Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Einbauherd gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a built-in cooker according to the preamble of claim 1.

Bei einem bekannten unterbaufähigen Backofen steht eine Wrasenauslaßöffnung in der Ofenmuffel über eine Rohrleitung unmittelbar in Verbindung mit einer Abluftöffnung, die an der Rückseite eines Kochfeldes vorgesehen ist. Über diese Rohrleitung soll der in der erhitzten Ofenmuffel entstehende heiße und feuchte Wrasen durch freie Konvektion nach außen abströmen. Zusätzlich zu dieser geschlossenen Wrasenabführung ist hierbei vorgesehen daß durch ein im Inneren des Backofengehäuses vorgesehenes Kühlluftgebläse erwärmte Luft aus der Umgebung der Backofenmuffel in Richtung einer zusätzlichen Öffnung im Kochfeld bzw. in dessen Umrandung und danach ins Freie geblasen wird. Durch das Vorhandensein einer Rohrleitung zwischen Backofen und Kochfeld ist eine lagemäßige Abstimmung dieser beiden Einbaugeräteteile zueinander und die Montage einer dichten Rohrleitung notwendig, wobei eine Kondensation des feuchten Wrasens innerhalb dieser aus einer heißen Umgebung in eine im wesentlichen kühlere Umgebung führenden Rohrleitung nicht zu verhindern ist, da eine Vermischung und damit Abkühlung des Wrasens mit kühlerer Umgebungsluft innerhalb der Einbaueinheit nicht stattfindet. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Einbauherd der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1 genannten Art so zu verbessern, daß hinsichtlich der geometrischen Anordnung von Backofen und Kochfeld weitestgehende Unabhängigkeit besteht und mit konstruktiv einfachen Mitteln eine zentrale Entsorgung der gesamten, im Bereich der Einbaueinheit entstehenden Abluft durchgeführt werden kann.In a known built-under oven, a vapor outlet opening in the oven muffle is connected via a pipeline directly to an exhaust air opening which is provided on the rear of a hob. Mit Erzeugung eines Unterdruckes an der Abluftöffnung wird aus dem gesamten Einbauraum erwärmte Luft angesaugt, vermischt und dann gemeinsam durch die Arbeitsplatte bzw. durch das Kochfeld hindurch abgeführt, wobei die Temperatur des mitangesaugten Wrasens reduziert und eine Kondensation zumindest vermindert wird. Für diesen Absaugvorgang sind Zumindest keine geschlossenen, durchgehenden Rohrleitungen erforderlich; es genügt eine relativ lose strömungsmäßige Ankopplung der Wrasenauslaßöffnung bzw. der verschiedenen Strömungskanäle an die Abluftöffnung. Selbstverständlich besteht im Rahmen der Erfindung die Möglichkeit, nur aus dem Einbauraum außerhalb der Ofenmuffel erwärmte Luft abzuziehen und die thermische Energie in der Ofenmuffel zu belassen. Als Unterdruckquelle wird vorzugsweise ein Sauglüfter vorgesehen, der innerhalb der Abluftöffnung plaziert ist und von einem Schutzrost überzogen ist. In Fig. 1 ist allgemein mit 1 ein elektrischer Backofen bezeichnet, mit einem äußeren Ofengehäuse 2 und einer darin angeordneten, quaderförmigen und durch eine Ofentür 3 verschließbaren Ofenmuffel 4, welche in nicht dargestellter Weise Heizelemente und dergleichen besitzt. Die Ofenmuffel ist umgeben mit einer Wärmedämmschicht 5. In Nähe der rückseitigen Begrenzung der Ofenmuffel 4 befindet sich in der Muffeldecke 6 eine Wrasenauslaßöffnung 7, an die sich ein rohrförmiger Wrasenkanal 8 anschließt, der mit einer Strömungsöffnung 9 im Ofengehäuse 2 endet. Der Backofen 1 ruht auf einem Sockel 10 des Küchenmöbels. Oberhalb des Backofens 1 angeordnet ist eine Arbeitsplatte 11 des Küchenmöbels, die einen Ausschnitt besitzt, in welchem ein allgemein mit 12 bezeichnetes Kochfeld angeordnet ist. Das Kochfeld 12 besteht - wie üblich - z.B. aus einem Einbaurahmen 13 mit Rahmenflansch 14 (siehe Fig. 2), innerhalb welchem sich z.B. eine Glaskeramikplatte 15 mit im Ausführungsbeispiel vier runden Kochzonen 16 befindet. An der Rückseite des Kochfeldes besitzt dieses eine Abluftöffnung 17, gebildet z.B. durch einen entsprechenden Ausschnitt in der Glaskeramikplatte 15 und eine entsprechende Formgebung des Ramenflansches 14, welche Abluftöffnung 17 überzogen ist durch einen Lüftungsrost 18, unterhalb welchem Lüftungsrost 18 sich eine Unterdruckquelle in Form eines elektromotorisch angetriebenen Sauglüfters 19 befindet. Dieser Sauglüfter 19 befindet sich mit Abstand oberhalb der Strömungsöffnung 9 für den aus der Ofenmuffel 4 nach oben austretenden Wrasen bei Heizbetrieb des Backofens 1. Mit der Abluftöffnung 17 und damit auch mit dem Sauglüfter 19 kommunizieren ferner mehrere die Ofenmuffel 6 umziehende Strömungskanäle z.B. 20, 21, 22 außerhalb und innerhalb des Ofengehäuses 2, wie durch Pfeile angedeutet. Entsprechend besitzt das Ofengehäuse 2 für die innerhalb desselben verlaufende Strömungskanäle z.B. 21, 22 im Bereich der Abluftöffnung 17 dieser Abluftöffnung zugewandte bzw. benachbarte Strömungsöffnungen durch die hindurch eine durch den Saugdruck hervorgerufene Luftströmung aus den Strömungskanälen erfolgen kann. Solche Strömungsöffnungen sind z.B. an den Stellen 23 des Ofengehäuses 2 angeordnet. Da in dem, dem Einbauraum unterhalb der Arbeitsplatte 11 zugewandten Bereich der Abluftöffnung 17 bei Betrieb des Sauglüfters 19 ein Unterdruck erzeugt wird, wird aus diesem gesamten Einbauraum erwärmte Luft angesaugt, wobei sich der vom Inneren der Ofenmuffel 6 herrührende heiße Wrasen im Lüfterbereich vermischt mit der im wesentlich kühleren Abluft aus den Strömungskanälen außerhalb der Ofenmuffel 6. Hierbei genügt eine lose strömungsmäßige Ankopplung der Abluftöffnung 17 an die vorgenannten Strömungskanäle und Wrasenabzugskanal.
