Description

The present invention relates to an oven having a vapor opening in a muffle wall, in whose area a filter or a catalyst in one Filter housing is arranged, and with a suction fan, the vapors through the filter from the oven muffle pulls and pushes out of the oven.

Such a baking oven is e.g. known from EP-A-831 277, wherein a simple assembly of the Filter or catalyst housing without damaging the muffle wall in Area of Wrasenöffnung is problematic. For example, lead Screw connections or unfavorable contact points between the filter housing and the enamelled muffle wall in the thermal stress of the Oven muffle to enamel flakes. Also, the assembly of the filter housing and the removal of the filter by an operator only cumbersome.

Object of the present invention is an oven according to the preamble of claim 1 to improve such that the assembly and mounting of the filter housing does not affect the operating characteristics of the oven affect.

This is according to the invention in an oven with the features of Patent claim 1 achieved. By attaching the filter housing to a separate particularly suitable Mounting part is especially the enameled muffle inner wall from mechanical damage protected. In addition, a simple and tight attachment of the Filter housing in the field of Wrasenöffnung possible.

According to a preferred embodiment, a bottom plate of a blow-out channel is used the suction fan as the mounting part. This is special in terms of manufacturing technology easy and still leads to a tight connection between the filter housing and the blow-out channel. A disadvantageous escape of vapor into the housing gap between oven muffle and oven cabinet is with simple Avoided funds. For example, an additional sealing tube, the Wrasenöffnung with a suction port of the Ausblaskanals connects omitted. Also results According to the invention, a particularly flat structure.

Advantageously, the filter housing has a housing bottom and a housing cover on, with the housing cover is fixed to the mounting plate, and the housing bottom simply releasably supported on the housing cover. This allows manufacturing technology a simple and tight connection between the filter housing and in particular the exhaust duct of the suction fan. In addition, the exchange of the Filters or the catalyst by the operator in a simple manner possible. Due to the division of the filter housing is also an increase in the tightness the entire arrangement achieved because the housing cover close to the edge of the Wrasenöffnung rests against the muffle inner wall and the relative to the housing cover movable caseback with suitable sealing surfaces provide the tight connection produces to the housing cover.

To simplify the installation of the filter, the housing bottom is cup-shaped.

Furthermore, a simplification of the factory mounting of the housing filter is characterized ensures that the housing cover special holding means for loose mounting or pre-assembled in the vapor opening of the muffle wall of the oven muffle having.
