Abstract

Einstückiger Kunststoffverschluss zur Befestigung auf ein Behältnis, bestehend aus einen den ersten Teil bildenden Unterteil (10), der mit dem Behältnis mittel- oder unmittelbar verbindbar ist, sowie einer Kappe (20), die den zweiten Verschlussteil darstellt, welcher integral mit dem Unterteil (10) über dem in der Schwenkachse liegenden Hauptfilmscharnier (31) verbunden ist, und dass ferner mindestens ein die Schnappwirkung erzeugendes Federelement (32) vorhanden ist, welches sich über das Hauptfilmscharnier hinweg erstreckend einerseits am Unterteil (10) und andererseits an der Kappe (20) gelenkig angeformt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Hauptfilmscharnier sich unterbruchlos über das, im geschlossenen Zustand des Verschlusses vollständig innerhalb des Verschlusses liegende, mindestens eine Federelement (32) hinweg erstreckt.
