Abstract

The invention relates to a chain-link suspension for the running gear of rail vehicles having high balance quality which is suitable for high travel speeds and high axial travel masses. The spring bolts (3) and/or chain links (1) have different diameters in their support areas. As far as possible the dimensions of the UIC replacement parts are adopted for the upper support area of the chain link (1), the upper chain-link block (4) and the upper spring bolt (3). The diameter of the lower support area including chain-link block (5) and/or the diameter of the lower spring bolt (3) are increased to such an extent that the transverse and longitudinal damping values required for high travel speed and large axial travel masses are achieved. The support area of the chain-link block (4, 5) is provided with a depression or the support area of the spring bolt (3) is provided with a flattened portion, the said depression or flattened portion contributing to increasing the longitudinal damping. In order to increase the transverse spring constant of the wheel set guidance, the chain links (1) can be arranged spread out apart from one another in the transverse direction of the wagon. The chain-link suspension according to the invention is provided for the running gear of rail vehicles and is particularly suitable for retrofitting in UIC standard wagons. <IMAGE>

Description

The invention relates to a hook suspension for the suspension of leaf springs on rail vehicles, in particular for retrofitting in standard wagons of the international railway association.

There are hook hangers according to DD 119 752, in which by increasing the restoring force of the longitudinal gear guide by reducing the distance between the spring bolts to one another close to a structurally still possible small bar spacing or to the extent required by running technology, the aim of improving the running quality is achieved while increasing the speed and the axle mass.

However, this known embodiment has the disadvantage that, with the increase in the restoring forces of the wheel set in the longitudinal direction of the wagon, the radial adjustment possibility of the same is inevitably made more difficult and, as a result, high wear occurs on the wheel sets and track systems in track arches.

It is also known to achieve the above-mentioned goal by increasing the transverse damping of the wheelset guide. According to DD 280 508, a cavity is arranged between the Schake and Schakenstein. The known design according to DD 280 508 has the disadvantage that when the cavity is arranged in the support surface between Schake and Schakenstein and when these parts are used in the standard dimensions, the desired travel speeds cannot be achieved with high axle masses.

The generally known tensions of the spring bolts with the shakestones by means of known springs introduced from the outside of the bolts have the disadvantage that unfavorable Wear surfaces are formed between the spring bracket bearing and Schakenstein.

The invention has for its object to provide a Schakengang for vehicle drives that allows high speeds even with high axle masses, at the same time ensures high running quality, can be installed in the installation space greatly limited by predetermined vehicle parameters and also has little wear.

According to the invention the object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

In order to adhere to the limited installation space, it is advisable for the upper leg support area, the upper leg and the upper spring bolt to adopt the dimensions of the replacement parts. The diameter of the lower support area including the Schakenstein and / or the diameter of the lower spring bolt are to be enlarged and preferably provided with a flattened section so that the required transverse and longitudinal damping values are achieved at high speeds with large axle masses. For reasons of wear, it is expedient to secure the lower spring bolt in the spring bracket bore against twisting by a screw connection arranged between the legs and to provide the support area of the leg or the spring bolt with a depression or flattening to increase the longitudinal damping.

According to a further feature of the invention, it is expedient, in the case of installation conditions which are limited in the length of the leg hangers, for spatial accommodation of the enlarged diameter of the bearing area including leg stones or for increasing the transverse rigidity of the Wheelset guide to arrange the hooks in the wagon cross direction to each other.

In the case of hook hangers with installation spaces limited on all sides, e.g. B. in bogies, to achieve the necessary Schak diameter in their support areas according to the invention proposed to flatten the Schaken at their corners and / or constrict so that the Schake comes close to a rectangular frame with resilient joints in the corners.

In order to relieve the "elastic joints", the frame stems are connected to one another at least simply by connecting webs arranged below or twice by means of connecting webs arranged below and above the leg blocks.

With the hook hangers according to the invention, a high running quality of the vehicles is achieved even in the case of track arches even with high axle masses. In addition, the new hook suspension system can be easily retrofitted in the installation space, which is severely limited by UIC vehicle parameters, even on standard UIC vehicles.

It is within the scope of the invention to apply the new features to double-hook hangers.

According to FIG. 1, the leg suspension is formed from the two leg 1, the top leg 4, the bottom leg 5, the spring eye 14, the spring bracket bearing 15, the top and bottom spring bolt 3 and the screw connection 13. The invention provides that the legs 1 in their support areas 2 and / or the spring bolts 3 of the leg hangers have different diameters. It has been found to be expedient to largely take over the dimensions of the UIC replacement parts for the upper support area 2 of the shackle 1, as well as for the upper shackle 4 and the upper spring bolt 3. The diameter of the lower support area 2 including the shackle 5 and / or the diameter of the lower spring bolt 3 have been increased in such a way that the transverse and longitudinal damping values required at high driving speeds and large axle masses are achieved. It is advantageous to provide a flattening 9 in the support area 7 of the spring bolt 3 according to FIG. 2 or to provide a depression 8 in the support area 7 of the leg 5 in accordance with FIG. 3 to increase the longitudinal damping. The lower spring bolt 3 is secured in the spring bracket bore 6 between the legs 1 by means of known screw connections 13 against rotation. In the case of limited installation conditions, for better accommodation of the enlarged diameter of the support area 2 including chocks 5 and for increasing the transverse spring constant of the wheelset guide, the chocks 1 can be arranged in the transverse direction of the carriage according to FIG. 4. This spread arrangement of the shackles 1 ensures that the centrifugal force excess that occurs in the track curve, particularly at high driving speeds and axle driving masses, largely prevents the axle holders from contacting the axle bearing guides, thereby improving the running quality particularly horizontally-transversely.

In the case of hook hangers with installation spaces limited on all sides, the invention provides for flattening the hooks 1 at their corners 10 and / or constricting them. 5 and 6 form a rectangular frame, the corners of which behave almost like an elastic joint, the frame legs 11 being connected to one another at least simply by connecting webs 12 to relieve these "elastic joints". For the purposes of the invention, it is necessary to arrange multiple webs which can be arranged below and above the chimneys 4; 5.
