the lower leg.
- This shoe is partly covered freely by the power circuit 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 2G, 5 and, at least in its lower part by a external protective cover 3B, 3B1 and 3B2, 3B3, 3B4 relatively also flexible, to form the upper A, A1, A2, A3, A4 of the shoe, in conjunction with the sole 5, 5A, 5B.
- the sensory circuit includes an internal clamping device for the foot consisting of the lower part of the liner 3A, 3A1, 3A2, 3A3, 3A4.
- This lower part of the liner is integral with the sole 5 and tends to immobilize the foot relative to the sole 5, 5A, 5B, according to an effort tightening chosen according to the morphology of the foot and comfort desired, so as to avoid any relative movement of the foot by relative to the sole 5, 5A, 5B, the whole being covered by the protective casing 3B, 3B1, 3B2, 3B3, 3B4.
- the liner 3A2 constituting a device for internal tightening, as well as the external protective casing 3B2 contributing to form the rod A2, are connected simultaneously to a flange upper device n of the shoe 2A2 forming a shell through a side seam 11.
- the liner 3A3 constituting a device for internal clamping is pre-assembled by any connecting means 12 such as sewing or gluing with a lower zone o of the envelope protection 3B3 contributing to form the rod A3 and possibly an inner sole 13, the sub-assembly thus produced then receiving sole 5A by direct injection of a plastic material constituting an overmolding.
- the protective envelope external 3B4 contributing to form the stem A4 is connected to a flange upper device p of shoe 2A2 forming a shell through a side seam 14 while the liner 3A4, constituting the internal clamping, is mechanically fixed inside the shoe 2A2 in its zone forming the sole 5B, for example by bonding or screwing / nailing.
- the tightening at the bottom of the liner 3A1, 3A2, 3A3, 3A4, is produced in a manner known per se the cage.
- the lower part of the liner 3A2, 3A3, 3A4 constituting the tightening internal of the shoe is always made integral with the sole 5 or of a part, shell 2A, integral with the latter so as to obtain the common repository for sensitive and power circuits, different parts 2, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F, 5 of the power circuit being themselves integral with that sole 5 or the shell 2A constituting this common repository.
