Abstract
Description
Grosse kreisrunde Betonmauern, wie sie z.B. für Klärbecken und dergleichen benötigt werden, werden in der Regel aus statischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen in Segmenten geschalt und betoniert. Nach dem Aushärten des Betons von einem Bauabschnitt soll die Schalung in der Regel mittels Baukran zum nächsten Bauabschnitt versetzt werden, damit sie dort montiert werden kann. Dazu ist vorteilhaft, wenn die Schalung möglichstwenig Gewicht aufweist. Weiter ist vorteilhaft, wenn die Schalung wenig Durchankerungen benötigt. Durchankerungen sind arbeitsintensiv und die dabei entstehenden Löcher durch die Betonmauern müssen nach Beendigung des Baues abgedichtet werden.Weiter soll die Schalung mit wenig Zeitaufwand und Materialkosten auch auf der Baustelle auf andere Durchmesser eingestellt werden können.Large circular concrete walls, such as those are required for settling tanks and the like, are usually shuttered and concreted in segments for static and economic reasons. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Segmentschalung wird die Schalhaut getrennt von der tragenden Konstruktion transportiert. Dies gibt in der Wahl der Schalhaut und auch in der Wahl der tragenden Konstruktion neue Möglichkeiten. Voraussetzung ist, dass die Schalhaut mittels Schnellverbindungen mit der tragenden Konstruktion verbunden und wieder gelöst werden kann. Am vorteilhaftesten sind dafür Schraubverbindungen mit einer speziellen Halterung geeignet. Die Schalhaut ist nicht nur schnell montierbar und demontierbar, sie ist auch leicht austauschbar. Als Schalhaut werden vorteilhaft dreifach verleimte oder vielfach verleimte grossflächige Schaltafeln eingesetzt.In the segment formwork according to the invention, the formwork skin is transported separately from the load-bearing structure. Fig. 1 zeigt einen Ausschnitt einer erfindungsgemässen Innenschalung 1 und einer Aussenschalung 2. Schalungsträger, welche in horizontaler Lage entlang der vertikal angeordneten doppel-T- Profile in mindestens zwei verschiedenen Höhen notwendig sind und durch welche normalerweise die Durchankerungen erfolgen, sind der Uebersichtlichkeit halber nicht eingezeichnet. Die Aussenschalung 2 besteht aus in regelmässigen Abständen vertikal angeordneten doppel T - Profilen aus Stahl 5 und mittels Schraubverbindungen daran befestigten Schaltafeln 3. Die Innenschalung besteht wie die Aussenschalung aus doppel- T - Profilen 5 mit daran befestigten Schaltafeln 3, wobei aber auf die Schaltafeln 3 eine Schalhaut aus vertikal angeordneten, gleichmässig breiten gehobelten Brettern 4 aufgebracht, vorzugsweise angenagelt ist.1 shows a section of an

Solche Löcher sind preisgünstig mittels Stanzen herstellbar. Sie verursachen keine Stabilitätsminderung der Profile 5. Weiters kann die Verschraubung mit der Schalhaut wahlweise auf der einen oder auf der anderen Seite der Profi le 5 vorgenommen werden.
