Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Profilteil mit einer in Gleitnuten verschiebbar angeordneten Kralle zur Befestigung von Wand- und/oder Deckenelementen einer Vorsatzschalung.
    • Stand der Technik
  • Aus der EP-A-0124886 ist es bekannt, zur Befestigung einer aus mehreren Wand- oder Deckenelementen (z.B. Paneelen oder Profilhölzern) bestehenden Vorsatzschalung zunächst U-förmige Kunststoffprofile an der entsprechenden Wand oder Decke anzubringen und anschließend dann die Wand- oder Deckenelemente mit Hilfe von an den Schenkelenden der Kunststoffprofile verschiebbar angeordneten Metallkrallen an diesen Profilen zu befestigen.
  • Nachteilig ist bei diesen bekannten Anordnungen, daß bei Wand- und/oder Deckenelementen, welche nicht einwandfrei eben oder maßhaltig sind, die Montage erschwert ist. Es besteht insbesondere die Gefahr, daß sich im Laufe der Montagearbeiten die Elemente verspannen und verschieben und dann aufwendige Nachbesserungsarbeiten erforderlich werden.
    • Darstellung der Erfindung
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Montage einer Vorsatzschalung derart zu vereinfachen, daß ein Verspannen und Verschieben der Wand- und/oder Deckenelemente weitgehend ausgeschlossen ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weitere besonders vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung offenbaren die Unteransprüche.
  • Die Erfindung beruht also im wesentlichen auf dem Gedanken, daß die zur Befestigung der Wand- und/oder Deckenelemente erforderliche Kralle eine fahnenförmige Verlängerung besitzt, welche zur Fixierung der Kralle an dem Profilteil mindestens im Bereich einer Gleitnut umbiegbar ist, so daß der entsprechende Bereich der Verlängerung gegen mindestens einen Schenkel der Gleitnut drückt. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß die Wand- und/oder Deckenelemente abschnittsweise in der jeweils erzielten Montageposition gesichert werden können und ein späteres Verschieben oder Verspannen dieser Elemente ausgeschlossen ist.
  • Bei einer Weiterbildung der Erfindung enthält die fahnenförmige Verlängerung der Kralle in ihrem der Gleitnut abgewandten Bereich einen Schlitz, in den ein Schraubenzieher oder dgl. zum Umbiegen des der Gleitnut zugewandten Teiles der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung einsteckbar ist. Der der Gleitnut abgewandte Teil der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung dient bei dieser Anordnung zur Abstützung des Schraubenziehers. Eine derartige Anordnung erlaubt eine sehr schnelle Fixierung der Wand- und/oder Deckenelemente, so daß die Montage der Vorsatzschalung durch die abschnittsweise Fixierung der Wand- und/oder Deckenelemente nicht verzögert wird.
  • Eine besonders wirksame Fixierung der Wand- und/oder Deckenelemente ergibt sich ferner, wenn das der Gleitnut zugewandte Teil der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung an der dem Gleitnutengrund gegenüberliegenden Seite zur Ausbildung einer Spitze hinterschnitten ist. Dadurch dringt bei einer leichten Drehbewegung des in den Schlitz eingeführten Schraubenziehers diese Spitze in den Gleitnutengrund ein und verhindert sicher ein Verrutschen der Kralle. Zur Unterstützung der entsprechenden Drehbewegung des der Gleitnut zugewandten Teiles der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung wird der Schlitz vorteilhafterweise schräg bis in die Nähe der Gleitnut geführt.
    • Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnung
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den folgenden anhand von Figuren erläuterten Ausführungsbeispielen. Es zeigen:

  • In Fig. 1 ist mit 1 ein an sich bekanntes U-förmiges Profilteil aus Kunststoff bezeichnet, welches mit Hilfe von Schrauben 2 an der Wand oder Decke befestigt ist, die mit der Vorsatzschalung versehen werden soll. An den Enden 3, 4 der beiden Schenkel 5, 6 des Profilteiles 1 befinden sich Gleitnuten 7, 8, in denen eine Kralle 9 verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
  • Der Aufbau der Kralle 9 ergibt sich aus den Fig.2 und 3. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Blechstanzteil, z.B. aus einem Zinkblech, welches zwei Einschnitte 10, 11 und zwei nach vorne ragende Winkel 12, 13 aufweist. Die Winkel 12, 13 dienen in an sich bekannter Weise zur Befestigung der Wand- und/oder Deckenelemente, wobei ihre Enden z.B. in entsprechende Nuten der Wand- und/oder Deckenelementen eingreifen (vgl. im einzelnen auch die bereits eingangs erwähnte EP-A-0124886).
  • Erfindungsgemäß weist die Kralle 9 eine fahnenförmige Verlängerung 14 auf, die durch einen schräg bis in die Nähe der Gleitnut 7 (Fig.1) geführten Schlitz 15 zum Eingriff eines Schraubenziehers in ein unteres der Gleitnut 7 abgewandtes Teil 16 und in ein oberes der Gleitnut 7 zugewandtes Teil 17 aufgeteilt wird. Wie Fig.2 zu entnehmen ist, ist das obere Teil 17 der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung 14 an der dem Gleitnutengrund 18 der Gleitnut 7 (Fig.1) gegenüberliegenden Seite 19 zur Ausbildung einer Spitze 20 hinterschnitten. Die fahnenförmige Verlängerung 14 ist flach ausgebildet (Fig.3).
  • Zur Fixierung der Kralle 9 in dem Profilteil 1 und damit auch zur Fixierung der nicht dargestellten Wand- und/oder Deckenelemente an dem Profilteil 1 wird z.B. das Blatt eines Schraubenziehers in den Schlitz 15 gesteckt und das obere Teil 17 der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung 14 nach oben gedrückt, so daß dieses Teil gegen den entsprechenden Schenkel 21 der Gleitnut 7 (Fig.1) drückt und dadurch ein Verschieben der Kralle 9 verhindert wird. Dabei dient das untere Teil 16 der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung 14 zur Abstützung des Schraubenziehers.
  • Durch die schräge Anordnung des Schlitzes 15 kann vorteilhafterweise erreicht werden, daß durch eine leichte Drehbewegung des Schraubenziehers das obere Teil 17 der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung 14 zu dem Gleitnutgrund 18 hingedreht werden kann, so daß die Spitze 20 etwas in den Gleitnutgrund 18 hingedrückt wird und eine Verschiebung der Kralle 9 in jedem Falle vermieden wird.
  • Fig.4 und 5 zeigen die Kralle 9, deren fahnenförmige Verlängerung 14 zur Fixierung der Kralle 9 entsprechend verformt ist. Dabei ist in Fig.4 die durch die Drehbewegung eines Schraubenziehers hervorgerufene Verdrehung des oberen Teiles 17 der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung 14 zu sehen, deren Spitze 20 in den entsprechenden Gleitnutengrund 18 (Fig.1) eindringt.
  • Aus Fig.5 ist das nach oben bewegte obere Teil 17 der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung 14 ersichtlich, welches gegen den entsprechenden Schenkel 21 (Fig.1) drückt.

Claims (7)

  1. Profilteil (1) mit einer in Gleitnuten (7,8) verschiebbar angeordneten Kralle (9) zur Befestigung von Wand- und/oder Deckenelementen einer Vorsatzschalung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kralle (9) mindestens eine fahnenförmige Verlängerung (14) besitzt, welche zur Fixierung der Kralle (9) an dem Profilteil (1) im Bereich einer Gleitnut (7,8) umbiegbar ist.
  2. Profilteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die fahnenförmige Verlängerung (14) der Kralle (9) in ihrem der Gleitnut (7,8) abgewandten Bereich einen Schlitz (15) enthält, in den ein Schraubenzieher oder dgl. zum Umbiegen des der Gleitnut (7,8) zugewandten Teiles (17) der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung (14) einsteckbar ist, und daß das der Gleitnut (7,8) abgewandte Teil (16) der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung (14) als Abstützung des Schraubenziehers oder dgl. ausgebildet ist.
  3. Profilteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das der Gleitnut (7,8) zugewandte Teil (17) der fahnenförmigen Verlängerung (14) an der dem Gleitnutengrund (18) gegenüberliegenden Seite (19) zur Ausbildung einer Spitze (20) hinterschnitten ist.
  4. Profilteil nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (15) schräg bis in die Nähe der Gleitnut (7,8) geführt ist.
  5. Profilteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kralle (9) ein Blechstanzteil ist.
  6. Profilteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profilteil (1) U-förmig ausgebildet ist, und daß an ihren Enden (3,4) die Gleitnuten (7,8) für die Kralle (9) angeordnet sind.
  7. Profilteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profilteil (1) aus Kunststoff besteht.
