Während des Schneidvorganges wird das Folienende 44 durch Anlage an der Umlenkrolle 20 in einer definierten Position gehalten. Nach Durchtrennung des Folienendes 44 führt man den Dorn 16 durch Anheben der Rückzugsvorrichtung 28 in den Hülsenkern 18 der zweiten Folienrolle 38 ein und verriegelt den Dorn 16 durch Drehung der Manschette 66 mit dem Folienrollenhalterarm 64.

Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Wechseln von Folienrollen (17,38), insbesondere für Palettenwickler, mit einer Folienabrollvorrichtung (12), die einen vertikalen Dorn (16) zur Lagerung der einen Hülsenkern (18) aufweisenden Folienrolle (17, 38) aufweist, auf den die Folienrolle (38) aufsetzbar und von dem der leere Hülsenkern (18) abnehmbar ist, mit dem einem relativ zu der Folienabrollvorrichtung (12) positionierbaren Folienrollentransporter (14) für den Transport der Folienrollen (17, 38) zwischen einer Sammel-/Vorratsstation (15) und der Folienabrollvorrichtung (12), welcher einen Hülsenkernaufnehmer (30) für die erste verbrauchte Folienrolle (17) und einen Folienrollenhalter (31) für die zweite neue Folienrolle (38) und eine Dornrückzugsvorrichtung (28) für den Dorn (16) aufweist, wobei der Hülsenkernaufnehmer (30) und der Folienhalter (31) jeweils an einem Arm (48) des Folienrollentransporters (14) hängend angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Folienrollentransporter (14) eine Folienschweißvorrichtung (39) zum Herstellen einer Schweißstelle (47) zwischen dem Folienanfang (46) der zweiten Folienrolle (38) und dem Folienende (44) der ersten Folienrolle (17) sowie eine Schneidvorrichtung (36) zum Durchtrennen des Folienendes (44) zwischen der Folienschweißstelle (47) und der ersten Folienrolle (17) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenkernaufnehmer (30) und der Folienrollenhalter (31) jeweils als aufspreizbarer, beispielsweise eine mittels Pressluft dehnbare, ringförmige Manschette (56) oder dgl. Spannmittel aufweisender anhebbarer und absenkbarer Zapfen ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Zapfen (49) mehrere aus der Mantelfläche (55) des Zapfens (49) herausragende, unter Federspannung stehende Nasen (50, 52, 54) umfangsmäßig verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dornrückzugsvorrichtung (28) eine ringförmige, dehnbare Manschette (66) oder dgl. Spannmittel, z. B. einen Vierkant mit einer seitlich herausragenden, federbelasteten Kugelraste, aufweist, welche in einer Ausnehmung (67) eines Fußabschnitts (57) des Dorns (16) kraftschlüssig oder formschlüssig aufnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dornrückzugsvorrichtung (28) um eine Mittelachse drehbar und dadurch der Dorn (16) an bzw. von einem Folienrollenhalter (64) der Folienabrollvorrichtung (12) drehbar festlegbar bzw. lösbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dorn (16) an dem Fußabschnitt (57) von einer konischen Verdickung (63) umfaßt ist und in einem Kopfabschnitt (45) aus der Mantelfläche (65) des Dorns (16) herausragende, unter Federspannung stehende, umfangsmäßig verteilte Nasen (58, 60, 62) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hülsenkernaufnehmer (30) und die Dornrückzugsvorrichtung (28) auf einer gemeinsamen Achse (33) vertikal gegeneinander verstellbar an dem Folienrollentransporter (14) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienschweißvorrichtung (39) einen insbesondere ein- und ausfahrbaren Siegelstempel (40, 42) aufweist, dem ein auf der Folienabrollvorrichtung (12) angebrachter Siegelstempelanschlag (26) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Folienrollenwechsels der Siegelstempel (40, 42) und der Siegelstempelanschlag (26) einander unmittelbar benachbart gegenüberliegen und zwischen beiden das Folienende (44) der ersten Folienrolle (17) und der Folienanfang (46) der zweiten Folienrolle (38) hindurchgeführt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der zweiten Folienrolle (38) eine abnehmbare Folienhalteklammer (32) mit zwei von der Folienrolle (38) abstehenden Federarmen (70, 72) und zwischen den Enden der Federarme (70, 72) der abgerollte Folienanfang (46) der zweiten Folienrolle (38) fixierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienhalteklammer (32) einen unterbrochenen Federring (68) aufweist, der in den Hülsenkern (18) der zweiten Folienrolle (38) einklemmbar ist, wobei die Federarme (70, 72) von den Enden des Federringes (68) über die zweite Folienrolle (38) einander kreuzen und in etwa radial oder tangential nach außen von der zweiten Folienrolle (38) abstehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienhalteklammer (32) einen im wesentlichen U-förmigen Haltebügel (90) aufweist, dessen U-Schenkel an der Innenwand (89) des Hülsenkerns (18) und der Außenfläche (91) der zweiten Folienrolle (38) klemmend anlegbar sind, wobei die Federarme (70, 72) einander scherenartig kreuzend in etwa tangential nach außen von der zweiten Folienrolle (38) abstehen und zwischen sie den Folienanfang (46) klemmend aufnehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federarme (70, 72) sich etwa 40 cm ± 10 cm, gegebenenfalls um mehr, von dem Zentrum der zweiten Folienrolle (38) nach außen erstrecken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federarme (70, 72) ausgehend von einem ersten Abschnitt (74) zur lösbaren Befestigung der Folienhalteklammer (32) an der zweiten Folienrolle (38) in einem zweiten Abschnitt (76) und einem vierten Abschnitt (80) im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen, in einem mittleren dritten Abschnitt (78) einander kreuzen und in einem fünften Abschnitt (82) mit Greifklauen (84, 86) oder dergleichen zur Fixierung des Folienanfangs (46) versehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Folienrollentransporter (14) einen Greifer (34) zur Betätigung der Folienhalteklammer (32) aufweist, mit dem die Federarme (70, 72) der Folienhalteklammer (32) zur Freigabe des Folienanfangs (46) spreizbar und die Folienhalteklammer (32) von der zweiten Folienrolle (38) abnehmbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Greifer (34) in einem Bereich (88) zwischen dem Federring (68) bzw. Haltebügel (90) und dem Kreuzungspunkt (79) auf die Federarme (70, 72) einwirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtung (36) um eine gemeinsame Drehachse (35) schwenkbare Haltearme (37) aufweist, zwischen deren freien Enden ein heißer Draht gespannt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidvorrichtung (36) als mechanische Schneidvorrichtung, insbesondere als durch einen Linearzylinder betätigte Klinge ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Folienrollentransporter (14) mit einer auf dem zweiten Folienrollenhalter (31) festgelegten zweiten Folienrolle (38), deren Folienanfang (46) mittels der Folienhalteklammer (32) von der zweiten Folienrolle (38) abstehend fixiert ist, so vertikal anhebt und auf die Folienabrollvorrichtung (12) horizontal zubewegt, daß der Hülsenkernaufnehmer (30) oberhalb des Hülsenkerns (18) der ersten Folienrolle (17) positioniert ist, daß man den Hülsenkernaufnehmer (30) absenkt, so daß die zweite Folienrolle (38) auf gleichem Niveau liegt, wie der Hülsenkern (18) der ersten Folienrolle (17), wobei der Hülsenkernaufnehmer (30) in den Hülsenkern (18) der ersten Folienrolle (17) eintaucht, daß man den Hülsenkern (18) der ersten Folienrolle (17) an dem Hülsenkernabnehmer (30) festlegt, die Rückzugsvorrichtung (28) anhebt, den Dorn (16) mittels der Dornrückzugsvorrichtung (28) aus dem Hülsenkern (18) der ersten Folienrolle (17) nach unten heranszieht, daß man dann den Folienrollentransporter (14) horizontal verschiebt bis die zweite Folienrolle (38) oberhalb des abgesenkten Dornes (16) positioniert ist und Folienanfang (46) und Folienende (44) wenigstens annähernd parallel zueinander liegen, daß man eine Folienschweißvorrichtung (39) zur Herstellung einer Schweißstelle (47) zwischen dem Folienanfang (46) und dem Folienende (44) betätigt, mittels der Schneidvorrichtung (36) das Folienende (44) zwischen der Schweißstelle (47) und der ersten Folienrolle (17) durchtrennt, den Dorn (16) mittels der Dornrückzugsvorrichtung (28) in den Hülsenkern (18) der zweiten Folienrolle (38) einführt, mittels eines Greifers (34) die Folienhalteklammer (32) zunächst öffnet und anschließend von der zweiten Folienrolle (38) entfernt, wobei der zweite Folienrollenhalter (31) die zweite Folienrolle (38) freigibt, daß man den Folienrollentransporter (14) vertikal anhebt und horizontal in Richtung der Sammel-/Vorratsstation (15) bewegt, bis der zweite Folienrollenhalter (31) oberhalb einer nächsten zweiten Folienrolle (38) positioniert ist und der Hülsenkernabnehmer (30) den Hülsenkern (18) der ersten Folienrolle (17) und der Greifer (34) die Folienhalteklammer (32) freigeben, und daß man den Folienrollentransporter (14) absenkt und die zweite Folienrolle (38) an dem zweiten Folienrollenhalter (31) festlegt, um für den Transport zu der Folienabwickelvorrichtung (12) bereit zu stehen.
