Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluß für einen Behälter aus einem Verschlußunterteil und einer Schraubkappe, bei dem das Verschlußunterteil mittels eines Basisteils mit der Behälteröffnung verbindbar ist und eine Ausgießtülle aufweist, die mittels eines elastischen, ausziehbaren Balges mit dem Basisteil des Verschlußunterteils in Verbindung steht und bei dem die Schraubkappe mit Kappenboden und mit innengewinde versehenem Kappenmantel auf die mit Außengewinde versehene Ausgießtülle auf- und abschraubbar ist.
  • Bei diesen bekannten Verschlüssen ist zumindest das Verschlußunterteil aus elastischem Material gefertigt, damit mittels des Balges die Ausgießtülle aus der eingedrückten Ausgangsstellung in die ausgezogene Ausgießstellung verstellt und wieder in die Ausgangsstellung zurückgestellt werden kann.
  • In der ausgezogenen Ausgießstellung kann bei den bekannten Verschlüssen dieser Art die Schraubkappe vom Ausgießstutzen abgeschraubt werden, wie die DE 35 36 514 A1 zeigt. Dabei können am Kappenboden Ausziehbügel angeformt und die Ausgießtülle mit einer Siegelplatte verschlossen sein. Ist die Siegelplatte entfernt, kann auch ein Kind die Schraubkappe abschrauben und hat dann Zugang zum Inhalt.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, bei einem Verschluß der eingangs erwähnten Art auf einfache Weise eine Kindersicherung anzubringen.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß die Ausgießtülle des Verschlußunterteils außerhalb des Außengewindes in dem dem Balg zugekehrten Übergangsbereich mindestens einen Rastnocken trägt, der in Aufschraubrichtung eine flache Anstiegsflanke aufweist und in eine steile Rastflanke übergeht, daß der Kappenmantel in der Aufschraubendstellung mit dem Rastnocken verrastet ist und das Abschrauben der Schraubkappe verhindert, und daß durch Eindrücken des Balges im Bereich des Rastnockens die Rastverbindung zwischen Schraubkappe und Ausgießtülle aufhebbar und die Schraubkappe zum Abschrauben freigebbar ist.
  • Bei dieser Kindersicherung wird die elastische Verformbarkeit des Balges optimal ausgenützt. Der am Übergangsbereich zum Balg an der Ausgießtülle angeformte Rastnocken steht mit dem Kappenmantel in Rastverbindung. Durch radiales Eindrücken des Balges im Bereich des Rastnockens kann die Rastverbindung ausgelöst und die Schraubkappe zum Abschrauben freigegeben werden. Dies erfordert gleichzeitig zwei Bedienungsmaßnahmen, die von einem Kind nicht vorgenommen werden können. Der Verschluß ist damit kindersicher. Nur wenn gleichzeitig der Balg radial verformt und die Schraubkappe in Abschraubrichtung gedreht wird, kann die Schraubkappe von der Ausgießtülle abgeschraubt werden.
  • Nach einer vorteilhaften Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß zwei diametral an der Ausgießtülle angeformte Rastnocken vorgesehen sind, da der Balg bei seiner Verformung sowie so diametral gefaßt wird.
  • Eine einfache Rastverbindung zum Kappenmantel wird nach einer Ausgestaltung dadurch erreicht, daß der Kappenmantel für jeden Rastnocken mindestens eine Rastaufnahme aufweist, die als axial gerichtete Ausnehmung im freien Endbereich des Kappenmantels ausgebildet ist.
  • Ist dabei vorgesehen, daß der Kappenmantel umfangsseitig in gleichmäßiger Teilung abwechselnd Rastaufnahmen und Rastlappen aufweist, dann kann die Schraubkappe in mehreren Winkelstellungen gesichert werden, was für die Auslegung der Schraubkappe von Vorteil ist, um Toleranzen abzufangen.
  • Dabei kann vorgesehen sein, daß die Rastaufnahmen portalartigen Querschnitt aufweisen und eine Breite aufweisen, die der Breite der Rastlappen entspricht, und daß die die Rastaufnahmen begrenzenden Wände in dem Kappenmantel radial ausgerichtet sind. Das Spritzgußwerkzeug zum Herstellen der Schraubkappe kann einfacher gestaltet werden.
  • Ein Toleranzausgleich in axialer Richtung wird dann erreicht, wenn vorgesehen ist, daß sich in der Aufschraubendstellung der Schraubkappe die Rastaufnahmen des Kappenmantels mindestens über einen Teil der axialen Abmessung der Rastnocken erstrecken.
  • Eine ausreichende Verrastung der Rastnocken in den Rastaufnahmen des Kappenmantels wird dann erreicht, wenn die Ausgestaltung so ist, daß die Breite der Rastaufnahmen etwa der mittleren Umfangsabmessung der Rastnocken entspricht.
  • Für die Handhabung des Verschlusses ist von Vorteil, wenn vorgesehen ist, daß die zu verformender Bereiche des Balges mit einer zusätzlichen Markierung versehen sind.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

    den Verschluß nach Fig. 1 in der eingedrückten Ausgangsstellung.
  • Der Verschluß nach der Erfindung besteht aus einer Schraubkappe 10 und einem Verschlußunterteil 20. Das Verschlußunterteil 20 ist mit einem U-förmigen Basisteil 21 versehen, das auf einen mit Rastwulst versehenen Behälterstutzen eines Behälters aufrastbar ist. An das Basisteil 21 schließt sich ein elastischer Balg 22 an, der in eine ausgezogene Stellung nach Fig. 1 gebracht werden kann. Ist der Balg 22 in Richtung Behälterstutzen eingedrückt, dann nimmt er die in Fig. 2 gezeigte Ausgangsstellung ein. Der Balg 22 geht in eine Ausgießtülle 23 mit Außengewinde 24 über. die Ausgießtülle 23 ist mittels einer über Sollbruchstellen angeformten Siegelplatte 25 verschlossen. Die mit einem Griffstück 29 versehene Siegelplatte 25 kann von der Ausgießtülle 23 abgezogen werden, wenn der Verschluß in die Ausgießstellung gebracht und die Schraubkappe 10 abgeschraubt ist, um den Verschluß zu öffnen.
  • Die Schraubkappe 10 besteht aus einem Kappenboden 12 und einem Kappenmantel 11 mit einem Innengewinde 13, so daß sie auf das Außengewinde 24 der Ausgießtülle 23 auf- und abgeschraubt werden kann. An dem zum Balg 22 gerichteten Übergangsbereich der Ausgießtülle 23 sind diametral zueinander zwei Rastnocken 26 angeformt, die mit einer in Aufschraubrichtung ansteigenden flachen Anstiegsflanke 27 versehen sind und ine ine steil abfallende Rastflanke 28 übergehen. Die Rastflanke 28 ist dabei vorzugsweise radial ausgerichtet. Die Rastnocken 26 arbeiten mit der freien Stirnseite des Kappenmantels 11 zusammen. Die Stirnseite des Kappenmantels 11 trägt abwechselnd Rastlappen 14 und Rastaufnahmen 15, in die die Rastnocken 26 einrasten können. Die Rastlappen 14 werden beim Aufschrauben der Schraubkappe 10 über die Anstiegsflanken 27 der Rastnocken 26 nach außen gebogen, so daß sie die Rastnocken 26 passieren können. In der Abschraubrichtung stoßen die Rastlappen 14 an den steilen Rastflanken 28 der Rastnocken 26 an und verhindern so das Abschrauben der Schraubkappe 10. Die Rastaufnahmen 15 und die Rastlappen 14 haben etwa gleiche Breite und verteilen sich gleichmäßig über die Stirnseite des Kappenmantels 11, wobei die Rastaufnahmen 15 portalartigen Querschnitt aufweisen und zur Stirnseite des Kappenmantels 11 hin offen sind. Die die Rastaufnahmen 15 begrenzenden Wände sind radial ausgerichtet. Die Breite der Rastaufnahmen 15 entspricht etwa der mittleren Umfangsabmessung der Rastnocken 26, um eine eindeutige Rastverbindung zu erhalten.
  • Die Rastverbindung zwischen den Rastnocken 26 der Ausgießtülle 23 und dem Kappenmantel 11 kann auch mit Gegenrastnocken an der Innenseite des Kappenmantels 11 realisiert werden. In jedem Falle können die Rastverbindungen durch radiales Eindrücken des Balges 22 unterhalt der Rastnocken 26 gelöst und die Schraubkappe 10 zum Abschrauben freigegeben werden. Dabei wird die Ausgießtülle 23 so weit nach innen gezogen, daß die Rastnocken 26 aus den Rastaufnahmen 15 im Kappenmantel 11 herausgeführt sind.

Claims (9)

  1. Verschluß für einen Behälter aus einem Verschlußunterteil (20) und einer Schraubkappe (10), bei dem das Verschlußunterteil (20) mittels eines Basisteils (21) mit der Behälteröffnung verbindbar ist und eine Ausgießtülle (23) aufweist, die mittels eines elastischen, ausziehbaren Balges (22) mit dem Basisteil (21) des Verschlußunterteils (20) in Verbindung steht und bei dem die Schraubkappe (10) mit Kappenboden (12) und mit Innengewinde versehenem Kappenmantel (11) auf die mit Außengewinde versehene Ausgießtülle (23) auf- und abschraubbar ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Ausgießtülle (23) des Verschlußunterteils (20) außerhalb des Außengewindes (24) in dem dem Balg (22) zugekehrten Übergangsbereich mindestens einen Rastnocken (26) trägt, der in Aufschraubrichtung eine flache Anstiegsflanke (27) aufweist und in eine steile Rastflanke (28) übergeht,
    daß der Kappenmantel (11) in der Aufschraubendstellung mit dem Rastnocken (26) verrastet ist und das Abschrauben der Schraubkappe (10) verhindert, und
    daß durch Eindrücken des Balges (22) im Bereich des Rastnockens (26) die Rastverbindung zwischen Schraubkappe (10) und Ausgießtülle (23) aufhebbar und die Schraubkappe (10) zum Abschrauben freigebbar ist.
  2. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß zwei diametral an der Ausgießtülle (23) angeformte Rastnocken (26) vorgesehen sind.
  3. Verschluß nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Kappenmantel (11) für jeden Rastnocken (26) mindestens eine Rastaufnahme (15) aufweist, die als axial gerichtete Ausnehmung im freien Endbereich des Kappenmantels (11) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Verschluß nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß der Kappenmantel (11) umfangsseitig in gleichmäßiger Teilung abwechselnd Rastaufnahmen (15) und Rastlappen (14) aufweist.
  5. Verschluß nach Anspruch 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Rastaufnahmen (15) portalartigen Querschnitt aufweisen und eine Breite aufwenden, die der Breite der Rastlappen (14) entspricht.
  6. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die die Rastaufnahmen (15) begrenzenden Wände in dem Kappenmantel (11) radial ausgerichtet sind.
  7. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß sich in der Aufschraubendstellung der Schraubkappe (10) die Rastaufnahmen (15) des Kappenmantels (11) mindestens über einen Teil der axialen Abmessung der Rastnocken (26) erstrecken.
  8. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Breite der Rastaufnahmen (15) etwa der mittleren Umfangsabmessung der Rastnocken (26) entspricht.
  9. Verschluß nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die zu verformenden Bereiche des Balges (22) mit einer zusätzlichen Markierung versehen sind.
