Definitions

  • the invention relates to a support system with the features of Preamble of claim 1.
  • Field of application of The present invention is, in particular, traffic and signposting devices.
  • the most varied spatial structures are from practice known by connecting, in particular plugging together Rods are formed.
  • the structures are used in particular in the area of the exhibition stand to separate rooms from each other and to be able to attach billboards to it. you are not suitable to absorb larger loads or moments.
  • a support system according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from DE-U-86 07 305. It particularly finds on Trade fair and exhibition stands use. Are at this Connection elements provided, which, in the respective main support part used, a defined angular position of the two with this specify connectable rods. So are the rods where it is components that correspond to the main supporting parts in their shape acts, put on the plug of the connection elements and connected to these in the area of cross holes. The bars are unchangeable in length, so when installing the Support system, the individual components are already assembled and the Bars must have an exact, predetermined length. With This support system cannot have different support system designs are shown and it is the intended one Support system construction cannot be displayed if the individual System components do not exactly meet the specified dimensional tolerances exhibit.
  • NL-A-8 500 510 is a wind dressing system with pull and Pressure rods known. Three engage on the respective connection element Members of which the two diagonal members function as Have tension rods. The two tension rods are variable in length trained and articulated grip on the respective connector on. The pressure rod is rigidly connected to the connecting element and unchangeable in length. The linkage of the tension rods and their variability in length serves the purpose of the wind dressing system to be able to mount after the pressure rod is connected to the assigned tab and via the two tension rods due to the shortening the corresponding Pressure force is introduced into the pressure rod. This system is not suitable as a basis for different system designs to serve, not least because no movable one Sledge is provided.
  • the starting point of the present invention is to be seen in to design the support system designed in the half-timbered construction so that the main supporting parts and the supporting elements are not together welded, but via the fasteners together are connected, in particular by screwing.
  • This makes possible it, the support system from the individual components accordingly to assemble the requirements of the individual case, whereby from standardized output components can be assumed for example standardized lengths of the main supporting parts, standardized Designs of the support elements, that means also standardized Bar designs.
  • the pivotable linkage of the rods the connecting elements allow the most varied statically desired angle of attack of the rods on the connecting elements to generate with what the constructions arbitrarily be pushed or pulled apart as desired can.
  • the advantage of the design according to the invention results Strictly speaking, it has three features: On the one hand, the length adjustability the rods, on the other hand the articulated mounting of the Rods in the connecting element and on the other hand the design of the Connection element as a carriage, which is relative to the associated Main support part is slidable and can be firmly connected to it.
  • All bars are in Connection element pivotally mounted, which variable angle of Bars can be represented with the consequence of the change the belt spacing when using the same rods.
  • At a Changing the belt spacing are the positions of the sledges Correct accordingly what is due to the movability can easily happen.
  • a possible tolerance compensation can then be made by changing the length of the bars become. Due to the articulated storage of the rods, these can be pivoted in when mounting the support system.
  • At the assembled support system can individual bars due to their Length variability can be disassembled or assembled.
  • the main supporting parts and / or the supporting elements preferably consist made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, if appropriate using steel fasteners.
  • the said Material ensures sufficient stability of the support system, with simple assembly due to the relatively low Weight of the individual components. But it is also conceivable the construction as an aluminum-stainless steel combination or as an aluminum steel structure, it being in particular is galvanized steel.
  • the support system can, for example, as a bridge, in particular Sign bridge, toll bridge or the like can be formed, each truss is designed three-dimensionally. It is it is also conceivable to use the support system as a sign stand use, the shield being the connection between two represents two-dimensional specialist bodies.
  • a preferred development of the invention provides that at least two trusses arranged at an angle to each other are connected by means of a corner connection, the actual connection in the area of the respective two, one Main part of the truss girders forming a corner using a Angle element takes place.
  • Main supporting parts of different Truss girders are made in pairs using angle elements connected. It is therefore in the area of the corners of each Connection no weld connection required, but it the main supporting parts are connected there via connecting elements in the way of the angular elements.
  • the design of the respective main supporting part several main load-bearing elements allow long trusses to form from standardized components does not mean that only from standardized main load-bearing elements, but also from standardized rods and any necessary standardized connection elements as well as angle elements.
  • the few different, necessary for the construction of the support system Components are thus easily available and it can the support system in a simple manner at the manufacturer in Assemblies are preassembled so that the assemblies only on site still need to be assembled. In the event of partial damage of the support system due to external influences can be damaged Parts easily replaced with new parts become. There is also the possibility of all components of the support system completely reusable or existing support systems easily to other spans using the same Modify components.
  • the invention thus proposes a support system that largely consists of standardized components, with which largely any shape can be assembled.
  • This allows universal use of the support system, which is used in training as a three-dimensional structure, especially for cantilever arms and Bridges is used, these terms being all encompassing be understood.
  • the bridge in connection with The regulation and recording of traffic is in training the bridge as a gantry bridge or as a toll bridge thought, that is, it serves the purpose under the bridge vehicles passing through to capture an investigation a route-related fee for the use of the traffic route to get.
